Pretty nice place to stop and grab a outfit really fast. It's not that big but have a few restaurants that I like, Barns and Nobles always make a mall perfect, right nextdoor. I'm happy AAO is back and other restaurants are coming soon. It's also sad to see the older ones go since I had been shopping here for over 20 yrs. This place has changed a lot.

It’s ok sometimes but the workers at no store specifically but just the mall in general need to realize that not all teenagers are there to steal. It’s super annoying because multiple times I’ve been looked at funny by workers, treated rudely and even accused of stealing two times when I wasn’t and never had any intention to. Just because we are younger doesn’t mean we’re there to steal because some of us genuinely want to look at things and have the money with us to buy and it’s so unfair and makes me not want to go back to this mall.

Brunswick Square Mall, East Brunswick NJ 08816 🔳 2023 Oct. 10 - 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I always like this mall. It always felt like my home mall. One favorite store is the bookstore - always felt homey. 👍😃😍

Decent mall, Small but not terribly small. Some good name stores and some good local stores. A lot of stores open and close though which is kind of odd but covid messed things up. Mall is lively on weekends but dead on weekdays. The overall looks of the mall isn't the best and you might see kids smoking or homeless people around but for the most part its pretty good and the food options aren't bad.

We love this mall! So clean and well kept and they have the best variety of stores and restaurants (and we hear that there are more to come!). Their marketing manager, Katelyn, puts some amazing events together including talent shows, pajama parties and fitness classes and most of the events that we have attended are free! This mall truly has something for everyone. It’s definitely worth checking out.

Malls are not only for shopping the latest trends! Catch the latest Blockbuster or Classic Movie, or explore our Gaming, Hobby, Sports and Toy Shops. Enjoy Free Parking & Public Transportation Options. Does your car need some extra TLC? Brunswick Square has options for Auto maintenance too. Macy has only leftovers in this mall... And very un attractive store here.

It's Cool not as it use to be but they have a massage place inside the Mall it's Awesome 1.00 for 10 minutes check it out , Sorry I forgot the name of the Massage Place but in the middle of the mall there's a jewelry place make a right turn across from Game Shop and Old Navy you will see and I think the Arcade and Movie center is on that side and Before Macy's try out 1.00 can't be that for 19 minutes

One end JCPenny and other end Macy's. There are plenty of children entertainers. We like jalapeno pretzels in food court. Plenty of parking. There are places to sit and relax. Good place to go with family and kids

Went to see Wonka (great movie for the Gene Wilder version of the Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory). Easy booking tickets through kiosks, snack pack for 2 is $37 (tub popcorn, 2 huge drinks & 2 large candies). A child drops soda and mgt were quick to respond and cleaned up.

Great night celebrating my friend Marek, his birthday. There were six of the place jumping and we still had great service and delicious food and a super time....

This was hands-down the weirdest mall I've ever visited. It was like the place that time forgot . . . Store signs were throwbacks to early 90s decor, and there were stores here I thought were gone forever (F.Y.E. anyone?).

Support your local malls. We buy everything online nowadays, but your local malls need your support to stay alive. Come buy on the weekends, eat some food, walk around and buy a few things, its a real good time. One day they might be gone and you will miss them.

This mall has such potential for so much more. It's a nice place to walk around but it doesn't have much to offer. They have two major department stores and then a few minor stores for shopping. Many of the available stores are still empty. They could use a nice Italian restaurant or something healthier to eat there. They included these cute little shopping carts that are cars for the kids to ride in. The only thing is that it's super expensive. 10$ just to push your kids around a mediocre mall. I barely plan on spending that much on myself when I go there because there aren't many stores for my age group that I can buy clothes or things I like or need.

Pretty cozy place honestly. Good selection of stores and some nice places to eat (Charley's) and snack (Cinnabon & frozen yogurt).

Mall was fairly busy for a weeknight. Several vacancies. Macy's was well stocked and busy.

Friendly mall, pleasant workers in the shops. My sole concern is that outside of the AT&T store was an Indian gentleman pacing back and forth and talking very angrily/loudly on his phone. People walking by avoided him, I was told he works at the perfume kiosk. Could not enjoy eating my food because of his presence. Other than that a great place to shop.

I only come here because my grandchildren want to come and go shopping, and sometimes I need a few clothing items for myself. However, the mall is incredibly small and there are very few stores. Not to mention, the mall is very dirty and the bench by the bath and the body works is broken.

Amenities throughout the square. I'm new to the neighborhood. This was the first time walking through the mall here with my family. Visited JCPenney, spent and saved money at the same time. Took a little stroll through the mall. Was very impressed.. clean and welcoming. Parents on the benches watching their kids play on the carpet. Plenty of stores to choose from what we saw on our small trip. Will definitely visit again

It's a small mall but has a few good stores and the movie theater is nice. I would usually go because i like to go to the Chinese place that had bourbon chicken but they turned it into a Mexican place.

Recently they had a fair in the parking lot which was awesome fun for the family. The mall has some good stores in it. Its normally pretty empty during the week. Cause use a indoor play area for kids so parents cat take their small ones there for a day trip.

Conveniently located on Route 18 South, has movie theater, food and shopping. Plenty of parking. Though not very big, good place to retreat on a hot summer day.

They have a movie theater, some stores to shop... I didn't see many places to eat, but I could be mistaken.

The only mall in East Brunswick. Growing up here often meant making jokes about how lackluster it is since pretty much any adjacent mall is better, but I have to say that Brunswick Square has evolved a lot through the years. They have expanded and incorporated some pretty new and unique businesses (especially in the form of restaurants), while keeping the staple businesses that every mall must have (Macy's, GAP, Auntie Anne's, etc.) The movie theater, although bought out by AMC, has become a much more consistent experience. I still go to the one off of Route 1 instead, but on the off chance someone makes plans that insist on staying in East Brunswick, the mall has become a much more robust option than it used to be. If you haven't been to the Brunswick Square in a while, maybe consider visiting again. You'll most likely find it nowhere near as intolerable/joke-worthy than it used to be.

Nice mall with a plenty of shops, never crowded, perfect place to grab an outfit or gift, suitable for any shopping purposes. Movie theater and restaurants available. The whole place is quite tidy and very close to spotless, staff are nice and accommodating.

LEAD FEST CARNIVAL : THE FAIR CARD (ADD FUNDS FOR TICKETS) WAS ANNOYING... NEXT TIME I WILL PURCHASE A PASS FOR MY SON. WASTE OF MONEY. MORE MONEY SPENT... FOOD: THEY OFFERED NO BAGS AND I COULD BARELY GET A NAPKIN... NO PLACE TO EVEN SIT AND EAT....

Perfect mall for grabbing a quick gift. Never crowded and not too much walking involved. My mom loves it for that reason. It has a Macy's and JCPENNEY. what else could one want?

Please avoid this mall at all cost. The security here are extremely unprofessional- will lie about information obtained from stores (Pups of War) this was the light skin on the heavy side gentlemen, the African American skinny young lady was extremely nice. Thankfully Pups of Wars will be soon opening another location so we do not have to visit this mall again.

Its a tiny mall with good options for the size. The movie theater is nice and usually always pretty quiet when I go during the weekdays. Nothing fancy but perfect for what you need. There is no real food court which my husband thinks would help bring more traffic in, but the restaurants they do have, are good. But most importantly, it seems they have hired a new person to manage/market/event coordinate the mall. They have seriously cute events there for all ages and typically, if not always, for free. Whoever this person is (I unfortunately do not know her name yet but she recognizes us when we go to the events she runs), is doing phenomenal job trying to breathe some extra life into this mall. Definitely love being local to this mall just for the wonderful events they have for families.

The mall is clean and the good thing to me is this mall is not so crowded that I can enjoy myself around. This mall has a JCpenny and a Macy's, in addition there are many other stores selling clothes, shoes, gifts, jewelry etc. It also has a bookstore in the plaza and some restaurants like Panera etc. Overall, this is a good mall to me to browse around and buy some stuff.

Place is clean, well kept. Atmosphere is pleasant. A lot of nice stores, but need more Clothing stores for women 50 & older. Employees we ran into were very friendly & helpful, especially the lady at the Candy booth inside the main Mall area. Been shopping here since it was built & will continue to do so. I love that Barnes & Nobles are there, as well as other Restaurants with their own entrances.

I can appreciate this mall more, as it is smaller than others so it's not an epic marathon to walk from one side to the other, and yet plenty of shopping.

I wish I would've taken a picture of the meal, but I was too excited to start devouring it. The wife was so thrilled to finally try this place, and it was well worth it. You can see the aftermath of the meal; we left a trail of destruction. I was a bit taken aback when they gave us each a single paper plate and a plastic fork, but we quickly realized those things were just formalities. They also give you a bib and, most importantly, gloves. The food is served in a bag, as it is prepared sous vide style. You eat with your hands, only occasionally grabbing the crab cracker or pick. It's quite a thrill eating with your hands and not using flatware, it kind of gives you a caveman vibe, and it is SO much fun. We over ordered, but that's fine because there's nothing like 3AM leftovers. We're definitely going back, and we'd love to go as a group.
