Chicken Parm Sandwich with fresh Mozz is delicious!!! Today was my 1st time visiting this establishment and it did not disappoint!!! Looking forward to my next visit already! Friendly Staff!!! Establishment seemed very clean!

My favorite Italian deli in the state of New Jersey. I been going here 20 years, to the old location on 27. The Route one location is smaller but still great. I always get the number #11 Spicey Italian and it’s maybe the best sub I ever ate. I live in Oregon now and I can’t get a decent sandwich to save my life. When I fly into Newark I have this place on my mind the whole time and it’s the first place I stop on my way to my moms. Go there. And eat. It’s all good. My only beef is that I don’t think they have scungilli or octopus anymore, maybe at the other locations I dunno.

BEST SANDWICHES EVER. My fav is #11 Spicy Italian. It's incredible. Really nice quality deli meat, sliced thin, cold crispy iceberg lettuce, fresh rolls. Love the homemade hot and cold dishes. Perfect for lunch or dinner when I don't feel like cooking.

Great Italian spot with a bomb Chicken Parm and a wide selection of deli items, pasta, sauces, oils, etc. Super nice guys there and you can tell they put heart into all the food served. I loved how everyone was so welcoming. Coming back soon!

Awesome small spot with quick service. Cucumber salad was delicious and fresh. Skip Panera next door and buy your bread here, excellent.

Wish they were in my town. Sandwiches are incredibly good, I could eat here every day. Try the chicken rapini! Small shop that delivers huge on taste and service!

Today on the 29th of September I ordered one of most delicious Eggplant parms that had in very long time & a little slice of heaven apple cake & can't for get about the seafood salad just want to say thank you to my good & long time friend Marco G. This is a family run operation with, 5, I think, different locations. It is the Italian deli/butcher of my youth (or yute), with excellent hot and cold foods, a full service butcher, and Italian groceries not found elsewhere. But, above all, it is the service. I just got a phone call from their North Brunswick location, to inform me that they have a product I was looking for, back in stock. I just casually left my name and phone#, not expecting much, and three days later...BOOM! They got it. and they GET it.

Love this place. They have catered multiple parties for my family and my law firm and they do a tremendous job. Great sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta, etc. Highly recommend.

I know this place has a lot of sparkling reviews, and yes - their food is good, and always fresh. I stop in there from time to time, and have also gotten some trays there. But there are 2 issues I have with this business: 1) Their prices are super high. I get it that you have to pay for quality and everyone's prices are up these days, but it's VERY expensive to get lunch or dinner here to take home. 2) I've dealt with multiple staff members, and sorry to say but they are very abrupt and rude. I go out of my way to be as pleasant as possible wherever I go for take out food, but the family members running this place are very impatient if you dare to take a few minutes to decide what you want. Customer Service is NOT their specialty, and it should be for the prices they charge. Not trying to discourage business - the food is very good. But be prepared for the 2 issues I listed.

Best Italian deli around. Have a wide variety of selections ranging from freshly made pastas, sandwiches, salads and more. I eat here at least 2 times a week and never had a bad meal. I recommend this to everyone who enjoys fresh Italian food

This place is like going to your favorite Italian uncle or aunts house, who always has the best food ready and prepared, and they can also make you an amazing sandwich at your request. Absolutely love this place I only wish they were open later, but then there probably wouldn’t be as much love put into their food. 11 out of 10

If you want delicious food, this is the place! Sandwiches are fantastic! Everything is fresh and made to order. The A & G special on Brick Oven bread with roasted peppers and sun-dried tomatoes along with balsamic spread is highly recommended. The meatless paninis are also very good. Don't forget the cannolis.
