Big outdoor shopping area at the end of Bay Parkway in Bensonhurst. A couple of small eateries, plus Wendy’s, Best Buy, Target, Kohl’s and Five Below. Huge free parking lot that extends from the stores to the edge of the east bound Belt Parkway. Stores seem more crowded every time my wife makes me come here. Pretty decent place.

I liked my visit to the Cesar's Bay Shopping Center. I had the pleasure of visiting Target aka Tar-zhey. This particular Target is organized and has a layout that is pretty easy to navigate as you take a leisurely stroll through. The shopping center is lends itself to a gorgeous pathway that you can walk, stroll, bike or roller blade. The sky is filled and open with a cool view of the Verrazano Bridge.

I didn't do any shopping. Well, if you count stopping by Wendy's as shopping?! Then you might have a few other issues going on? But anyway just doing that was like a 15+ wait to order! This area has definitely gotten more foot traffic in the past 15-20 yrs.

It is beautiful place if you are upset or having depression go there see the scene and get relaxed.

They have great stores in this shopping center for retail but they should really have more places to eat then just Pizza DAmore, Wendy's & Olive Garden. Or at least a place closer to Kohls then across a whole parking lot. Should have opened a Chinese buffet restaurant instead of Skechers

Went to Best Buy with my husband. Sales help was great until we went to leave. Manager ran after us like we were stealing the printer we just bought. The receipt was in my hand. Don't know what his problem was but he had to be an a..hole. I wanted to go back for a big screen tv but now I'm thinking twice about it. Too bad because I was buying there for a while now.

I Love Bob's Furniture Store, The Sale's Associate Michael was so helpful the minute I walk in. He said Good Morning, How could I help you. I said I need a Reliner Chair, for $500.00 or lower. And I was they only 5 minutes, & he show me a Beautiful Medium Gray Reliner chair, that I wanted it . Plus, His's Manager, came out of his office to Greet me, was so nice and helpful too. Large shopping center with about 15 different stores a bank , about 5 food options , parking everywhere and a beautiful view of the water for sunsets by the bridge. If you like fitness there's even a gym and a long bike path . Check it out in winter but definitely in spring summer

This Bensonhurst staple shopping center has been home to the likes of Toys-R-Us, Best Buy, Five Guys Burgers, etc... A popular hang out area with amazing views of the ocean and Verazanno Bridge.. The best shopping area in Brooklyn!

There is the greatest pizza shop in this strip mall area. Toys r us was here and now that spot sits empty. They should utilize the space.

There is lots of parking spots as well as different stores including models, best buy, Starbucks and a pizza place. It's pretty clean and I do believe that most if not all the stores have social distancing for the COVID. The Starbucks here is also very fast.

Nothing special. Models is going out of business. Toys and Babys R Us get out of business 5 years ago. Only left Best Buys and Kohl's, and few small stores. Parking is full for 20%.

Whether it's taking a walk by the ocean and get a good view of my favorite bridge (Verrazano), or going shopping in the few but massive stores, or getting a good burger/ decent slice of pizza. This is the place to go. They got Starbucks, Five Guys, D'Amore pizza, Best Buy, Kohl's, and coming soon Target (I think?). Been coming here since I was a kid. Love it

I'm going to tell you a secret, there's a Starbucks here that is just a quick hop off of the belt parkway! whenever I travel to New York I always stop at the Starbucks because they have a bathroom that is usually clean they have a good staff that knows how to make coffee and there's ample parking so you don't have to get crazy looking for a spot. So if you want to hop off the belt take a quick caffeination break, this is the place!

I have visited Target at the Ceasar's Bay Shopping Mall. This store is new, so it's a clean place with a good and clean restrooms. Also, there is Starbucks there, which has very nice and attentive staff. My overall shopping experience is excellent. By the way, there is a Shore Promenade where you can take a nice walk or ride a bicycle.

Quick run to Kohls and Target. The only line I encountered was the Amazon return line. However, they do move pretty fast. I like the fact that there is always parking, Wendys is on the corner and BJs is close by.

I've grown up in the neighborhood, having been coming here since 2007. While the stores may change or not be there anymore and replaced with new ones, you can always find what you're looking for. The food places their are good too, my favorite is D'Amore pizza right next to best buy.

Can't go wrong- target, kohl's, best buy, and others, and the pizzeria that's been there since it was Ceasars Bay, its that good. A Five Guys for the burger lover. If you're in a shopping mood, this is a good spot, with a parking lot.

Utilitarian at best. Big box stores that are always disorganized, due to the amount of people that go through there on a daily basis. Unless you really need to go to one of the stores, there is really no need for you to go out here. The parking lot can be very dangerous, more so than most.

This is one of the best shopping centers in Brooklyn, so clean and lots of parking space. Recently moved with my partner and we live in Coney Island and already love spending times shopping here

On a hot summer day I wouldn't want to put a walk from Target to Best Buy and bake to Target again. That could be a stage on the Tour de France, for crying out loud. The Civic Engineers need to take a look at their planning and site guidelines here as how not to plan & build

I like shopping at Best Buy order on line and pick up same is Great. Then I walked over to Wendy's and ate a nice burger meal with fries and drink. I'll show photos later.

One of the best Best Buy stores. Staff helps you to your car and there are many as is items which you can get warrantees while saving a few bucks. Tons of parking

This shopping center has everything a person needs/wants. It's got stores like Target, kohls, Bob's furniture, Best buy, Kay's jewelry, Five guys, Olive Garden, and Starbucks. Also, a sephora right inside Kohls. Like I said anything you need/want is inside this shopping center. Plus, they're also opening a skechers store soon. I would prefer a Trader Joe's or whole foods, but it is what it is. 😊

It is one of the places that I go to more often than other malls. It is closer to my house and pretty much everything that you can ask for from shopping for clothing, toys and food as well. the folks and variety of stores is amazing.I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.

It feels as if im shopping in Long Island because of the huge parking lot and all your shopping needs are fulfilled by well known retailers and fast food chains from Target to Best Buy to Kohls and Modells and for food you got Five Guys, Wendy's, Subways and the Local Pizza Shop thats been around forever. Dont forget the never ending boardwalk by the ocean,a real serenity and get away for the whole family or if you just want to get away from the busy city and dont want to go to far out. A very good place to shop. There are a lot of shops that you can explore and some prices are fair some are not in my opinion. Target seems to be my favorite store the prices and items are great!

An improvement from when I was a little girl. I shop frequently at Target. I dislike that people think it's ok to park in drive-up spots to go inside. They need more vigilance with that. Other than that, I have had nothing but great experiences. Another thing is I do wish they would make a driveway for Wendy's and Starbuck's.

Enjoy shopping at Ceasar's Bay. Target, Kohls, Sephora and so many other stores there, and I often finish up by having a nice meal at the Olive Garden, Five Guys or even the Wendy's, all depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time.

Still a good place to visit, basically an outdoor mall, couple of places to eat like Wendy's, Five Guys, department stores like Target and Kohl's, and when you're tired of shopping you can sit outside and enjoy nice views of the Verrazano bridge.

Went into kohls to Amazon returns. Luckily no long line on a Sunday but remember on weekends prime time it’s a long line and you’ll wait forever. I don’t shop kohls but it looked clean and there is a Sephora here. Went to target and got prepackaged salad. Small grocery area with some fruit. Otherwise pretty well stocked target. Eight self check out registers that moved fast. There’s also a Skechers, a Starbucks, Five below, Olive Garden, Five guys, Wendy’s and aTeriyaki one.

I liked how they added new stores to this location. Especially five below, target and sketchers, which are three of my favorite stores to shop at. Lovely vicinity, too. If u are looking for a small, convenient shopping area, then this would be a good place.

In-and-out in 15min at the loca BestBuy here at Cesars bay. Claimed my discount code (Logitech recycle program) to purchase a keyboard. Pretty fast customer service. Checking out was even quicker since there isn’t much of a line. The only thing they should do is provide more items in-store and possibly organize things better since most Times it is difficult to find what you need (when you confirmed via app that the store has a specific item in stock).

It was...ok....lots of retailers that are found everywhere....but the sunsets from the walking path adjacent to the center is very nice. The sunsets there can be mesmerizing.

Nice variety of stores. Best Buy, Target and Olive Garden are here. Pizza, burgers and Japanese food is also available. The big problem is the parking lot at night. The lighting is poor and the parking lanes are not visible. Cars "crisscross" dangerously in the lot. Very bad in poor weather conditions. Be careful of pedestrians walking in the parking lot. Most walk at different angles and usually fail to pay attention to the traffic.
