I
cannot
describe
how
nice
it
is
to
have
good
BBQ
in
Central
NJ.
This
place
sits
in
the
former
spot
of
a
Dickey's
BBQ,
and
the
difference
is
nice
and
day
between
the
two
places.
Everything
at
Jersey
Shore
BBQ
seems
to
be
made
fresh
on
premises,
and
it
really
tells
in
all
their
items.
I
spent
a
year
living
in
Charlotte,
and
it
was
next
to
impossible
to
find
BBQ.
I'm
so
happy
that
I
finally
found
a
local
place
that
takes
me
back
to
the
great
BBQ
I
had
back
down
South.
The
only
thing
that
would
put
it
over
the
top
would
be
if
they
had
Cheerwine
in
the
fountain.
We've
been
to
this
location
I'd
have
to
say
at
least
8
or
9
times
since
they
opened,
and
never
had
anything
that
wasn't
delicious.
Really
enjoy
their
smoked
kielbasa
which
they
procure
from
a
local
Polish
deli.
What's
really
great
is
the
special
Down
Home
Mustard
sauce
they
made
just
for
the
kielbasa,
it's
really
worth
a
try.
We
prefer
the
pulled
pork
over
the
pulled
chicken,
but
both
are
still
very
good.
If
you
want
moist,
fatty
brisket
get
the
sliced,
as
the
chopped
tends
to
be
a
bit
more
lean.
When
it
comes
to
their
sides
we
usually
always
end
up
getting
their
macaroni
and
cheese,
along
with
their
bacon
potato
salad.
Also
nice
are
their
pickles
which
are
tart
with
a
garlic
punch
that
really
pairs
well
with
the
smoky
and
sweet
BBQ.
I
can't
suggest
people
to
give
this
place
a
shot,
it's
just
a
shame
it's
not
really
visible
from
the
main
road,
but
seriously
people
just
take
the
right
off
of
18
onto
Tices
and
you'll
be
able
to
smell
the
meat
wafting
in
the
air.
