Completely forgot my order. I was waiting there like for a good 10 minutes everyone who was behind me got their orders. I went with my family my entire family had already finished their drinks. Never coming here again. They don't care about their customers. The girl gave the 3/4 drinks to my family and literally cancelled my order, but I did not realize this until I saw that everyone was getting their drinks but me. Don't come here unless you want to wait for a while. One star for that reason. Most definitely won't be spending my money here again. Oh and they didn't even fill up my drink fully. If that's not a reason to not go here I don't know what is.

It's a good place to get a sweet coffee drink. Servers are generally nice and location is in a nice kiosk downstairs. I'd recommend it to others who are into this type of drink. They have some light snacks as well.

Not really sure why fewer people visit this place than a Starbucks down the alley of the mall, but they're making a mistake. This place definitely serves coffee that's far more tasteful, does not have a bitter, burnt aftertaste, plus it has a better selection to snack on. Oh yeah, the lines are shorter too. Talk about a win-win.

got a hot chocolate the day before that was cold, I don't even know how that happens. then today, it would be nice if they actually were there when the Store is open. youre better off just going to Starbucks

Awful place to come upon! You can tell the bagels are always a constant week old and saved by the fridge due to their excessive firmness. Pastries are obviously not fresh either though! I got a "chiller" which I guess means icy chunks with barely any flavor. Kinda dirty place overall... BEWARE AND AVOID YOUR VISIT!!!!

The lady at the counter was not able to distinguish regular drink with the size (S,M,L) of it, rather spun an argument about how I ordered a regular drink which to her meant regular size. I was sure I told her M cappuccino regular. Poorly train staff + Somewhat okay coffee = poor experience

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Gloria Jeans Coffee shop. The customer service was amazing. The young lady who helped us was super sweet and took her job very seriously. I had the Carmel Turtle and my daughter had a Cookie Chiller and they both were delicious!! We both agree they were better then Starbucks!! I highly recommend this coffee shop and if your at the Freehold Mall definitely stop by and grab a specialty, coffee or chiller. The coffee shop is located in in the center of the mall infront of " 5 BelowI will definitely will come back whenever I return to the mall.

I bought coffee and asked the guy to put a little bit of water cause there coffee is usually very strong and he put so much water that you can see the bottom of the cup clearly. All the other customers notice their coffees were lite too. So they all complaint. And the manager was very nasty. And did not wanted to give us fresh coffee. At the end he had to after all the complaints from everyone. He was very rude.

horrible experience! the lady at the cashier said the store was closed and then after a couple minutes I saw her serving someone else, very rude behavior.

I’ve only been here once so my review will be short. I had a coffee. It was decent. I’d try it again. I had no complaints and the girl working the counter was very helpful.
