    I felt like having ribs and was in the area shopping and treated myself to a whole rack of whiskey glazed ribs. Ribs were advertised as fall off the bone. These ribs were not the worst I've had and with a little more effort could have been 5 stars. The flavor was there and good but the ribs were dry, possibly overcooked or reheated too much, making them too chewy. They don't fall off the bone but you can pull a strip off the bone and it's just too dry. I felt like I was eating ribs that were reheated from the day before. The fries and coleslaw were very good. When I am paying $24.99 for a rack of ribs, I expect a little more quality than what I received.

    I order off their website for delivery. Not only was every item I ordered wrong, and my drink was forgotten. My husbands drink (below) is supposed to be a “ passion fruit, guava, berry coconut Red Bull SLUSHIE” instead we were given justRed Bull with ice. When we called to complain, PEDRO the manager, was rude, & argumentative. Refused to refund my husbands drink even tho it was completely incorrect. We also ordered desserts, that had all the toppings left off, so essentially we paid 20$ For 2 plain brownies. We ordered the appetizer bundle which was supposed to feed 4 people, instead they gave us the regular app, which was not only not what was ordered but not enough to feed the people in my home. When we explained this to Pedro, he said, he will refund only the TOPPINGS to our desserts, and just my missing drink. When we told him we weren’t satisfied with that, & we would have to call corporate to solve everything, he told us if we did, he would complain to corporate about us, and we wouldn’t be aloud back. So 80$ down the drain. Will never come to this location ever again. Horrible! P.s ( still calling corporate after the holiday)

    The food was OK. I loved the restaurant and the service was amazing. For me the food wasn't there. I did get a discount for adding my email. But did not take a picture of what I got off the appetizers menu.

    I feel sorry for the employee, the food is so bad, we order the platter, cunjun chicken and shrimp pasta and Just Kripsy sushi, pasta and boneless chicken wing just heat up by microwave, pasta top looks dry, boneless chicken wing is soft , definitely not fry to order. Just Kripsy sushi : portion is small, taste not good, looks like some take out order at somewhere else. No recommend. Service, the lady serve our table is nice. But don't understand why all people is in the meeting while we step in around 5:30pm. No one work at the front reception, we have to wait after the meeting ends. What is the management thinking about ? Should keep at least one staff at the front desk instead of keeping your customer waiting without any direction. I can see why Friday business is getting worse. Although it is post pandamic, but food and service like that ? A long way to improve. Hope it can be improved because I had very good experience before, still love FRIDAY, if it keeps not improve, it will drive me away. Also, don't understand why the other FRIDAY on 130 East Windsor use white color light, atmosphere looks cheap, hope they change it back to soft white light. Don't want to step in for the color of the light.

    Ordered 3 family meals for a birthday party, but the chicken was over grilled on all 3. We couldn’t even bite into it as it was that hard. All guests had the same feedback, and they even missed the broccoli from my order.

    I bought the Cajun pasta and my family members purchased the chicken Parmesan pasta and they were both not good. No seasoning whatsoever. We all had to put pepper and salt to make it slightly good. The Cajun chicken/shrimp pasta was okayish afterwards and there was no saving the chicken Parm pasta. The servers/waiters were amazing though. 5 stars for the servers

    Service was great, servers were all super sweet. Whiskey ribs were insanely delish, as was anything w this sauce, sliders included. However the chicken fingers from the children's menu was super dry- my one complaint. Not worthy of dropping a star but worthy enough to mention bc kids rarely will complain about these things but I always taste whatever my kid is eating to make sure it's good.

    Our waitress was wonderful. The food was overcooked, dry, and just unpleasant. I hadn't been there for twenty years, so I went back to check it out. We won't be going back.

    This place was nearly dead on a Saturday night in a town with virtually only one other restaurant open after 10pm. I'd chalk it up to bad management because the food came out fast and was hot and good. They seemed to be short on staff but our host Fernando came to our rescue. He sat us, took our order and served us. Staff like Fernando are what keep businesses a float. I can see myself going back to this location but hopefully they have more staff on by then.

    Not sure if this place is under new management or just has new staff, but my most recent experiences have been incredible compared to past years. I made a conscious decision to stop coming to this location because it was so bad. I recently started coming back with my husband, and we have had great experiences. Good food, drinks and service.

    The place needs a serious overhaul. The bathroom (men's at least) is disgusting all wall,floors and toilets. The menus were so dirty that my wife asked for a cleaner one. I'm a resident in North Brunswick, but I will not return until this place looks and smells better. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

    This TGIF location consistently cannot pack to-go orders. There has always been something missing in my orders. Usually side orders/items like fries or sauces that I specifically ordered. With the lack of customer traffic I noticed when I last visited, they should have paid more attention to fulfilling the order correctly. More than 95% of the tables were empty.

    I’ve been coming to this location with my family since before I can remember. It’s decent to eat at when you dine in but take out is not good here. The first couple of times they messed up my order, I just wrote it off as mistakes. Everyone makes them. But I’ve had my last order here. Two times I ordered the jack Danielle’s steak with a side of extra sauce (costs extra) and two times I receive no sauce and dry burned steaks. I appreciate the offer to compensate the missing pieces of my order including the onion rings (costs extra) and sauces. But as the steak was no good without the sauce, that should have been compensated too. I appreciate the staff was nice as well, I just wish there was some sort of quality control at this location.

    The store is in charge of their on operating hours not the customers. If delivery orders are placed, it means the store were accepting them and are in operating mode. The store is not kept open and operates for only one order, so ordering time is not the right excuse for a very cold and looking as leftover! It takes about 2 hrs. for a freshly cooked meal to get cold enough to transfer to a refrigerator. Even delivery meals should be well-prepared, fresh, & presentable at the time of their arrival.

    I'll keep it brief with bullet points. - I had to ask to have my water refilled - I was shorted 1 chicken wing. We purchased the medium size (12 wings.) - I had to ask twice for silverware and napkins. - We waited an hour for food. Not sure if they were short staffed, but when you only order a burger and 12 wings, it shouldn't take an hour. They weren't busy. Overall clean place, nice music and friendly staff, but this was my first time there and may be my last. The one at the Somerville circle is way better.

    I can’t even begin to tell you what a horrendous experience I just had at this Fridays. Took my family out to eat, barely anyone there, food took way too long for there to be no one there! To be honest the food wasn’t bad at all. But then the bill comes, spend over $140 and they charge me twice! So I go back in to talk to the manager, the first thing he does is go to the computer to print out the receipt and show me that it wasn’t charged twice and that it was my banks fault. Right away. When clearly the charge of over $140 happened at two different times, which I showed to him and he just dismissed it completely. I will NEVER be back to this Fridays! Barely anyone there and I can see why.

    Trucker here!! I've been to many Fridays across the country. This one has to be the worst by far!! Had to wait 20 minutes to order because bartender to busy talking to her boyfriend!! If you plan on coming here with kids, don't nothing but dirty rap music blasting!! I feel like I'm more in a club than a restaurant!! Do yourself a favor, trust me. DON'T COME HERE!!!

    $17 bucks for this small portion of this dried out garbage and doesn't even come with fries. Chicken is non existent and just basically bread crumbs explain how thats justifiable.

    Although the food was tasty it kind of got cold soon, my husband's plate was the steak and he as well enjoyed, guess they must have been short staffed because service was kind of slow but very pleasant. Honestly don't think I would go to this location again.

    I sometimes meet my friend at the bar for a few drinks every few months, and this place has gone downhill. I walked in and there was dirty dishes and glasses everywhere, at almost all available tables. The workers were all sitting around chatting, barely attending to the few customers there. I ordered a drink and it tasted horrible. My wings were so overcooked and my friend couldn't finish his dish. After an hour, someone who I assumed was the manager then started removing all the dirty dishes on the tables but the bartender still didn't remove the dirty stuff from the side of me or all around the bar. She barely spoke to us and it took a while to get our check. It's cold outside, they had the air conditioning blasting so most of us had our hoodies on, with the hood up. It was just an unpleasant experience and I'd rather eat in a cleaner place.

    Dined in restaurant for the first time and understand why this location is always empty. Sat at an empty bar on football Monday. Not sure if there were no bartenders and other employees were just filling in but service at the bar was nonexistent. The bartender/server was not behind the bar, and we had to literally shout for service anytime we needed something. There were a group of employees (our bartender/server being one of them) just sitting in a booth, chilling, talking and bar was left unattended. After asking for a box to take away, we were automatically handed the check (we did not request the check at that time we intended on staying & watching the game which hadn't even started yet!). The entire vibe of the place is that they did not care to have us there- they wanted us out as soon as possible. Came with the intention of watching the game (and spend $$!) but after the lack of service and attentiveness we left and ended up at another bar. Food was typical for TGI Fridays. Message to franchise owner/management- work on your staff!

    Maybe its because I haven’t gone to TGIF in a long time but it was an extremely good meal! Forgot how much I love the jack daniels bbq sauce, or the “whiskey glaze”. Wings were meaty and well sauced and the ribs were perfect, could’ve had a whole rack of them! Prices aren’t cheap but what I have in this picture was barely upwards of $20. Considering a half rack on its own is about $18 the “bucket of bones” is easily the best Meal you can get.

    Very bad service order a chicken fagita and the food was very cold the waiter never came around and ask if everything ok and took long time to get the check never agin going back very poor service

    I liked how they are open for dine in but at the same time they are very careful with social distancing. I felt secure enough to eat there since they leave one tabla gaps between. Food is good as usual. Our waitress was kind and fast.
