Where to start? I’ve been to top golf in many locations all over the states. This location was by far the worst experience! Start off- we were told it’s. 60-90 minute wait since we had a group of 9 and needed 2 bays. While we waited- we went to the bar area and grabbed a table & waited 43 minutes before bar staff came to take our order(crazy right?). After 2 hours of waiting we realized that guests who showed up after us already left and were still waiting. When we went to get an update, staff said they assumed we wanted to wait for a table since we were eating. I understand the issue with retaining and obtaining staff during this difficult time but this was ridiculous. I felt bad for the employees who were trying but failing. I saw multiple employees “goofing” around but not taking care of customers in bar area. Restrooms were a mess, it took 20+ minutes every time I tried to get bartenders attention and it wasn’t just me, multiple guests around me were talking about same issue. Food was good but the service here sucked. Again- I don’t blame employees but management as they should either train correctly or shut down shop if they can’t keep up with the normal customer service required for basic service.

My first experience here was good. The golf course has a huge parking lot. It is nicely decorated and clean inside. This is great for friends and family to just play golf and have fun without being good at it. I wouldn't recommend this for the everyday golfer to come and practice. While the range is nice and easy to navigate. There is a $5 new player fee. This can be avoided if u have a friends phone number you can use. The games for golf is fun and interactive. Prices are on the high side, come Tuesdays for half off. Food was Medicare. Beer is a tad pricey. I ate the tree taco, it was a 6/10. Chicken was dry, seasoning was OK. Overall though I had a great time and will definitely come back again.

Wow, I've always wanted to visit Top golf and have to say, I was super impressed and can't wait to do it again!! We visited on a Sunday afternoon so there was a long wait time (almost 1.5 hours) which was very frustrating. But the amazing food and the golf experience when we finally got to it made up for this! We tried the flat bread pizza and the nachos and both were so good that we reordered them! The cocktails tasted amazing too. Sunset time is the best to visit since we got to play golf during both, the day and the night! We played different games and levels (angry birds being my favorite). The two hour time slot was ample and all those golf swings left our hands sore! Overall, we had a brilliant time and we will definitely visit again.

I've golfed here and sat for food/ drink without golfing. As per golfing I highly recommend reserving especially at night on the weekends. Recently sat at the bar. Quick service by our bartender. Whether golf or not my experience here has been pleasant.

Fun experience. I've been here a few times. We had to get someone to help us as far as food and drinks go. Second time in a row that has happened to us, and we are platinum. It was cold out, but you wouldn't know it. The heaters worked great.

We were group of four and played for around 2 hours. We all had a lot of fun and enjoyed the games. We tried their hummus, cheese fritters, chicken strips (these came very burnt). Their fries were really fresh and crisp to the right amount.

Love the atmosphere here! Service was ridiculously slow this time around , even though it wasn’t very busy. Our first round of food, it took 50 minutes and half of the food was cold. The second order , we asked for more chips for our dip , a side Caesar salad and some water which took 30 minutes. The food here is great though!

Fun game of golf with friends. We got a bay within 30 mins of arriving at noon on a Saturday. The console and the dispenser had some issues which were fixed quickly. We wanted to celebrate a birthday, and the staff had informed that we could bring in a store-bought cake with an ingredients list, to the bay. Tip: If you are looking to play all 21 shots per player for 6 players within a 1 hour slot, rotate players at 3 shots each.

Overall a very good experience. Get your bays booked before or add yourself to your wait list before you go in there. Wait times are long. Food quality is good. Nice fun experience for the kids. Plenty of parking. Bays at the level 2 and 3 offer more robust experience.

Definitely a spot worth going to many times over. Doesn’t matter if you’re a good player or never swung a club before, you’ll have fun either way. Go alone, go with your family, go with work friends; you’ll definitely have a great time. Food and service is good. Decent menu of food and drinks that borders on sports bar. I played when it was 38 degrees outside but you’d never know it with the heat lamps they have over each area ( which you can control the intensity of yourself).

Nice place, good service and relaxing atmosphere....best to make a reservation a week in advance if you're going on a weekend. Food is good and service is decent. Our associate Molly, did an awesome job attending to our group.

I wish I had a better experience, but this place isn’t the same as it was before! Pretty dirty on the lower bays. Servers say they don’t have straws and expect you to drink water or drinks straight from the glass ! Dirty napkins! God help them cause this top golf was really dirty and bad ! I’ve had better experiences but today was very very bad ! Service and servers are terrible forcing you drink water straight from glass as they don’t have Straws!

Loved this place, it was so fun! The only thing that sucks is that waitlist man, it takes forever and there is no real way to get ahead in the line. Honestly, if you arrive at 6pm on a Saturday, expect to wait about 3 to 4 hours for a bay to open up and your playtime will be around 11 or 10:30 pm. I think they should expand their reserve list for weekends, like what bays can be reserved because people will reserve them, it’s that busy on the weekends.

I had a great time at Topgolf in Edison, NJ! The staff was helpful, going the extra mile by bringing out a kids set for my 11-year-old son. While the food was okay and not outstanding, we did enjoy the Mac n cheese balls. Overall, a fun experience that earned it four stars in my book.

I’ve been to a few top golf locations and this one would be my second least favorite. Service was slow. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Food was average, but the pepperoni flat bread was our least favorite. This was my first time on the lowest level and the tracking system didn’t work very well. This location did a bad job at collecting the balls so about 1/3 of our balls hit never made it into a hole just because it would hit other balls while they were rolling. The ball matt wasn’t aligned properly and our balls kept rolling away. I asked that they fixed it and the person who came to fix it was afraid to get dirty so I had to help move it. Lastly the screens were very glitchy. Just not the best experience which is a shame because we love top golf usually.

The wait time for a bay was not a problem, it's a busy Saturday and I expected it. Once we got our bay, via text and when we went to the bay it was still dirty. The bay host came, he was really friendly and helped us get orders in. The Dr pepper was out of syrup so it tasted like straight seltzer, but it was a busy night so I wasn't too disappointed. My friend ordered a beer and it was warm, had to return it. The food came and as usual it is amazing, the Mac bites was delicious, pepperoni Flatbread was perfect and the Buffalo chicken dip had a bone in it. When my friend took a bite he pulled a, what I'm assuming is a chicken bone out of his mouth which is in the picture below. We ordered dessert, the brownie skillet and it took 45 minutes for it to arrive. We had to extend our time to order to sit at the bay and enjoy our meal.

Loved it. Came for my sons 18th bday it was fun. Everyone enjoyed it. Good place for fun and food with loved once. I'm definitely doing it again soon. The associates are polite and helpful.

It was the best service as our server was the best and was very friendly there was a guy name Darren he was so rude and disrespectful I hope management should teach him some respect My first experience with Topgolf is the last experience I rather go to the supercharge next to the topgolf edision there is his picture in red tshirt The golf games were fun though. The food was also very good 👍

I recently visited Topgolf Edison with a group of friends and had an amazing experience! We all had a great time playing the various golf games and were impressed by the excellent customer service. Anna, the server, was very friendly and accommodating. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Since none of us are pros, we started off with some basic practice rounds and then worked our way up to the more difficult games. Through the use of the computerized scoring system, we were able to keep track of our progress and compete against each other in friendly games. We found the scoring system to be easy to use and it made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere at Topgolf Edison was very inviting and the staff was very helpful. Even though we were all beginners, they gave us tips and pointers to help us improve our game. We were also able to get refreshments and snacks during our rounds, which was a nice touch. We had so much fun that after the game, we went home and knocked out in bed! We had to extend the game because we couldn't stop playing. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend Topgolf Edison to anyone who wants to have a fun day out with friends.

First time here and I really enjoyed my experience. I did not try the food but my other friends said it was good. Prices are about what you pay at an Applebee's or chilli's. The burger looked good but seemed like not enough fries. Service was great. Very nice man when I went up to the desk and told him about my reservation. He told me where to go and we were on our way. Another gentleman came to our bay just to go over the rules and tell us how to sign in. Later on someone came to take our food order and bring it to us. All of them very nice. Really like the look of this place, the bar is cool. The bays were in good shape and the couch was comfy and warm on this cold rainy day. We went on a Monday 3pm and it wasn't busy. The prices I think are pretty good. It was about $12 a piece for 4 of us for and hour. We ended up doing 2 hours. It was a lot of fun and can't wait to go back. I need to practice more cause I did so bad lol. Went back second time on a Tuesday. Good thing I made reservation. Wait was 2-3 hours. Tried food this time and it was pretty good. This is definitely one of my favorite places.

This place has become my go-to for practicing golfing. The environment is nice and clean. The staff is very attentive. The food and drinks are great. My husband had I actually bought credits given we love coming here so much. I recently had a team event here and everyone had a great time playing and competing as well.

This place is so much and is a great place to go to with family and friends! There food is restaurant quality and delicious. Although, there staff is so slow. We ordered one thing and it took >25 minutes. We then asked for spoons which took another 10 minutes. All in all, I recommend but the wait time for food is far from average.

Went here earlier this month to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday with friends. We had a great time and the server was really attentive and nice! Only downside is their food isn’t that great but their wings were yummy! I think it’s a pretty affordable spot if you are splitting costs with 5 or more people.

Top golf is a fun with a little competition and great all year around. They offer heated bays so you can come during a chilly day and late night plays until 12 and the weekends until 2am. They charge per bay not per person. However definitely make reservations if you’re coming to Edison because if is always packed even during the week. They even have small clubs for the little ones and lefty options. The foods ok I advise to eat prior, the wings and shrimp tacos were a good choice. Drinks are reasonably priced and the service was excellent. We will be back.

I was thrilled to visit this place and it lived up to my expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My friends and I had ordered Queso and chips and I really loved the queso and guacamole which accompanied along, the fries could have been better. Then came in flatbread with smoked chicken, the flat bread could have been more flavorful and the boneless chicken wings felt on the sweet side. Overall experience was great and brings in the competitive spirit among friends to challenge each other. Would love to visit this place again!

I absolutely loved my experience to top golf, and I think everyone should try it at least once! I’m excited to go back again in the future. The entire process was so easy with their app and even checking in online when you arrive and not having to wait in any kind of line is awesome! The waitstaff was so sweet and thoughtful! The helpers that walk around for any questions or to get you set were also great. The facility is super nice! Tons of parking because it does get very busy there! The only thing that I really do want to note because I would love for the management to take a look at this process is the food… I know the food is not the most important part of the experience, but I was looking forward to a nice meal while we played. I ordered the chicken fingers with fries and when they came out… The fries were great, but the chicken fingers were so over cooked that I couldn’t even bite a piece off of one and I’m not exaggerating. They were so hard and dry that I couldn’t even break off any juicy parts so that I could just deal with it and not complain. In the end, when the waitress asked if everything was OK, I told her no and I showed her the chicken and she went and ordered me another one. When the second one came out, it was the same exact problem. This time I told her everything was fine because I just didn’t want to complain a second time and she was kind enough to give us 15 extra minutes of playtime after the first food issue. Overall, I still want to give it five stars and tell everyone to give it a try. I just hope the team at top golf in Edison looks at the food prep process a little bit closer. 😊

Arrived during a quick Downpour to a Huge building on Rt 1, in Edison. Though not a golfer, (but my husband is) we were there for a Bar Mitzvah party! The place is massive, w/large Bar off to the right as you enter, and private Party Rooms. Staff was friendly & helpful. Drinks were great & Party food good. Sliders, spicy chicken nuggets, guacamole, chips, tater tots, cold shrimp & fruit plate, nothing fancy, but good. Kids had a Ball, as did those Golfers, who hit them Long & hit them Straight! My husband says it was the best Bar Mitzvah ever! Congrats to All! 🙋⛳😂🥳

We went out with family including children. Everybody had fun. Food was decent and they have pool tables, fooseball and Pac-Man too. For a beginner you could warm up and get used to it in about 30 mins. Prices were decent but some discounts would have been good.

This was my first time at Topgolf in Edison for my birthday. The place looks very nice inside and clean as well. We were on the third level bay area and the view was amazing. The staff was amazing, very friendly and had great customer service. I'm not a golfer but it turned out to be very fun and competitive in nature. I only ordered dessert the "S'mores Cookie Skillet" which was really good. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back with family and friends. I highly recommend Topgolf.

This was our first experience at this place. For starters do make a reservation before you go so that you don’t need to wait. We booked our bay and was checked in once we were there. The total duration for this is 2 hours. The sofas and tables were not cleaned properly and the service was a little slow. We tried the food it was ok as it is usually in such places. Chips and salsa-5/5 Wings-4/5 Hummus-5/5 Margarita flatbread-4/5 Black bean burger-4/5 Cauliflower pizza-5/5 The staff did come over wishing our friend as it was her birthday. We did have a wonderful time here. Totally worth a visit.

Had a good night here, Nice environment and staff was helpful and friendly. A few things I didnt like was the drinks. I dont mind paying $15 a drink but not for 3/4 of the glass. Cups could have been filled up. Our screen was broke which we told them about. They did offer to accommodate us to a different booth but we didnt want a different waiter. We did get comp for $30 because of the issue.

Amazing experience playing golf, you can book your time slot online and they will have the bay ready in a few minutes of your arrival. 5$ per person to play, fun and interactive to play with family and friends! The food was ok and the service was very slow but Jules our server was very accommodating.
