Huge mall which houses tonnes of different brands. Menlo mall is very close to Woodbridge mall. The Mall always seems to be clean and there's always a welcoming atmosphere. Just for info Disney store is closed. Plenty of parking available here too.

Well this is a huge mall at the end of Edison situated close to US1 highway. Name a brand and it’s present at this mall. Huge Macy’s store is present here. Forever 21, old navy, Aero, Victoria secret, Native American, H & M, express, JD, ATT, T-MOBILE , bath n body, Clair’s , optics, jewelry etc all are having 🏬 stores. Lot of local and seasonal stores are also present. Nicely decorated for Christmas 🎄 They also have a photo section with Santa 🎅 for some charges. Lot of food 🍱 and drinks shops are also present. See pics for more details. Thanks 😊

Love this mall. Lots of shops, and lots of restaurants to eat. So many options .. they also have amc theaters and cheesecake factory in the same complex. Super timepass for kids .. much better than Woodbridge mall. So many options to eat .. they have a huge food court and outside the mall, they have shake shack and other restaurants.. billing takes time in most of the outlets here . Liked it overall ..

Very busy mall, and part of the parking lot is under construction so there are a lot of people crammed into a much smaller space there. No map at the entrance, instead of QR code. I don't really like that as I prefer to actually have a map and be able to look around it for what I need. Simon mall design, like the curved stairway down to the first floor.

This is a large mall in Edison, NJ. It has two levels of shopping. There are several well known name brand stores. Many are well known businesses that we also see in other cities. The mall has Nordstrom at one end and Macy’s at the other end. There are many smaller stores in between those to giants. There is an Apple store here. It’s a busy place. The food court is on the second floor. It is quite large. There are many options for food and plenty of seating. There is ample parking.

This mall has changed a lot! I have been coming here for over 20+ years. Some of my favorite clothing stores, food, and stands are gone then replaced with others. I miss Tevana so much, they had the best tea but it was expensive! We used to get the free samples then eventually bought the Tea. I miss the good ol days..😢

It used to be a great Mall but it suffered a lot after the Lockdown. Macy's and Nordstrom still attract lots of visitors, and there are all the famous clothing chains, lots of food, coffee and large food court. There is also a Barnes and Nobles and a Cheesecake Factory. A wing of the mall is almost empty. There is plenty of space and the architecture is interesting.

After a long time, I am seeing this place getting back to “LIFE.” This is a very decent mall with attractive interior and nice walkways. You can find all well known brands here. Attractive food court with nice aroma. Problem is missing map or mall-guide to locate the stores easily.

Very beautiful mall with an interesting mix of shops (not just women's clothes and shoes!). Light flooded and clean. There's a great Barnes and Noble, too - I'll certainly be coming back.

Lots if stores to shop in. A few stores are going out if business so there's good sales. Some were 75% off. Everyone had masks on and the stores are enforcing a capacity so it's not overcrowded. No fitting rooms or eating inside permitted. But it was still a nice day out.

Hasn't changed much over the years. Haven't finished renovations even though they were started YEARS ago. Most of the food court staff is nasty, I know people who've worked in the food court and the basement is disgusting so I wouldn't eat any of that food except maybe Chick-fil-A, Stewart's, or smashburger. Just pretty boring, nothing has been done with the space where the arcade used to be and the AMC is overly expensive for what it is. You would think what with how much you pay in the stores and what the stores pay in rent in turn, the place would be kept nicer. Not to mention how nasty the bathrooms are. Not sure if it's just that patrons behave like animals or the custodial staff doesn't get paid enough to keep up after them. The only good thing about Covid so far is that at least the food court tables get cleaned more often. Now with the new hours effective 1/4, you know more people are going to squeeze in at once rather than spread out over time (regarding Sundays at least). So I guess just pick and choose wisely if you'd like to get out while obeying proper covid safety instruction. 3 stars for keeping B&N and having a Dr. Martens, Stewart's, and a few other personal favorites. Could be cleaner when we aren't being affected by Covid.

We visited the Rain Forest Cafe which was beautiful. The staff and service was great. This 1 star rating is coming for a "mall cop" who told us we couldn't take pictures in the mall and if the Rainforest Cafe allowed pictures inside the restaurant than that is their choice but we are not allowed to take pics in the mall. She was very rude about it. My family and I were literally in the restaurant's entrance taking a picture with the beautiful decor. The "mall cop" went on to say there were postings on every door that said pictures were not allowed in the mall. As we were leaving the mall, I looked for the "no picture posting" that she claimed was on every door. There was nothing! Not sure what her problem was or if this is an actual rule or not but it wasn't a good experience.

This is one of the smaller malls in the area, but it is very clean, modern and never too crowded! Granted, it probably doesn’t have all the shops that Woodbridge mall has. It is ideal if you want to go there just for your morning walk!

They have a lot of trendy well stocked stores plus 1 of 3 Jamba Juices in NJ! Urban Outfitters, Doc Martens, and an exclusive “hypebeast” sneaker head store and just a couple of its highlights! This mall also has a gym, Jersey Strong. The mall is also very clean.

It’s a nice clean mall with a variety of stores (my favorite being the toy store upstairs) living in the area, it is my preferred mall. The food court is decent but I feel like there could be a little more variety as it seems a lot of the places are Asian food.

Went to Menlo Park to the AT&T store. The Mall always seems to be clean and there's always a welcoming atmosphere. There's rarely any ruckus going on when I go there. They have an excellent Dine-in movie theater, nice food court with a variety of food choices, they have Starbucks there that makes excellent drinks. There's something there for everyone. I actually enjoy going to this mall

This was the most populated mall I've seen in a long while. They had plenty of store selection, few (if any) empty storefronts. They have a really cool place for kids inside called the Slime Factory where they teach kids to make 2 different kinds of slime at the top of the hour every hour. Kind of expensive at $38 pretty child, but they had a fantastic time. I will take my son back if we're in the area again.

Menlo Park Mall is great! Me and my family visited this mall on a Saturday and service was good. Clean as always. I haven't been here in a year and it improved. Kinda. I like how there's a playground for the little kids. You get to relax on the bench while your kids get to play with other kids. They really put effort into this. Even though its a small mall, its nice. I recommend you go to this place. Super joyful.

Mall is very close to Oak tree road and close to Indian market. Clean place and enough parking incase mall is crowded. I would recommend this mall if you are in Edison Indian market then this mall is less than 10 minutes away. Mall has Barnes and Nobles which is not connected directly to the mall but you may have to get out of mall to go to Barnes and Nobles.

A humble mall with a list of aptly located stores. You can find almost all name-brands for clothing and you shan’t be dissatisfied with the collection available in them. The food court is also satisfactory, with my personal favorite, Chic-Fil-A located in it. The mall is just beside Target, if you need to complete your grocery run too! Please note that you can get covered parking here as well.

NIce mall.. always new stores to explore. Big and expansive food court. Seasonal attractions like Christmas photo booth and all time attractions like 3-D video games. But parking is always full from the front. Drive up in the back parking lot for more!

Excellent products, but the slowest customer service ever. I love my Apple products, but I hate going to the Apple Store more than going to the Dentist, I was told 10 minutes and it is now well beyond a 1/2 hour. A business as successful as Apple should either hire more people or open more locations. This wait is enough to make me become an Android user. The crazy thing is that I’m writing this review while I wait. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had excellent service in the past, the thing is I just can’t take the wait. I finally got help in the mist of waiting, the young man that assisted me was very knowledgeable on Apple’s line of iPads; he was extremely personable as well, engaging in small talk while we waited for my iPad. Unfortunately I’m really bad with names and can’t remember the name of the young man that helped me, but for him & his stellar Customer Service I give 5 stars; however due to the long wait, I give 1 star; that’s an overall rating of 3 stars. Sorry Apple, but you really need to step up you game; you hire a great staff of people, but the wait is usually ridiculous!

Very nice mall. Lots of stores and restaurants that you’d see at other malls. Does have Apple Store and Barnes and nobles, which not every mall does. Chipotle and Cheesecake Factory. It’s also across a target and a bunch of other restaurants. And a decent dine in movie theater.

While there were some enjoyable aspects of the mall, I couldn't help but notice a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, there were a few stores that didn't meet my expectations. Some of them lacked the variety or quality that I had hoped for. However, it's worth mentioning that this may vary depending on personal preferences and individual taste. My biggest concern during my visit was the behavior of teenagers in the mall. They seemed to be everywhere, and unfortunately, many of them acted in an impolite manner. It was evident that they didn't always consider the presence of younger children around them. Their lack of respect and disregard for others made the shopping experience less enjoyable. In particular, security should be more vigilant and take appropriate action in such situations, especially when it comes to the behavior of teenagers. Their presence should ideally contribute to a harmonious atmosphere for everyone. Implementing stricter rules and disciplining those who disrupt the peace would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the mall management paid special attention to providing a safe and pleasant environment for families with infants. It's important to ensure stricter measures are in place to prevent any disturbances and create a more relaxing atmosphere for parents and their little ones. Despite these concerns, Menlo Park Mall did have its positive aspects. The mall offered a good variety of stores, and the staff in some of the stores were friendly and helpful. The overall design and layout of the mall were also appealing, making it easy to navigate. In conclusion, Menlo Park Mall has its ups and downs. While some shops may not meet everyone's expectations, the presence of impolite teenagers can detract from the overall experience. It is recommended that the mall management take steps to address these issues and create a more welcoming and family-friendly environment, particularly for parents with infants. With a few improvements, Menlo Park Mall has the potential to provide an even better shopping experience for its visitors.
