Love the food...but this place like so many others just can’t find good workers!!! Place NEVER opens on time!! The woman who works the counter parks in the 10 minute parking spot all day, rips cigs all day outside and then serves you your food. Probably not the right person you want working behind the counter of a health food place. Sad

My order was delivered well after they said it would be there, the woman I spoke to who took my order said she would tell the driver right now that they would tell the driver where I asked him to come and she didn't, and of course they forgot to add the rest of my meal . I ordered Texas chicken nuggets with the celery it comes with, I got just the chicken so not only was I unable to eat during my lunch break because it came late, but my order was wrong. This is my third time trying to give this place a chance over the course of a few years and it's always screwed up some how The only nice thing I can say is the driver was very nice which is why I tipped him. I give up on this place.

First time at MMG.. placed an order for pick up. I gave it 2 stars because the lady was very nice on the phone and in person, and so was the gentleman who made the food. But the food itself was horrible. I ordered 2 wraps and asked for onion on one and asked for both to be very crispy. Both were very soft and once was even soggy and no onion. We also ordered a baked potato and sweet potato fries. The fries were horrible to say the least- some soggy and some undercooked so after a few they were thrown out. Also no ketchup- they serve burgers and fries how can they not have ketchup? And finally, we had a coupon for a free shake and the lady called the manager to see how to put it into the register and he told her it wasn't set up yet.. any other place would have still honored the coupon and made the shake since the mistake is on their end. That wouldn't have been an issue but it was just the icing on the cake. People there were nice, but don't see myself visiting another MMG again.

Tiny portions. Below average quality. They give you nothing with the burger. Put something on the side I don’t care if it’s a pickle. Should be called weight watchers not muscle maker.

Over 12 bucks!!!! What are you on??? The posted menu says 9.99 but the cashier rings up over 12 bucks, the response is oh the price went up. Dish is called the godfather, flavor less and this is worth 4 dollars if u ask me.

Ordered from DoorDash they forgot my drink, and on my broccoli there was a worm. I called them and asked them to refund me because of the missing item and bug on my food they said there was nothing they could do because there was no manager working. I left my number and still have not received any call but have filed a complaint with DoorDash and refund will be issued. Do not eat here if you want your order correct and no bugs in your food.

Best Food I ever had. I also ordered there Meal Plan which are quite cheap for the Fresh Healthy meals for $7.50 and they make it fresh to the order.The good part I like is that you don't have to pick all meals together, I can split my order for 2 days pick up and that means meals are more fresh. I love this place, nice staff, Owner is very friendly and courteous.

I give 3 stars for the effort and idea of the restaraunt. But I’m disappointed with the food. Highly mediocre at best. Or was my expectations too high? Wondering if I should get something else on the menu but I feel the food was displeasing.

We back ppl who violate your 1st, 4th, and 8th amendments here and the ppl that stand beside them because it’s only a few bad apples which doesn’t mean we actually stand for anything but will commit “patriotism for profit”. Also, we love the uneducated?

Best Muscle Maker Grill I have been too! Food was excellent. Portions were filling. My friend got Arizona with shrimps and she loved it! I was surprised she told all her friends to meet up for lunch there the next day! Will be back with my family soon!

I don’t know what people are complaining about. I have been going there for the past 4 years and had no complaint about the food. It’s always fresh and tasteful . I love the staff there always welcomed with a smile. Forget about what people are talking food is simply good and tasty.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

First Time here. Was impressed by the food and the staff. I loved Arizona which the cashier suggested. My boyfriend tried Godfather and he said it was on the point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JEWEL to all the people looking to eat good tasty and on top healthy food.

I ordered the chicken entree and it came dry with no sauce or anything on it and the chicken itself was cooked too dry, the broccoli was bland and still half raw and the chicken had those gross grisly bits in it. Super disappointing for the price. I got it from door dash which was the only satisfying part of the experience.
