SUCH a great downtown Westfield gem. The cardamom vanilla latte is legit to die for and is worth every penny. They have gluten free macarons and sometimes a GF cookie, but otherwise, I haven't had any of their snacks. East street parking or .50c per hour parking in the back. Thank you for being awesome!

Perfect coffee shop. Friendly and professional staff. Delicious coffee and pastries. Comfortable seating with space for everyone and different options of seating depending on your needs. Overall a solid spot worthy of returning again and again.

They roast coffee beans themselves and the coffee tastes and aromas are excellent. The interior is very neat. Also, the pandemic quarantine rules were well followed, and some of the guests sitting inside were wearing masks too.

Popped in for a cold brew and immediately loved the vibe! The space is actually very large so it seems like a great place to stop in and catch up with some old friends and catch up. The coffee is delicious also. No bitter taste after like most other places. It happens to be their one year anniversary so they have some fun games and prizes! Its defiantly a place I will pop in more often!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe which is a welcome contrast to the tight squeeze and tinny acoustics of the local Starbucks around the corner. Went to this location for the first time yesterday and ordered a latte for $4.50+ cents. Took awhile which was unusual as no one was there and flavor-wise it was ok, nothing impressive. The space is clean and stylish, love the tile in the walls. This is definitely a welcome addition to the minimal coffee landscape in Westfield. Will be back, but will stick with the regular coffee next time.

Poor customer service. Simply when I overpay for a cup of coffee with tips, I ask for something better than Starbucks. I asked for a coffee to be in a mug. They made it in a paper cup, and when I said that I asked for a mug, she literally just poured it into a mug. If I have to choose between here and home, I would just make my coffee at home.

It’s a great coffee shop from a decor and staff friendliness perspective - I’d recommend sticking to drip coffee, espresso, and other lattes on their menu. I’ve ordered two pour overs on separate occasions ($6+ each) and they were two of the worst cups of coffee I’ve ever had.

The interior space is nice, especially since it seems like other beverage stores in downtown Westfield are smaller and don't have seating. I am not saying that the employee that I spoke to wasn't cordial, but I felt in general a weird vibe of invisible walls in this coffee shop. Like I wasn't acknowledged until absolutely necessary (when I ordered). I stood in front of the counter for a decent amount of time without any acknowledgement from the 3 employees. I get that they have tasks to do, but I would've appreciated at least a greeting and notification that they would take my order soon. The drinks also take a bit of time before they're ready, which is fine if it's for quality purposes, but again, acknowledgement of a time span would be nice. I stood for a bit, but then went to sit down. If you're not listening for your order, you might miss it, too. Although when I went it was pretty silent because most customers were on their laptops, and there wasn't any music. And when I went up to get the drink, though there wasn't an employee looking at me (but still standing nearby) I said thank you, but didn't receive a reply. Maybe didn't hear. Invisible walls vibe. The drink itself was a Hibiscus Berry Iced Tea. It was pretty good, not that sweet, good amount of ice, and flavored in a balanced way of both hibiscus and berry. It was a reasonable price, too, for a reasonable amount of an interesting tea -- 4.80.

Absolutely love this little coffee shop. The interior is so cute and peaceful. Staff is super nice. Loved just grabbing a drink and chilling in there for a bit. One hundred percent recommend the Honey Cinnamon latte. That was one of the best iced lattes I’ve had in a while. I will for sure be back next time I’m in town. Now onto my COVID commentary as of February 2022. Everyone is still wearing masks and as long as it’s not too packed, the seating is very comfortable and socially distanced.

Go to place for delicious coffee. Iced sugar free vanilla latte is perfection - never too sweet or the hot honey cinnamon latte. Also, they have great pastries from local shops with gluten free and vegan options.

Perfectly light-filled and relaxed. Doughnut Plant doughnuts and some of the best brownies! Teas are slow poured. Really an excellent choice for a stop before strolling the downtown.

Boxwood is the epitome of cafe vibes! I go to the Westfield location, which is on the cute main road that goes through the town. The staff are all friendly, attentive and get your order out quickly. I would definitely suggest trying one of their bakery items if you’re willing to treat-yo-self. The cafe itself is an excellent place to relax and catch up with a friend or bring some work, be productive and get things done. Definitely a top spot for me.

Stopped in between a wedding ceremony and reception. Awesome spot. Gluten free treats available too! Just sad I live an hour away or I'd be here all the time

I’m an Asian, I was there for their big space. One staff pushed board to cover garbage hole very loudly where I was near. She seemed not welcome me to appear in the coffee shop. There is invisible wall in this coffee shop, also from some regular customers. They seemed not either to sit close to me, or back towards me avoid seeing me. It is also pricy for donut.

Absolutely love Boxwood!! It’s my go to place in Westfield - has a great ambiance and a lot of space and lighting to get some work done (strong wifi!) Their coffee also is great and they have a fresh vanilla sugar syrup that u can pour on any drink! I love getting an iced cap with almond milk and adding the syrup and cinnamon!

If you need a pick me up and you are tired of the cookie cutter coffee shop, drop by this place the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with Wi-Fi on site and plenty of plugs to charge you devices.

Super Awesome Coffee Shop. Their Customer Service is on point! There is a lot to admire, and you can purchase coffee products from grinders to pour-over and mugs--Oh, there’s so much more.

I was going to test to see how it is before seeing a friend tomo here. Great atmosphere, the workers are so nice and helpful and it’s just somewhere I want to be. It’s like an oasis in an oasis. A hidden gem, I have only been to Starbucks and Dunkin’ for the most part but next time, I know where I’m going!

Good coffee and tea selection. Fast wi-fi.

Clean, spacious. Nice customer service. Really good cortado (fruity notes). Pastries on the pricier side, but it probably offsets the egregious costs of operating in Westfield / NJ / Northeast megalopolis.

I love this place and I REALLY like coffee. Always good. Atmosphere is always great. I’m so happy this place exists! 😊

Their coffee was good, and so were the many options. What stood out, surprisingly was the croissant. Also, the vibe is amazing! Prolly the best place in downtown Westfield to lay back, relax or work!

This place doesn’t have good food and not very nice workers. The music here sucks so if you go to study bring airpods. The only good thing about this place is that you can go to study with friends. Their bathrooms are gross. There is a tradition where kids carve their names on the stalls which is so cute but I witnessed today 2 kids getting kicked out for it which isn’t a very big deal. On the way out they even took pictures of the kids which they obviously didn’t give permission for and didn’t let the kids explain or even explain why they were getting kicked out. I wouldn’t go back here if I was a kid it’s ok for adults but the workers aren’t very kid friendly as they take pictures of kids.
