everything
was
perfect.
Returning
tonight
for
a
dinner
with
my
family
was
sort
of
disaster.
First,
the
good:
same
great
food.
All
people
in
a
party
loved
their
food.
Here
is
where
it
gets
bad.
There
are
3
waitresses
for
a
small
place,
however
non
have
any
understanding
of
how
to
be
a
waitress
(personally
I
don’t
think
they
know
they
are
in
service
industry).
Water
was
never
refilled,
till
I
would
chase
one
of
the
waitress.
Table
was
full
of
bread
crumbs
and
dirty
dishes,
which
no
one
seemed
to
be
interested
in
picking
up.
I
kept
stacking
them
as
I
could.
Same
drink
tasted
totally
different,
as
second
time
it
was
prepared
by
waitress
smelling
bottles
and
doing
her
own
custom
concussion.
Please
keep
in
mind
this
is
$30
per
meal
restaurant,
so
I
expected
different
level
of
service,
but
did
not
even
basics.
At
the
end
of
the
dinner
I
gave
10%
tip.
Within
few
minutes
of
payment,
the
“head”
waitress
came
up
to
our
table
to
demand
explanation
on
issues
with
service
and
kept
showing
that
18%
tip
was
expected.
She
even
used
a
line
‘waitress
don’t
get
paid
here
and
live
on
tip’.
Anyway
as
you
can
tell
I
am
not
going
to
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
If
owners
don’t
make
immediate
changes
to
staff
they
are
going
to
be
out
of
business
very
soon.
It’s
a
shame
as
chef
is
5
stars.
