While this might not be the biggest mall or have a lot of stores i absolutely love this mall. This mall is a great place to come and just walk around and chill. It’s never overcrowded which is part of the reason I love it so much. Also I’ve been coming to this mall for years, so I always feel a bit nostalgic whenever I’m here. I hope this mall never permanently closes! I’m only 24, but I consider myself a “mall rat”. Oh and there’s some pretty unique stores here.

It’s a nice mall very calm and composed They have brands like old navy Sketchers Rememebering or even Pink Victoria’s Secret , Express Factory , things. Remembered These stores usually have 20-30% off unless some super sale is on. The timings are usually as posted and there is huge parking available most of the time!!’ The Victoria secret here isn’t very big so is Sephora But VS offers very little service of course!

The Livingston Mall while still there and they have a lot of stores about 30% of the occupants have left you can still get a good deal there you can still walk around and get food but I don't see them all lasting more than 2 to 3 years from now again still clean place is great clean but they have a lot of lot of empty stores but that's it continue to like subscribe hit that like button and have a great day.

Most dystopian mall experience I've had in a loooong time. 75% of the stores were permanently closed/empty store fronts. It was oddly dark which didn't help...made it feel even more abandoned and creepy. They have signs and advertisements that are months to years outdated. Escalators were broken down...Definitely feels like this mall is on its way out.

This place is slowly becoming a ghost town... Online shopping is definitely taking a toll on our shopping malls. But this place still has some good department stores, that make it worth the trip.

I miss what this mall used to be and in such a nice location. Now most stores are closed and it’s a ghost town. It’s just filled with sadness and poke stops. The crowd has dispersed to Short Hills or Willowbrook. The future seems meek.

This mall has seen its better days, but it has recently been purchased and you can expect some major upgrades to this iconic mall. I will update this review once more information becomes available.

When I was a kid, I thought the peak of existence was getting the pleasure of being transported to the Livingston Mall. Now, maybe it was because I didn’t go to the mall often or maybe it’s because it’s a great mall, but this place is always consistent. In a time where malls are going downhill, this fine mall is still there for you. Stay golden.

i dont dislike this mall, but its not my favorite. most of the stores are gone , so theres alot of empty spaces. its usually quiet and almost desserted whenever i come. im highly dissapointed that last night i drove all the way here and the Old Navy i had a pickup order at was closed due to flooding. i live almost 40 mins away, i was a little upset. but thankfully i was able to visit the childrens place and find something to substitute.

One of my favorite malls. It would mean a lot if the owners of the rideable toys (airplane) please put a sign that they’re not working or fix them. My little girl was really disappointed she did not get to enjoy her ride. In addition the number of parents who put their money in expecting to have their child enjoy a ride, will never get their money out. Please put a sign at the very least. Thank you.

Two great stores you have got to visit - the Indian Craft store, owned and operated by a family from Equador, and the custom t shirt store, owned by a family from Turkey! Angel, who is helping out at the craft store, is a doll! Jay, who made my YOGASM t shirt, is a prince! Next time I will get to bed, bath, and body works! Also, beautiful lush greenery surrounding the parking lot! Thank you! Enjoy your day!❤️

Not the fanciest mall in Central NJ, but definitely a worthwhile visit Barnes and Noble and Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile all have locations in the West side of the mall.

While I understand that Livingston mall isn't the busiest or largest, there is something to be said about the comfort you feel while shopping there...You generally don't experience crowds and this makes your shopping experience so much more pleasurable...Love to go their with my children

Decorated beautiful..Haven't been here since maybe 15 years ago. Was close to the area so figure I check out out with my daughter. Alittle dissatisfied not many stores. It's very big and my spacious and nice to walk around. Didn't find much selections or styles. My favorite store was a native Indian store that had amazing finds and good prices for quality items that you can not find else where. I will not be coming here again unless I go to the native store

Zombie zone! Not that it is a bad place but hardly has any life left in it. Appears to be heading for closure. One can stay away or grab a closure deal from the leftover stores.

Some cool stores for teenagers. its a fun time for kids because the mall is pretty old fashion and not fancy. Coaches Ps is a really cool shop there, with some cool collectibles, and cards. also stores are not over priced like short hills.

Livingston mall has really been falling apart over the past 10 years. Stores are lacking inventory or are in terrible shape and I expect it will be closed in the next 10 years unless some serious remodel is done. Hoping it stays open and safe around that area, as we used to love shopping there and no longer want to.

A shadow of its past with store variety. Food Court is still great. Clean and maintained interior.

Not super populated on a Sat, so I felt safe and folks were masked. Food court was pretty busy so I took my order to go.

To call this a mall would be a stretch...barely anything is open on the inside, it's so dark and quiet. There's not much to explore here. Just drive the extra miles to Jersey Gardens or Willowbrook. We stayed for 15 minutes and walked out with nothing. Such a disappointment.

  • 3/5 Filiberto R. 5 months ago on Google
It’s almost abandoned. Food court is very limited. There are good stores though, like Barnes and Noble, H&M, etc. not so much people, so if you enjoy that this would be good for you.

How does this mall stay open. Most of the stores are closed. Now, only 3 spots open at the food court. The only reason I go there is if I need to go to Barnes & Noble. I will be at the mall for 15 minutes and I will be done.

I used to love this mall as a kid but after the pandemic it went downhill and a lot of stores shut down my dad used to work here and my mom would bring mostly me and sometimes my sister there a lot she brought very nice clothes for my family I would’ve definitely gave it 5 stars if it was like the way it was before but the mall is just dead.

Barely any shops open, not sure if it's because we went on a Sunday. Lots of space available for lease too. Only a few eateries. Macy's didn't even have AC, had one giant fan circulating air for the entire place

Awful mall. Made a reservation for the Easter Bunny with my 2 & 4 year old. After waiting 45 minutes the bunny never showed up. Mall management was closed and security was useless.

It's a ghost town. It's sad to see a mall with so much potential be so bad. They have ok stores and a food court.

  • 1/5 lois S. 1 year ago on Google
They need to close down that empty mall. You have nothing there. Macy's was a big waste of my time. Four customers including me were given a list of different malls to go to for shoes and sneakers. Your shoe floor was as little as a studio apartment or smaller.😡😡😡😡😡.

I love Livingston mall...however I've always wondered how they were able to stay open because it's never crowded compared to some of the other malls.

  • 4/5 Tanya J. 1 year ago on Google
I like coming here when I want to be in and out. If I want to do a quick return at Willowbrook mall, I'm there for a long time, simple because it's so big. Livingston mall, however may not be a preference for most because it's not what it used to be. It looks like it has postpartum depression. A shell of it's former self.

Small mall but alot of cool stores. I prefer this mall over many others due to the smaller crowd, unique stores and parking

It feels like urban blight here. Obviously Lord and Taylor is leaving and I hope it isn’t a harbinger of things to come at this mall.....

It has what matters to shoppers. Easy parking, good crowd, clean premises (managed by Simon), and good assortment of shops and brands.

Spacious roller skating rink was open skate, priced by the hour. The floors are really smooth and beginner friendly. Staff saw that I was new at skating and showed me how to skate correctly and confidently. They have skates customers can rent, but I brought my own. I fell right when I was finishing up. But, a staff member was prompt in giving me ice and in making sure that I was all right. I had fun and I'd like more people to know about this space!
