There
is
a
Black
lady
that
works
in
the
"Hot
Food"
area
who
is
always
nasty
from
the
moment
she
started
to
service
individuals
at
the
register.
One
day
I
stood
on
line
to
get
an
order
I
purchased
the
day
before.
As
I
approached
her
to
get
my
paid
order,
I
shared
with
her
I
have
something
I
needed
to
pick
up
she
looked
at
me.
She
looked
at
me,
as
if,
I
said
something
wrong
to
her
or
just
simply
disturbed
her
work
day.
She
stood
looking
around
for
what
when
I
presented
to
her
my
order
receipt.
As
she
was
waiting
for
me
to
pay,
I
shared
with
her
that
I
had
already
paid
for
my
order
the
day
before.
When
I
said
that,
she
went
from
zero
to
one
hundred
trying
to
find
proof
by
yelling
to
another
female
cook
who
came
from
the
back
kitchen,
saying,
"she
came
to
pick
up
her
order
and
is
talking
about
she
paid
for
it
already"!
The
cook
told
her
to
give
me
my
order
that
she
believed
what
I
saying
to
that
very
nasty
individual.
Little
did
the
black
nasty
lady
know,
whrn
the
cook
went
in
the
back
to
retrieve
my
paid
for
order,
to
that
nasty
person's
surprise,
the
receipt
on
the
order
was
marked
"paid"
when
the
item
was
giving
to
me.
That
was
her
behavior
during
the
beginning
of
fall.
However,
each
time
I
had
gone
back
and
she
was
there
for
one,
I
tried
to
avoid
her
by
asking
for
someone
else,
but
I
somehow
seem
to
keep
running
into
her
at
that
counter.
One
day
I
came
in
behind
another
lady
who
was
ordering
sandwiches.
That
lady
asked
if
her
sandwiches
could
be
sliced
in
half
and
the
way
that
Black
lady
talked
to
her
about
getting
a
little
extra
service
was
crazy,
she
told
her"
we
don't
cut
no
sandwiches
because
if
there
is
a
problem
you
can't
complaint
about
it
to
us"!
I
am
standing
there
listening
to
the
way
she
is
talking
to
this
lady,
all
I
could
say
is
"WOW".
My
conclusion
about
that
black
lady
is,
she
is
just
a
very
nasty
person
or
her
customer
service
skills
should
never
be
displayed
to
the
public
and
someone
with
that
type
of
attitude
sucj
never
be
near
anyones
food.
Period!
