    Friday evening I wanted to try this place, Highly disappointed, first off it wasn't really busy so How do you give someone the WRONG Quesadilla?🤦🏾‍♀️ I ordered chicken so I'm sure the other person got MY order instead. I had to stand in line for a long time when it's only 4 people ordering + me n my son waiting then 5 employees behind the register. I can't find my receipt so I wasted $10 on some garbage and they didn't even smash the freaking avocado to make guacamole! I won't be going back this place anytime soon. It's basically the same as a Bootleg Moe's but the sides are free.

    So many mistakes today. First of all ordered the veggie bowl and got some pieces of meat in it. We don't eat meat at all and this is totally unacceptable!! Employees should have taken more care. Secondly, for the full bowl we got only half the quantity in each one of them. All 4 of the entrée had half the quantity. Not even a scoop of guacamole. Looks like it was sprinkled over it. This has happened 2nd time with us!! We don't expect this from QDOBA at all. Such a sad experience!

    first and last time here, bought the tacos all 3 were falling apart. there's a picture of proof. the floors were dirty napkins all over the floor , water in spots all over. and there's a employee couldn't get the name but he looks Asian and on the heavy side. EXTREMELY RUDE!! went with a friend my and he told her what she wanted and she said what you said because she couldn't hear him he just stayed quiet my friend just picked. you're better off going to Chipotle trust me.

    Disappointed: Chicken pieces on Pinto beans. How can a vegetarian person such food chain?Ive order 2 veggie bowls. And both of them didn’t had a single vegetable.Ordered both bowls with same toppings. But both looks completely different. We only got rice for 17$. Not recommend this place at all.

    I have been coming here a yr had great things to say about this place now I changed my opinion of them I think the food is horrible now second time i get the same thing I don't know if it's the staff that just don't care or they don't know how to cook .. I have never received a plate with the more cilantro than rice when I asked if they had fresh rice they said no then I said to them I don't wan the rice that looks like leftover rice and all that cilantro... and the sticks of the cilantro and wakamole wow I will not be returning anytime after this

    Currently at this location it is 10 minutes before closing in as someone that worked in the retail space I understand the frustration and wanting to go home. I wish on the way and told that they were closed they were still 10 minutes left and I understand that they would like to go home. Then they need to speak to their corporate or something and talk about when their store actually closes because online it says 10. I would also like to include of the fact that I called over 15 times on my drive to their location to ask if they were going to still be open but of course nobody pick up the phone When I am posting it it is not even 10 PM yet and they Refuse to serve it was a woman counting the register and two young kids waiting for her response

    If you are a Asian girl, new to America and doesn’t speak perfect English, do not come to this location alone. You won’t feel welcomed. Shabri was the name of the staff who was really rude to me. Before coming here, I downloaded the phone app, got myself familiar with the menu, and thought I was ready. When ordering, I asked the staff what toppings were included in the item I chose, no response. In the end, instead of $13 something showing on the menu, I was charged $14.90 before tax. I didn’t want to question since I already sensed the hostility, but when I was trying to use the app to collect points and use the reward, the staff named Shabri refused to tell me where to pull up the QR code. Meanwhile, 2 white guys behind me got helped. I questioned why she wouldn’t help me when I was in the same situation, she just left the check out and stopped helping me. A staff in black shirt finally showed after I stood there waiting to pay for 5 minutes, and asked me where Shabri went. My food was originally shoved in a bag for chips, and this guy repacked my food in an actual bag for bowls. Good business requires mutual respect. Asians may look stupid and speak broken English, but we are still your customers. The Qdoba app does have a phone number I can call to report this issue, so I am reporting it here. Never come to this location ever again.

    What happened to this place? The dining area was filthy, food everywhere! The rice was hard and inedible, there were no napkins at the drink counter. There must have been at least 10 people working but no one knew what they were doing. Who is keeping check of things at this place?

    My cousin and I come every week and we look forward to seeing Chuck and his crew! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean and inviting.

    I visit this QDOBA location at least once a week, it’s a staple in my routine now. The service here is amazing. The employees here are quick and attentive. An employee that stood out to me was Chuck… he was super generous. In terms of food, it is fresh and mostly consistent in flavor.

    Don't normally write reviews, this one was necessary, in my opinion. I'm a professional Driver, I rarely get to sit down and eat, I've been to this location twice thus far for a quick bite, and both experiences have made my day. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the ingredients are always stocked and fresh, both time I have visited the staff was diligent and friendly, and I especially have to give a shout out to Andrew at this location, our quick conversations make my day and the food is always phenomenal. Receiving a full service experience at a fast food corporate restraunt is unprecedented and very appreciated 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite in the area.

    I wish my phone wasn’t dead when I walked into this location. I would of took pictures of everything!!! None of the food was covered, everything was dry. The store was disgusting in a mess. When I was going to order the two workers took spoons out the sink to serve my family and I but didn’t wash it. That’s when I knew we weren’t eating here tonight. This location use to be on point but definitely fell off over the past few months. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    The employee working at around 4 almost 5 o clock on October 4th was VERY rude and disrespectful! Treated my friend and I like we were complete trash. After we paid for our food and sat down he began to talk poorly about us to his co worker. I’ve never had a bad experience here till then, I was very disappointed. It made me super uncomfortable

    I ordered my meal at 7:14 and the app told me that it would be ready by 7:40. I arrived at 7:45, and it was not ready at all. The staff was taking their sweet time, chatting, laughing, while there was a crowd of 20 of us waiting. I went home, came back at 8:30, and it still wasnt there. Same thing, staff was displaying their laziness. Went back home, came back at around closing at 9:30, still not ready!!!! I stayed until closing and then some annoying employee said "Oh we don't have half the ingredients anymore, would you like a refund?" COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. TERRIBLE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT WITH LAZY STAFF, FROM THE MANAGER DOWN TO THE EMPLOYEES.

    I like it better than Chipotle because they have more choices. Lately business has been picking up and the line seems to get longer during the lunch and dinner hours. Food is good but could be better only because during the down time the food sits. All in all it's still my go to when I want fast Mexican food.

    This is the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. Even though I and my husband have been liking Qdoba for a long time, there’s no way in hell I’m taking chances again. I am a strict vegetarian and thank god I checked the bowl before I headed back home. They put so much MEAT in my bowl! When asked to replace, the person who had made it, dude had the audacity to make a face at me and gave me a bad look like I am at fault. The person at the cash counter was nice and apologetic though. They made a new veggie bowl for me and messed it up again. No jalapeños, no cheese, no fajitas, no salsa. What am I supposed to eat and what am I paying for? Rice and beans? Give me a break! The cash counter guy was nice again, apologized and fixed other people’s mistake. After all this, I would instead spend my money at Chipotle in future rather than coming back here and giving these people another chance since it’s definitely not the first time this has happened and this time, it has crossed all limits which is why I had to come here and write all this because the management clearly doesn’t care.

    not that nice to make customers wait 20 minutes in line when its busy just to tell them what they want is out. Maybe a shoutout every 5 minutes “Hey guys were out of this or so and so” not that hard. Instead i wasted 20 minutes of my time & now i have to find somewhere else to eat. Thanks alot.

    The service at this place is way too slow. I usually go to the Qdoba on Livingston, which is half the size of this one but gets through each order in a minute or less even with heavy traffic and less staff; here I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes even though the queue was only 3-4 people, the guy waiting behind me even left because it was taking so long. Not sure what the staff was even doing, because there were plenty of employees up front but they weren't doing anything, just chatting with each other or working very slowly, and the line just wasn't moving. It doesn't take 5-8 minutes to scoop out ingredients and add them to a bowl / tortilla. Probably won't be returning to this particular location.

    Current Manager here is great! Never had a bad experience at this location . Always have the different menu items and very clean . Live next to another location but will drive the extra ten minutes here for great customer service!

    The man behind the counter was monotone. The corn tortilla fell apart worse than an actual crunchy taco shell. This man limped in with bits of guacamole, didn't ask if i wanted anything and just assumed it was a chicken bland filled mess. The flavor I do have is mold. Smells like the onions were kept uncovered in the fridge and smell like fridge and mold. I should have went with my gut and went to Chipotle.

    I have been to this place many times as my husband loves to eat here. His favorite cuisine and tries different menu. But, last time the food tasted bad as the rice and beans was over cooked. The take really long, even after nobody is in queue to order. Not going to this branch anytime soon.
