Today was my third time visiting the office and all three visits have been exceptional. The office is always decorated for the season, making the environment super friendly. Sophia was kind, gentle, and even remembered specifics about my life from my previous visit! She is wonderful. Stephanie scanned me to be fitted and made the experience a quick and painless one. The doctor is professional and personable. Overall wonderful experience, nothing negative can be said! I surely recommend them!

Dr. Yana is amazing, together with Sophia who always does a phenomenal job with teeth cleaning. Dr. Yana is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and caring, which she shows at every visit. Absolutely amazing and thorough! From the moment you walk in you feel that they really care and know what they are doing. In all my years going to the dentist, I don't think I've had such amazingly thorough visit. You feel comfortable and they take their time caring for your personal dental needs. I only wish I would have found them sooner! Dr. Yana is wonderful! She takes her time to listen to your concerns, asks really good questions and suggests a plan of action, allowing you to make the best decision that you are comfortable with because you understand the details. I've been going here for years. I love Dr. Yana's personable and kind personality. She is also invested in providing top of the line dental care. She is curious in nature about discovering things about the teeth and health. I always learn something new about dental care when I go there. Additionally, with any procedure I receive, her and the staff give clear expectations of the procedure and thorough explanation of what is going to happen next. And I cannot forget to mention the stylish, hip office space! The office staff is excellent, too. They are very knowledgeable and can answer questions clearly. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. They have been flexible with my appointment needs, on top of making confirmation calls, and never fail to let me know when it is time for my next vist. 5 stars guys!

Great experience with staff. Dr. Yana is one of the few dentists that spent time explaining everything and explained expectations in detail before and after the procedure. Teeth cleaning and fillings were impeccable as was the teeth whitening. Also, was able to see me within the day and there was no wait time. My permanent dentist from here on.

Best dentist ever !!! Making appointments is smooth and easy. The dentist is usually a very stressful experience for me, but everyone here is so kind and helpful. When I called about some tooth pain, I was able to get an appointment immediately. I appreciate that the treatment plan was explained to me in a way that is easy to understand. She always looks at the big picture, and aims to solve the issues not just place a band aid. Her staff reflects the same. I have brought my mother here while she was visiting from Florida; a piece of her denture was loosened and she was very worried about her mouth. Great experience! Got my cleaning done by Sofia. She is very precise. Got my cavities filled, quick and painless. Doctor is patient, gentle and experienced. I did not even notice how I got numbed for a procedure. Stephanie is a great assistant. Everyone is very nice and professional. They respect their customers. Definitely will recommend this practice.

Dr. Yana and her team are the best! She has been my dentist for almost 10 years and I couldn't be happier. Her entire team is fantastic - Sofiya is an amazing hygienist and is extremely thorough. By far the best dental experience I have ever had was at Cambridge Square Dental (and I have had a lot). All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind the moment you walk in. Dr. Yana was very knowledgable and provided me with a supportive, comfortable and personalized experience. She also eased so many of the concerns regarding my tooth pain by being clear and informative in both her practice and communication. The office utilizes advanced technological equipment (x-ray and digital imaging) that was able to give me a better understanding about my diagnosis, more so than other offices I have recently visited, which I really appreciated. Sofiya is the best hygienist I’ve ever been too. She has a delicate touch, no pain for thorough cleaning! Dr. Yana always takes her time to discuss your best options. The pictures and technology they use are top notch. You can really see what’s going on with your dental hygiene. I was extremely impressed!! Today I took home the recommended teeth whitening kit, can’t wait to try.

Dr Yana…Stephanie and all of the office staff are amazing! I had so many horrible past dental experiences and had so much anxiety when I walked through the door but Dr Yana took so much time to listen and find out the root cause of my dental anxieties. She was genuinely understanding and compassionate! Her technology is top notch and amazing how you can really see all your dental issues. So far all my dental procedures have been painless. Even when I had a concern after hours she was prompt in calling me and even offered to open up her office during off hours if need be! The entire staff office is super polite, professional and go out of their way to make your experience as calming as possible. I am truly grateful I found this wonderful practice!

It’s always such a pleasant experience when I go to Cambridge Square Dental! I was nervous that now I needed a mouth guard, but Kim and Steph assured me it would be fine. I could not ask for a better place to go for dental care. I finally like to go to the dentist!!! When I walk in the door I’m always greeted with a big friendly smile by Kim and it just carries on to every other staff member. Dr. Yana and the staff are so compassionate, friendly, and caring. There is not a time that I sat in the chair and Dr. didn’t ask how I was doing, how my weekend was, or how work was before she started to do any work on me. Dr. Yana did A LOT of work on my teeth and explained everything every step of the way, always asking if I have questions to make sure I understand everything completely. I have never LOVED my teeth so much. Dr. Yana, Sofiya, Kim, Stephanie, and Xhunejda are all amazing in everything they do. I would recommend Dr and her staff to everyone!! Great dental experience!Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. Sofia was very thorough, she explained how to brush correctly and went over nutrition. Kimberly was very friendly. Doctor and assistant, Stephanie, made my filling appointment very pleasant. I watched “Mama Mia “ the whole time and did not even notice how my fillings were done. They have cool up today technology. This office has warm, caring, and welcoming vibe in every area. The place is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The receptionist is friendly and polite. The hygienist Sofiya is gentle and caring. I have never seen my teeth this clean and this white, even considering she did not even use any whitening materials on me. It was also completely painless, which is a new experience for me. The doctor Yana had taken her time to give me a very detailed feedback about the health of my gums and teeth and she listened attentively to everything I had to say. This was my first visit and I felt well taken care of.

The hygienist and dentist took their time explaining my xray images to me and making appropriate recommendations. They also had the most advanced technology i have ever seen in a dental office. The office staff and Sophia (dental hygienist) and Dr. Yana were wonderful. Their technology is advanced and their bedside manner is fantastic and was not fake in any way. My husband went in the am and I in the afternoon and we were both so pleasantly surprised as the dentist visit is not typically a good experience. This was by far the best dental experience I have had ever. I am so happy I reviewed online and made the step to switch dentists. My kids will be coming as well as they aged out of pediatric dentistry. You will not be disappointed at all - they are knowledgeable and friendly and polite. I would recommend to all.

She answered all my questions and has given me the best dental cleaning of my life. It’s clear she’s good at her job!! Dr. Nemtseva is also very professional and knowledgeable.
