Horrible!
Okay,
I
understand
they
have
new
staff
there,
according
to
the
sign
they
had
on
a
small
table
when
you
come
in,
but,
as
someone
who
has
worked
in
fast
food
and
retail
for
over
20
years,
this
was
not
the
way
to
run
a
business.
My
husband
and
I
each
ordered
a
donut
and
a
hot
beverage.
He
ordered
hot
chocolate,
and
I
ordered
a
latte
with
sugar
free
vanilla
and
almond
milk.
The
donuts
were
ready
in
ab
out
15
minutes.
The
lady
who
rung
us
up
said
they
were
still
working
on
the
drinks.
It
was
obvious
she
didn't
know
how
to
make
them,
and
an
older
woman,
Whom
I'm
guessing
was
the
manager
quickly
was
telling
her
what
to
do.
We
waited
for
almost
another
half
an
hour
for
our
drinks.
When
we
first
ordered,
we
were
the
only
ones
in
the
store,
then,
people
came
in
a
few
minutes
after
us.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
after
we
finally
got
our
drinks
and
left,
I
took
a
sip
of
mine
and
it
was
disgusting,
there
definitely
wasn't
any
coffee
in
it
or
sugar
free
vanilla.
It
just
tasted
like
hot,
unsweetened
milk.
The
girls
hand
was
shaking
when
she
gave
it
to
me.
As
a
manager,
if
you
know
someone
doesn't
know
how
to
work
the
machine
or
make
something,
and
now
you
have
people
waiting
longer
than
they
should
be
and
a
line,
make
it
yourself,
so
it
gets
done
properly.
We
weren't
impressed
with
the
donuts
either,
my
husband's
was
all
melted.
Train
people
properly,
when
it's
slow,
and
if
they
need
help,
give
it.
This
was
a
disappointing
experience
and
total
waste
of
money,
will
not
be
back.
