Cool plaza with a variety of groceries, bakeries, and dinning options. It is very busy and often times parking is more available in the back. There is a hotpot spot as well.

Great place for Asian food shopping, lots of places to eat here from hot pot to tofu pots, korean bbq, fried chicken, hard to get parking, they should add more parking on the 2 grass areas. Now they are building more shops with dual floor by the grass area which will compund the parking issue, will definitely not get any parking now..parking will now spill over into the side streets unto peoples houses. New conveyer belt sushi restaurant and a Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor. Huge line just to get in to try..

We came here for HMart, the best place we know for fresh fish and Korean/Japanese products. We've also been to the Spa on the side and loved it. I would recommend the experience to anyone who has never been to. The Paris Bakery is great too, and always has tasty things (remember to grab the tray and tongs when you enter) And we like visiting the little dollar dynasty to see what strange new things they have for sale. I would really recommend this plaza to anyone who doesn't usually visit any Asian markets. There is a great variety here that you won't get elsewhere And the plaza is still very accessable to those not familiar with Asian products. Also H Mart really is the best place for fish or lobster.

I miss Children Wear and the old Asian Market but it's still a nice little area w upgrades. I use love walking her when I lived in Edison. It was literally down the streets.

Beautiful shopping mall full of Korean stores and restaurants must go if you haven't been there.

This shopping center has places to shop places to eat there's a bundle parking little trick and tip when you park park far away so you have to walk to the store and your car is not near any cars to get bumped or small damage and get yourself a little bit of exercise walking

South Korean/S. Asian supermarket. Huge assortment of food, great selection of household goods, very much different from regular American supermarket. I particularly like their selection of mushrooms and fruits. In spring they sell Korean cucumber plants that I like planting in my garden.

The H-mart is now my place to go to for fresh veggies in winter. My daughter gets her kimchi ingredients there with her fellow college friends too. Large store with pretty much all Asian varieties of good quality 👌

Super cool Plaza with plenty of stores to shop from and dinning options. It's much better in the middle of the week because parking can be challenging on the weekends but there is always more in the back. There is also a Korean spa that I love! Will definitely be back.

Went to Island Spa in the plaza. Great facility. Maybe larger parking lot though.

You have options when you go there , what kind of food to eat and for dessert got to go into Paris Baguette Bakery , can't got wrong !

Our favorite bakery store… the BEST!

We typically come here to grab some sushi at Kura and then groceries at H Mart, which is a terrific Asian supermarket. Only negative is it can be really packed on weekends so it's hard to park, but in a way all that madness adds to the fun, too.

Super crowded on a Sunday. Parking spots are hard to find and wait for. The aisles seem more narrow and slightly harder to navigate through without doing some odd dance routine when there are more than one cart and 3 people in one aisle.

Hard find parking

This mall parking lot is always a mess and packed. Parking is already limited, then add on the numerous stores and restaurants and it becomes nearly impossible. If going to H-Mart, go as early as possible before all the restaurants open, to find easier parking. There is some, albeit tight, parking in the back and along the side. Otherwise, it's a good luck situation.

Great spot to go shopping for a variety of Asian groceries and a few restaurants like K- Chicken, KBBQ and HotPot. Some dessert spots and apparently the plaza is growing as they are building more commercial buildings in the parking lot.

Elegant facility, well-kept, and lots of amenities. An excellent experience for the price. I loved the deep tissue massage.

Variety of food and bakeries. Best is Paris Baguette...bread, pastry, vegan muffins and coffee HMart has both groceries, produce and prepared dishes. Kimchi, sushi and scallion pancakes were great!

Festival plaza is a lovely place to be...if you're Asian. A syndicated haven away from American society, the Asian community has established a highly pseudo-xenophobic tourist trap within festival plaza; ready to serve and to shun at a moments notice. Their selection of attractions and shopping opportunities is a pleasing taste of Asian culture and culinary arts. Yes, Indeed, it is a perfect learning experience for your "would-be" adventurer and "weeb" culture enthusiast. However, don't be fooled by the peppy smiles and accommodating service, because within the "Kindness" lies a hidden vitriol that can only be felt and not seen. E tu, Brutë?

Great place to get all the Asian groceries. Plus they have the cleanest seafood section I've seen around. Meat section is great but the beef prices here are lot higher than most places. The meat and poultry are packaged neatly and very clean. Definitely not your local grocery store. You might pay little more but Definitely worth it.

Restaurants and stores here are really good, but the traffic is usually really bad. Be careful when driving. The plaza primarily deals with Asian culture (e.g. Asian restaurants, Korean Heart).

Excellent place for shopping. It's a complete hypermarket where you can find everything you need. Clean and fresh. A place that I always come to shopping. Strongly recommended.

Good plaza with all Asian varieties. But the parking is just horrible during weekends. You are warned.

Great place for Asian food both restaurants and H Mart supermarket.

This area has many resturants to just enjoy. One end of the plaza even has a spa to relax and enjoy yourself while the other side has all the food you can choose to eat at.

The biggest problem with this place is the parking lots are completely full most of the time on the weekend.

Good luck finding a parking spot especially on weekend... I don't understand how township approved adding another building on that lot... it's crazy... I'm shocked I don't see as many car accident on that plaza.... so crowded.....

Whenever I come, there is always something new coming in, it’s clean, hygiene and you get the way where you want to go, it’s always there something new, and all the restaurants I feel best in the world !!!

Food options here is plenty. Hmart provide quality groceries. This plaza is popular that parking is hard to find most of the time.

This Plaza can be a double edged sword, theres numerous good eats and shops all well within 100 yards of each other, Meet Fresh is a great place to grab a delicious fruit tea or milk tea, Paris Baguette has so many delicacies in the form of pastries, and finally H mart is a one stop shop for hot food and groceries. Coming here suring lunch time can be an absolute nightmare though, all from no parking spaces close or people sriving recklessly. I love this place but wish people would learn how to drive.

All the stores here are great. I love window shopping here. The Asian market has so many good grocery items and cute essentials and snacks! Paris baguette is such a good bread store, their bread is always so delicious. Although I believe some stores are quite expensive.

A busy shopping plaza with HMart there. I was not so impressed with the service in Paris Baguette there. One of the cashiers couldn't even properly pack buns and pastries I bought, very annoyed.

This is an Asian far-east plaza with lots of good restaurants. It also has a large Asian supermarket which has a food court as well. There is a bank and a great pastry and cafe which you can enjoy. Try one of the buffets
