It’s a nice place for children and family play dates. They have two plans (as of 27 Nov 2022)- Deluxe ($25) and Ultimate ($30) probably similar prices other similar stores have. They have activities like jumping, climbing, virtual games, basketball 🏀 games, ball pool 🏊 games, running games all under one roof. They have 2 hours room for birthday parties which has to be booked in advance. They serve pizza and drinks for birthday parties. They have separate canteen as well. Staff is very nice, take care of children’s safety. The prices however I felt were little high. The sell customized merchandise as well. Restrooms are present. Enough parking spaces are available. Go have fun. They have yearly membership plans as well. Thanks

Place is cool but I'll say this place needs two different reviews. First is the kid's perspective. 5 stars all the way. Kids will have a blast here and as a young kid at heart I would love this place. Also my son was here for a birthday party and they set things up nice. Now the parents perspective. Although the employees were doing a good job keeping this place clean/sanitized I find it hard to believe they are getting it all. Maybe a video showing how they clean it to make people feel good about COVID concerns. Other than that this place is cool.

Great place to bring the kiddos to play for a few hours. Admittedly some of the activities adults will have fun too. Ninja warrior course, trampoline areas, play areas, and a bunch of VR experiences too. Plenty to do. Would be a great place to host a birthday party as there are activities for many age groups. Fun place if your in the Central NJ area & have kids.

This place is great for kids but very dangerous !!! How is it that the Employees are the same age as the group of kids coming here mixed with babies toddlers and grade school kids in every play area !!! The Employees try their best but being that the teens are the same age as the employees they don’t listen and follow the rules!! Maybe they should have a certain time or a certain day for bigger kids or even a certain section.

It was a delightful experience. Lots of fun activities like climbing walls, virtual reality games, battle beam, tubes, lots of trampolines and slides. It's very safe as they have safety precautions for every activity. Place is very well maintained. Prices are fair and there is plenty of room for Fun nd run. I Went there with my cousins ages from 15-25 on Saturday afternoon and its very much crowded. We stayed there for 2 hrs. Thoroughly we all enjoyed a lot.

I had my son jamesons 4th birthday party here tonight. Zaire was our host and he was TERRIFIC. he was sweet, friendly & the party went down perfectly. It was flawless and he handled it 100% and assured us we were to enjoy the party and not to worry he got it. It was just a great time and I got to enjoy it with my son. All the staff handled all those what seemed like a million screaming kids professionally & it’s not easy finding a place like that where it’s kept cleaned like the equipment and restrooms which is important to parents of little ones. I’m so happy I chose this location in mill town and my kids already asking we have his next party there again and when we do I’m really hoping Zaire will still be there!!! Thank you again for a great time and & a flawless party!!!!!!!!!

It was a delightful experience for the kids. Lots of fun activities to engage in, from jumps to rock climbing to virtual reality games. It's very safe as safety precautions are adhered to for every activity. Adults can also have fun as there are some adult-appropriate activities as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My daughter had her birthday party here. First of all, the price of their food is ridiculously high. Second, we get there at noon (they've only been open for 2 hours so far) and my wife reports that there is no soap in the bathroom. The manager comes up with the excuse about a 3rd party that takes care of that didn't do their job and tells her to use the hand sanitizer provided. What? Next, the kid assigned to us reviews the party order with my wife who made the arrangement and she finds a $100 sandwich platter added to our bill. She tells him we never ordered that, only pizza, chicken tenders, and fries. He says ok we'll have it removed. The manager comes over, insisting we added it over the phone and argues with my wife as she's showing him her copy of the invoice on her phone. This goes on waaaay longer than it should have and he finally lets it go, telling her it will be removed. Check you invoices and make sure they don't add anything on! The kid assigned to us disappeared as soon as my wife went to close out the check just before our time ended. I guess once they get paid they no longer care.

There are much better trampoline parks in the area. This one is gross, so filthy. The place seems to be ran by teenagers who don’t care about rules, safety, etc. larger kids sprinting all over the place, knocking younger kids down - it was a horrible first experience and I will never step foot in there again.

Having gone before with my family on light traffic days it was great experience nice clean and safe. Having said that going for a prime time birthday in tandem with other birthdays was just madness. The staff couldn’t possibly care less to enforce company policies/rules. The party area was cramped and the park was clearly overcrowded. Kids were allowed to just lounge on the trampolines and were climbing to areas where they shouldn’t be. Example video shows how packed and the kids on top of the ball pit obstacle at the 4-5 second mark. There is a child climbing in black up the pillar.

Lots of variety. Would be enjoyable and far safer on a quieter day. Would avoid if possible on weekends due to numerous birthday parties and out-of-control groups of unchaperoned kids. Extremely loud announcements and overall intense noise level, hot hot environment, some areas with strobe-like lights, and a complete and utter lack of rule enforcement in most play areas by the staff made it literally unbearable for my younger kids who melted down within minutes. There was no where they could play safely due to high volume. We left after 15 minutes. When asking to speak to management to discuss, we were told management was busy helping someone else and were offered two kids passes to come back a different day. Will try during a weekday.

We went there for a birthday party. They provide tickets for 2 hour slots. It costs approx $30 for 2 hours per person. Our 6 year old and 2 year old boys had lots of fun. Even adults could have some fun on the trampoline. Would definitely recommend this place for some adrenaline rush.

We had a great time with my family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well-maintained. We attended a party for someone's birthday. The food was good and the service was fast. The kids loved the free jump time and the glow sticks. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for active entertainment and fun.

Great place to bring kids over for a few hours of instant fun and release of their energy. Can be pretty crouded on weekends and holidays but nothing chaotic. Staff is helpful and keep the floor clean. Well maintained and good for birthday parties as well. The only con is the pricey tickets if not an annual pass holder. Minimum 25 dollars per kid is expensive. Overall time well spent by kids especially during bad weather days.

One time once good enough to never come back to this place. Don’t waste your time scheduling a birthday party here. I celebrated my kids birthday her only to have people from other parties sitting at my kids party table. The host was doing multiple things at the same time that I had to constantly wave them down. One of the employees from the rock climbing was ride to my kid. The dodge ball are was like a war zone were a fight broke out and cops were called. Machines that weren’t working were left on and taking credits off my kids play card. And finally I never received goodie bags and was charged for them. Never received a call to let me know they forgot to give them to me. I had to call back to get refunded my money through an email since they don’t know how to call customers back. Never received a call from no one ! I paid almost 800 to share a small space with other parties and outside crowd as well. It was not worth it at all!

Took my toddler there and this place was DISGUSTING. On top of that worker's are not paying attention. Its ridiculous. Also Had to pay for socks for parent yet people are there wearing there own socks running around and when complained to management they said they can't control that which makes absolutely no sense. Never going there again and absolutely horrible customer service on top of The place being disgusting. **update when trying to call to speak to a manager they can't get on the phone either extremely disappointing. ** There should be someone who's an adult that actually works here instead of young kids with nasty attitudes
