    I’m in shock! Something told me to open it because the wrap was hard but very large. Little did I know it was like 3 wraps with not even a cup of lettuce chicken and cheese. If I could I want a refund for the price I paid for receiving just the spinach wrap practically. Threw it out, it was disgusting. But 1 star because the fries were ok and I usually never gave a problem here.

    Very slow service because they had 2 wait staff working the entire area. Burger was dry as dust and not worth a penny... not going to eat here again. They have gone way down hill.

    First time visiting a Red Robin, and it probably has to have been the worst food I have tasted. I ordered fish and chips, which was partially raw. I had eaten through some of it and found the other half to be raw and uncooked. Not sure if they are all the same in terms of quality, but I would be careful about what I order at this location. Choose wisely!

    Delicious every time. Good service and quick refill on the bottomless sides. I got the burnin' love Burger with salad. Make sure to get the rewards card for everyone in the family...free burger and bottomless side in their birthday month. They also email Bogo 50 deals from time to time also.

    I can't say enough about how this place has severely ruined Saturday night dinners for me. It seems like no matter what specifications I put in with my to-go that are basic (no special sauce, no tomato, etc.) They always seem to mess it up and put it anyway. This latest mess-up was me requesting no Chipotle aioli on my bleu cheese burger (those tastes are a weird combo to me and I suffer from a heartburn issue). And surprise surprise, guess what burger had the aioli on it anyway? And I know you're thinking, "just scrape it off". And I did, as I had no dinner to eat at this point, but the BLEU CHEESE WENT WITH IT. As did the tomato (I said no tomato!), and lettuce. So now my Bleu cheese burger was just meat and a bun. I paid $16 for this?? I don't know who needs to be formally complained to, but this Red Robin is an embarrassment to the name. I will not be ordering from here or eating here in the future and wouldn't recommend it to others either unless you like wasting your money on food you didn't want.

    To be honest, our favorite waitress no longer works there so the waitress we got last time wasn't good. She didn't check on us at all, we had to flag her down, and she acted like she had an attitude. If I do decide to go back I'd request a different waiter. The food has been hit and miss. But not the worst red robin in the area.

    For being regulars there, this is totally disappointing that the cook, and those preparing takeout dont have quaint control check on what is leaving the kitchen before they pack the meals. 2 of the 4 kids meals looked like this. Guess I should have listened to my gut when I tried to order on the app first but it wouldn't let me order the kids food and the rep on phone couldn't order the drinks we wanted yet I still went ahead.

    Great place for taking young children, they can make a mess and it blends in with the decor. Poor quality food, but mac and cheese, greasy corn dogs, and big sundaes are the general fare.

    sat Barside, received good service. Went w/ one of my adult children & my toddler & both were conformable and happy with their orders. food was surprisingly still good, fresh and appealing... especially despite noticing a decline in customers lately..     Ordered a salad, asked chicken and bacon to be placed on the side. I don't eat meat of any kind. My boyfriend was going to have the chicken and bacon. I saw the waitress typing/clicking for a while on her phone. I thought she got that down. When the salad came, I saw chicken pieces were on the salad. I told the server that I asked for chicken and bacon on the side. He took the salad, and came back a little later. I asked him if the salad was freshly made, not just having the chicken removed after mixing with the salad. I saw he hesitated and then said he was going to have it re-made. After some time, the server came. I saw the chicken pieces on a different plate, but did not see the bacon. I told my boyfriend I did not see the bacon, could it be mixed in the salad? Sure enough, I saw multiple bacon pieces on and in the salad. I told the waitress but she just said she will let the guy know and no further action was taken. I feel that when an order is requested a certain way, it should be made that way, since we're the customers and we're paying for the food and tipping the staff. I also feel that when an order is made wrong, it should be the responsibility of the staff members to take care of it. They can eat it themselves, but I feel that the customer should not have to eat the recycled version of the order which was made wrong. I've not eaten meat for over 18 years, and I'm not going to eat meat because a restaurant made my order wrong and the staff did not take the responsibility for their own mistakes. I did not want to be labeled a "difficult" customer so did not request my salad actually re-made, although I believe that I had every right to have it re-made since it was the mistake of the staff members' at Red Robin. We ended up paying for the salad and I did not even have a bite of it. Red Robin used to be my boyfriend and my go-to place to eat whenever we went to watch movies at the mall. From now on, we will go somewhere else to eat, as I've seen the irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of the staff members there. I'm not going to pay to eat an order which was made incorrectly - most important of all - I'm not going to pay to eat at a place which would make me break my personal value. My suggestion for people who customize their food, especially people who are vegetarians or have food allergies, I think it would be better to steer clear of this place. Don't risk eating meat or having allergic reactions as a result of orders being made wrong and taken back to you after the unwanted ingredients were picked out after mixing with the food already.

    Amazing service! Only 2 servers working around 1, they were absolutely on top of it! Very impressed. The young man who served us was friendly and fast! Would definitely love to have him as our server again.

    We went with our family, family of 6 and Joanna our server was the best part. It was busy when we went but she tried hard to make sure we were well taken care. She went above and beyond to make sure we had our fries first.. The onion rings were ok Fish and chips wasn’t the best but it’s a burger place. But I would prob get it again. My husband said burger was 10/10 The kids loved the mac and cheese but not so much the corn dogs.. Overall, we all walked out happy and thankful . Our server really was the highlight and the endless fries!!

    This is the second time I walked in and their were no workers to be found. After waiting 10 mins, I finally decided to seat myself. I had to raise my voice to get the staff to come from the back to see that I was seated, the place was really empty. My appetizer and meals all came out at the same time, and once my food was placed down my server never returned to my table. I had to go into the kitchen area to ask for a booster seat for my son. Once we finished our food I paid, then my server comes over after I put my jacket on asking if I need anything else. I say no, then she tries to instruct me on how to pay using the device on the table, I informed her I already paid then left. The food was really good but the customer service isn't worth the food.

    Jennifer is the best person!!!! We just hope to see her everytime we go to East Brunswick Red Robin... she's just so sweet, nice, courteous and always on top of things... just makes the whole experience Yummmmmm!!! Thanks Jennifer!!! Wish you the best for life...

    Food wasn't bad but the host Alex was as ignorant as could be. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first and it inconvenienced him from eating his oreos for 2 minutes. Then i had asked for a fork PLEASE even after he was ignorant and got a huff and a puff for that as well. Don't have ignorant people greeting folks it's very off putting.

    The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. I love the online ordering system. I could enjoy a quick well-made meal and take it home and share it with my wife. I love Red Robin!

    Red robin has great options. I'd give more stars but they haven't improved their bottomless fries service EVER! I got hardly any at first then the server put in like 6 more orders which all came out at once which is wasteful and not necessary. The banzai burger came out incorrect but edible enough to not send back. Would go back but I'm used to the issues I've mentioned. They happen at every red robin. Every time.

    We had a really great lunch. Our waitress was so nice and polite. We didn't have to ask for anything twice. The food was delicious. We had boneless wings and fried pickles. For our entree we had 2 different Red Robin burgers. Cooked to perfection. Bottomless fries. Really what more could you ask for? Totally recommend. Great lunch and great service.
