I had discussed plans for a kitchen renovation with a few companies prior to when the Covid Quarantine began. Obviously, everything was delayed, but it was to our benefit. We had purchased our appliances and were ready to get started in February 2020. Last fall, My Soho Kitchen opened near our home. There is a reason for everything and we were fortunate enough to see them before continuing with our initial pre Covid plan. Jem gave excellent advice and assisted us in designing the kitchen we always wanted. His design assistance was amazing and the execution of the process of choosing flooring and countertops was top notch. No home project goes without problems, but Jem intervened with errors made by the cabinet company to assure that we received the product that we wanted. I have dealt with many professionals over the years, but few exhibited the honesty and integrity of Jem and the staff of My Soho Design. The cost was more than fair and the advice and follow through were incredible. Dealing with My Soho Design is a throwback to the days long past when a company did everything they stated they would do and then even more. It is hard to find retailers with such character as My Soho Design. I could not be happier than dealing with them. Jem is truly a Gem! The photos attached represent the ongoing project from beginning to the present time. Within a week all will be done and it will better represent the finished product as it is coming together better than I anticipated. I fully recommend My Soho Design. Amazing customer service by Mert! He was very patient and explained the entire process after designing the perfect kitchen for me. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bathroom. The showroom was excellent, it had many different style options especially for kitchen remodeling. Also the installers are professionals of their craft. If you’re trying to save money by hiring someone else to do the installation, think again! These guys do an amazing job and they are very professional. Thank you so much again for all the time and effort you guys put into my new kitchen!

Visited their showroom and I was blown away! They had everything I ever dreamed of! When the time came to redo the bathroom and kitchen cabinets I knew what I wanted. Now that my new dream kitchen & bathroom is complete, I can honestly say, it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. As a matter of fact, it was a relatively simple process. Well, that is if you do it with My Soho Design.

I can't express enough how lucky I was to come across My Soho Design. I sincerely apologize for taking so long to review. My renovation was done on 2021 Summer/Fall. Since I bought my first home, I always wanted to remodel my kitchen. I just did not like anything about my old kitchen. I have started discussing with many companies, either they did not understand my vision, or too expensive for my budget. When I walked in to the showroom at My Soho design, Jem listened to all my asks and he was able to create a design that was very close to my vision. As he started explaining pricing and cost, it seemed reasonable from the prices I have been getting quoted. His politeness and patience was impressive and we decided to go with them. The only thing that I was very stern about was, my whole remodel has to be with legal permits and as they were just recently in town, it seemed to be a challenge for them. However, they honored my decision and got my permits and the work began. Like any construction job there were some ups and downs and delays specially because of Covid timing. However, nothing too concerning or a road blocker for us. We had our full kitchen remodeled, wall removed between dining and kitchen, new appliances installed, counter and cabinets installed, Tiles on floor installed, Patio door fixed. In one word, It was a one stop store. When Jem was not available Ugur made sure he was available for any work that needed supervision. I can't thank enough both of these brothers for their courtesies and being by my side through out the whole project. It was very challenging for me at first understanding construction and remodeling is not fun. However, they were with me every step of the way consoling or talking me through it and explaining everything will be okay. They answered my calls on off hours, anytime I had concern. When I saw the finished project I wanted to cry. It was so beautiful and it was my dream kitchen! Thanks so much! I recommend to any one if you want to be treated kindly and are on a budget to checkout My Soho Design they will work with you on your budget. Best quality service and designs hands down. I'm obsessed with our redesigned kitchen! They had a wide selection of cabinets and countertops and helped us to find the styles that best suited our taste and budget. They even helped us to find the perfect Quartz countertops for a reasonable(!!) price! Ugur and Cem were helpful from beginning to end of the process. Can't say enough good things about the support they provided and how communicative they were. We plan on re-doing our guest bathroom next year and will definitely be working with My Soho again!
