IHOP is conveniently located along with other stores. Ample parking and kids eat free after 4pm Mon-Fri.

The navigation instructions are taking me in the opposite direction of a one-way. That is the wrong way down the street of a roundabout.

It's a strip mall there are many different stores I certainly did not visit them all it's a nice shopping center it's all old but it's kept up in good shape nothing to really comment on

I'm not too familiar with many of the stores in this mall. The anchor stores are Costco Wholesale Club and IHOP. There is a small bank a self defense school. The mall just recently underwent an exterior remodeling to many of the smaller store fronts. It is conveniently located on Route 18 North and across the street from another mall called the Shoppes at Oldbridge.

Great service, food prepared as expected, good location and priced just right. Probably the smallest IHOP in the country. Servers running into each other, on a busy day expect back ups and wait times. Shared parking with other business's, handicap parking spots available but not the entrance and kind of limited space inside. It is clean, good food and good service.

Good dinner food and service. Reasonable prices.

The IHOP was so bass with service and everything took forever. When you see other tables that bone in after get everything done before you even get your drink. I don't recommend that place. Parking was hectic and the Costco gas station was jam packed. In Virginia you need a membership but here they don't. Overall it was a horrible experience for me on the right side. The side to the left though was the exact opposite very calm and plenty of parking.

Interesting mix of national franchises, such as new Smoothie King and Club Pilates. Just wonder how it will be when the Chick-fil-A, which is under construction, is finished. Also don't see how the Aldi being built there will work regarding traffic flow.

We go here for IHOP. Service is always good and food is prepared well. There is always a wait on weekend mornings but they do pretty good with moving through it quickly.

Please update directory to remove the former pizzeria and add Slice which is the new pizzeria- We are excited to serve the community!
