The
only
mall
in
East
Brunswick.
Growing
up
here
often
meant
making
jokes
about
how
lackluster
it
is
since
pretty
much
any
adjacent
mall
is
better,
but
I
have
to
say
that
Brunswick
Square
has
evolved
a
lot
through
the
years.
They
have
expanded
and
incorporated
some
pretty
new
and
unique
businesses
(especially
in
the
form
of
restaurants),
while
keeping
the
staple
businesses
that
every
mall
must
have
(Macy's,
GAP,
Auntie
Anne's,
etc.)
The
movie
theater,
although
bought
out
by
AMC,
has
become
a
much
more
consistent
experience.
I
still
go
to
the
one
off
of
Route
1
instead,
but
on
the
off
chance
someone
makes
plans
that
insist
on
staying
in
East
Brunswick,
the
mall
has
become
a
much
more
robust
option
than
it
used
to
be.
If
you
haven't
been
to
the
Brunswick
Square
in
a
while,
maybe
consider
visiting
again.
You'll
most
likely
find
it
nowhere
near
as
intolerable/joke-worthy
than
it
used
to
be.
