This place is great. I loved the atmosphere, food/drinks and service! I went for the first time and tried hot pot but they also have Korean BBQ. It is all you can eat which is nice because you can try a variety of foods and veggies. The whole dining experience is very customizable to your liking. They have an area with a bunch of seasonings and sauces for your food! The staff is really friendly and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Since it is all you can eat though I noticed that the quality of some of the meat/veggies wasn't the best but the price is great and can't be beat I feel. Would return. Also this place is really popular so if you go around dinner time on a weekend there will more than likely be a wait time. My group of 4 people went in on a Saturday at 530pm and our wait time was an hour.

My first home at a Korean type bbq where you get to make your own. The place was busy however our wait time was 5 minutes or less. Since it was our first time we here, we decide to try the hot pot as well as the bbq. Lay waited on us and was very welcoming, he also explained how it all worked. The establishment is an all you can eat in under 2 hours. If this is your first time, I will suggest only checking of what you plan on eating first as you can request for others later. Since we weren’t aware of the amount we ended to with a table full dishes to cook than we needed as that part was not made clear to us. Overall we enjoyed it the whole process and would revisit again. Lay was great.

**UPDATE** IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS AND NO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW. EVEN THOUGH THEIR ARE MANY REVIEWS, THE OWNER SEEMS TO IGNORE THIS ONE. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. RECENTLY VISITED THIS LOCATION AGAIN DUE TO SOME FAMILY MEMBERS WANTING TO GO OUT AND DINE. Here is a brand new review. (P.S. this is a good one) Some of my family members wanted to go out and get Korean BBQ. I mentioned to them about my previous experience from this HORRIBLE location. Even though it may be the same chain the one on Route 22 is much better. During this new visit, I wanted to make sure I documented everything I noticed. Although I will say this, our server was at least prompt with her guests. The first things I noticed that the floors were still slippery. Our table was greasy and not properly cleaned, out booth had missing tile and food delivery was extremely slow, our portions would be delivered but no soup base to cook. We had to ask several times when it would be delivered and when it did arrive. We mentioned which ones we order and still got it wrong. But here's the messed up part. Even though it is summer and hot, I'm sure this location had the AC on. One thing I did notice was a staff member constantly wiping the ceiling from condensation over peoples tables! How does that make sense? Dust and disgusting water possibly falling on peoples food. I can assure you that if that person did it to our table I will not be pleased. This is location has very poor management and staff not properly trained. Still a very bad experience. Let's see if management will respond to this one. **PREVIOUS VISIT** Last week paid a visit to this location and dined with about 15 other people. Upon leaving the cleaning crew mopped the floors on the way out to the exit and on my way out I slipped and fell to the ground and slammed my knee which caused bruising and other pain on my legs. The people from my party were able to assist me up and made sure that I was okay and able to walk. However, this is where it gets interesting. Upon leaving there were several staff members at the hostess desk either having a conversation or closing up for the night. After getting up from the ground NOT ONE, NOT ONE person from the staff came over to see if I was okay and if I needed any other assistance. Lacking empathy and compassion for someone who got injured at your location. As of now I am not requesting for any handouts or pursuing legal action. What I would like is proper training for staff members to show a little empathy and compassion for someone who just injured themselves due to the negligence of the cleaning crew.

Excellent Korean Food!! Had my birthday dinner here tonight. No reservations and there wasn’t a wait. We arrived at 6:30. There is a 2 hour limit. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! Our party did both grill and hot pot. I loved that they gave us kimchi, dicon, edamame, and potato before we ordered. For our beverage, we shared a bottle of soju green grape and it was delicious. We ordered all the raw meats (chicken, pork, beef, short rib, dumplings, tempura, spam, kobe beef), different veggies and more. My husband and I loved the szechuan soup base and the grilled short rib. My mom got the miso and my aunt got the thai soup base ones. We had control over the hot pot temperature. They gave us a clean topper for our grill 3 times. There is a buffet section for you to make your sauces and another section for salad, peaches, and more. Since it was my birthday, I had a free meal. You need to show your ID. They also sang happy birthday and gave me a brownie with whip cream. Thanks for a nice night out and making me feel special. We will be back for sure!

Good spot, gets really crowded, its a cook your own food type of place, a burner in the middle of the table, and hot plates for the soup option with all the veggies to put in there, which seemed pretty popular when we went. Definitely hit the short ribs, cooks so easily and tastes so good, shrimp was also a big hit with our group. Lots of sauces to experiment with, and some nice spicy options if you like that kind of food. Did I mention its all you can eat? About $30pp, soft drinks are more, dinner for 3 cost us $99.

I love this place but had to take one star down due to their raised prices where originally lunch was $15.99 and dinner was $23.99. I am assuming they want to follow inflation and raised the lunch to $18.99 and dinner to $28.99 which I wish they didn’t. They have tons of business and the price change wasn’t necessary and may push away regulars who were able to visit from the original pricing. I love their food but do not love the price change. Also these prices are ONLY if you choose Hotpot OR BBQ, it may be more if you do both.

For me being indian food was one time must try..first time trying kpot and Korean food. Vegetarian options available but limited. A new experience for me, enjoyed it! If you make good sauce it will taste good, noodles are good and veggies are fresh. Service is excellent, crew is friendly and parking is available. Would definitely visit again for trying other food/base. Tried tomato base and other vegetarian base(forgot the name). Also it's expensive for the taste 🙂🙂

This was my first time eating here after hearing some positive feedback. My cousin and I decided to try it out for lunch. We had no idea what to answer when they asked us if we wanted K pot or barbecue. They had to explain it to us and we still weren't sure what we wanted to try, but we went with the K pot. We went inside and decided to try the drink special which was a fall drink and it was very good. We had to order using a sheet of paper and you put the quantity of each item that you want. We ordered a variety of vegetables, dumplings, and meat items. My cousin had the spicy broth and I had the special broth and we both enjoyed them very much. We didn't know how long we should cook the food though. We had a learning curve but we figured it out and the food was really tasty. The smoke alarms went off before we got our drinks and everyone had to exit the restaurant for 2 minutes. We were really surprised when the bill came because it was much more than we were expecting. Apparently they were charging us for a dinner even though we went at lunch time and did not order any of the food off of the dinner menu. The hostess and the waiter did not ask us if we were aware that they were charging dinner prices all day long because it was Black Friday. We just wish that we knew we were paying for a dinner portion because we would have been ordering the items that are only allowed during dinner, such as shrimp. Overall we had a very positive experience, other than the sticker shock. I would suggest that you find out if they are considering the day a holiday before you expect to pay lunchtime prices during this time of year. There was a sign on the door that we saw on our way out because they told us to look for it.

Tasty hybrid Hotpot and Korean BBQ. Broths are made very well here. The veggies and meats are very fresh as well. Everything is ordered besides the sauces and desserts. They have sauce and dessert stations that are in the center of the restaurant. They have large and medium sized tables so great for hosting a special event / Bday or have a small family dinner as well. FYI : They only do reservations for parties bigger than 8.

Our server Henrique was great, amazing service and also hot af. He would constantly come back with our refills. Was always swapping out our grill plate. He was also very funny and personable. Henrique made my family’s night today and I will definitely be coming back.

I'm here for the second time. Today is my birthday. It's a family reunion. It's convenient to order food, so pad can place an order by itself. The food is exquisitely placed, and it feels good. The only drawback is that there is no wireless network. If you want to give comments to the store, you have to wait for the network to pass ~

My first time at the restaurant and the sever name Michael did an awesome service, very friendly, and gave great suggestions with the food options. With his positive attitude it really reflects the management care for customer service. The food is amazing and good quality. Will definitely come back again. Thank You ! ! !

Service was great. Food was really good kind of crazy. You have to cook your own food, but not so bad as long as you pay attention to it, you might not burn.

I think the place is overrated a bit. We waited close to 45 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was all masked up so we could barely hear what he said and wasn't very friendly. Didn't even tell us about the bar area where you get all the sauces, salad, etc. And not to mention the place is expensive. We wanted to try the soup, but the way their menu is, if one person orders soup than everyone else has to order that too at the table. I think this place is OK if you go there once in a blue moon.

Celebrated our son's birthday. Did the BBQ. Plenty of choices of food - - meat, seafood, more exotic options, veggies... and heat/spice level for all tastes. Both our son's enjoyed the meal and style of food/service. I prefer having my food prepared for me and served to the table already cooked. It's an experience to try at least once. May go back to see if I like the Pot meal better. Staff was great.. They explained everything and brought out choices quickly... They also brought out a huge flashing sign and sang for my oldest's birthday. They put a plate together with a petit cake and arranged fruit from the dessert bar and put a candle in it, too. Interesting... If you celebrate on the actual birthday, there's a discount on the meal... But they check ID... Likewise for the senior discount (65 & up)... They carded our 90 year old Dad.

My 1st visit on Monday 12/26 around 3 was somewhat disappointing. Although the hot pot delicious, the service was poor. The place was very busy with long wait times but this doesn't excuse the dirty floors, sauce buffet area or bathrooms. The music was a little loud and we found it hard to get something as simple as napkins. I saw a couple of guys watching the chaos, looked like a manager, stood there for a bit and did nothing to help. Another server was chewing gum, a big no no for a restaurant or retail. Hard to say if I'd return, it's a definite maybe.

This was my first time ever going to KPot or even having Korean BBQ. The atmosphere was really great and I loved the cool lighting. The freedom to pick your ingredients and make your soup any way you want is really fun. The service was so helpful and kind! I'm very excited to go back in the future!

Spacious and well run. Great price, warm and efficient service. We went on Thanksgiving afternoon around 2:30 to avoid the crowds, otherwise expect a wait. Our server Nate was helpful and friendly. The orders through the food pad were super smooth and fast. Although there's a two hour limit, we did not feel rushed. The music they played was festive but not over bearing. The place was huge but didn't feel noisy. The choice of food was plenty and delicious. Be prepared to overeat:)

Had a such a fun time at this restaurant! Did not partake in the hot pot options, but the Korean barbecue options and sides tasted great and the ability to cook right in front of you added to the experience.
