Had lunch here for the first time and it was delicious. It is BYOB! Started off with a dozen raw oysters and they were great. No grittiness and no ocean taste if you know what I mean. You get to make your own seafood combo (2lbs of seafood and 1 corn and 1 potato) or choose one of theirs. Then you get to pick the sauce and then the spice level. I went with Boom which is a mixture of all the sauces…Cajun, lemon pepper and garlic. It was yummy!! You put on the gloves and eat right out of the bag. They do provide you with styrofoam plates but if you want to enjoy the experience, put that plastic bib on and get in there! I love The Boil in NY but it’s just too far for me. This was a closer alternative with the taste to match! This place is not fancy but for the price and convenience, my husband and I will definitely go here again.

Dungeness crab, snow crab, lots of black shell, green shell mussels, jumbo shrimp, lobster tail, corn on cob and small potatoes in bag with mild to spicy sauce delicious! Crawfish and blue crabs is also available as an option. Gloves and apron is provided to facilitate hands-on eating. Satisfies seafood cravings.

Best seafood boil place in all of jersey! Sauces are all delicious, service is always quick and friendly. Seafood is priced well for what you receive, and spacious so you can always get seated quickly.

The girls and I got together to get food and went to this restaurant. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and the hostess sat us. A very nice lady was our server, Rose I believe her name was. This place is BYOB fyi. I ordered the 1/2 lb. of headless shrimp and snow crab legs in cajun sauce. When it came out it smelled and looked great. I dug in and it was very tasty. I enjoyed the flavors. The bill was super affordable as well. I had a good experience.

One of the best seafood boils I’ve been to! Been here twice and will definitely become a regular. The prices are reasonable and they give great portions. They have great deals. The calamari was so good. The oysters tasted fresh. The crab, shrimp, and mussels were all so good! The quality is up there. It’s BYOB. Also, we got the same server twice and she is super sweet. I wish I got her name. Overall, excellent experience!

My guy and I went to the Seafood Boil in North Brunswick. There's plenty of parking, nice area in a somewhat strip mall surrounded by several stores and businesses. We was seated immediately and the hostess and staff was friendly and inviting. The place was clean and comfy. The meals are affordable. We ordered fried shrimp, fried scallops and a fried catfish sandwich. My only complaint is the scallops and catfish which seemed like frozen seafood from the box, like imitation seafood. I would not definitely recommend those 2 items. The shrimp was average but tasty. Overall I would give the place a second chance just to try the actual Seafood boil but I was not impressed.

The selection of seafood is simply amazing at this restaurant. Crabs, oysters, shrimps and other great dishes. The food is so delicious here! The selection of drinks is great too. The staff is polite, friendly and professional. I love this restaurant so much.

This was an interesting pop up in a location where several other restaurants have failed. We decided to do the Italian seven fishes celebration one year, for a crowd, just for something new, and we got the oysters, clams, and shrimp from here. They were pretty good, and I'm not known to even love oysters and clams. This place changed my mind, though, and that is pretty random - it's not the fanciest seafood place. My grandma liked the fried catfish sandwich, it was better than a McDonald's fish filet sandwich, let's say, and the fries and sweet potato fries are okay. We did not like the sausage, tried that only once. Would definitely go back for more oysters and clams.

I enjoy the food most of the time I come. The only issue I sometimes come across is when I get the green mussels which we all know cost more and are supposed to be better quality then black mussels ; they are so tiny or non existent in its shell. Which is disappointing. Other than that they are pretty great with that boom sauce… If you haven’t been here I suggest you give it a go…

1st decor of restaurant was pleasant. Waitresses were nice. So out of curiosity I went here for a late lunch. So I ordered 1/2 a pound of a king crab leg (How do u really know the weight?) One leg. Was decent. So I ordered 6 clams(I thought raw) but received a doubled bag of 6 steamed/boiled clams with the 1 piece of king crab. There is an option of seasonings you can have. I chose the Boom which is 3 seasonings options combined. Overall the waitress did offer to take back the steamed clams but I tasted 1 (never again from ant place) but I did ear 4 of 6. So I'm a are clam and plain seasoned claw man . I would recommend but just know your taste and what u want

Ab-SEA-lutely will rate a 5-Star. I ordered take-out. Interior of restaurant was nice and clean. Smelled good. Front desk receptionist was pleasant; multi-tasked effectively. NOW the food. I ordered a Fish sandwich w/fries and side of Calamari. Got home(10mins later), food was still warm. Fries and Calamari were still crispy. The fish (Catfish) sandwich was mouthwatering delicious😋😋. Bun was soft and mildly toasted. I love catfish and the fact that they use only catfish( the best kind of meaty fish beside Swai) makes me wish i could give them a 7 star rating!! Since im on my no-meat journey, this is now my go to spot!!! Side note: they put the tartar and sweet and sour sauce on the side.

This restaurant is delicious, and the service is great!! The lobster tails are the best I've ever had, and the noodles are out of this world! My husband loved the shrimp, and my dad the crab legs. Absolutely would recommend!

For this to be a Seafood joint.... fresh fried fish SHOULD be a must and not the frozen "patty" like fish. And yes, I got wings from there, which was very very greasy. I'll give the boil a try one day.

Every time I eat at this restaurant or order a takeout, the taste is always worth it. I ordered the 2lbs of Shrimp, Medium, Boom, Corn, and Potatoes, and what a flavor! So much garlic, butter, and with the perfect amount of spice in the gravy, it tastes absolutely incredible. Please continue keeping the same recipe. Definitely a favorite local restaurant that will make your taste palette craving for more. Thanks Seafood Boil!

Our favorite boil restaurant. We ordered a bit of everything with boom sauce, a mix of all 3 sauces. Started with buffalo wings and fries. But they didn’t have blue cheese which was ok because the wings and fries were crispy. Seafood was great and fun to eat with your hands. All cracking and opening tools provided. Also which we liked is that offer white rice as a side. Rice and seafood with boom sauce = perfect bite. Yum

i’m a reg customer & the food is usually good but yesterday my food was not the best and it wasn’t taken into consideration the manager kept making excuses my shrimp was over cooked both times and a mixture of fresh corn and frozen and the huge corn was disgusting shrimp was so soft the shell was peeling off

Had a pound of shrimp without heads in the restaurant. It didn’t seem like much and I didn’t get full. I ordered another pound of shrimp with four potatoes to go. As got home I put the back on my scale and the amount of shrimps are closer to 0,65 pound than a whole pound. In addition the potatoes were very overcooked.

Nothing much to brag about, it’s your typical crab 🦀 boil spot with overpriced seafood. If you do go grab those noodles they have w boom sauce. I’ve had fresher tasting seafood so I’m basically giving this place 5 stars based on service. No complaints!

I was mad that I found this place out recently. It was very good! The fried shrimp was amazing and the seafood boils!!! They were really good and not salty!! I went to many seafood boil with too much sodium. I would definitely bring all my friends and family. You can’t complain about the price either! It was great!

The waitress wasn't that attentive.. she would walk away in the middle of our request. Then made it seem like it was a issue to order refill for drink because it cost, lost pionts for that but the host staff was super friendly, the atmosphere is great , bathroom was clean. 4 out of 5.

The menu prices were reasonable. The place at lunch time is not packed with plenty of free tables. Food came quick, the service was fast. The shrimps and crabs were steamed just right. I ordered Combo C with the mussels garlic sauce medium spicy. It was great!

The service was great! The food was disgusting literally the worse seafood boil I ever had. Lack flavor and freshness. Also I was shocked to find out they don’t do free refills on soda. Spent $300 very disappointed.

Was in jersey for a few months hands down best seafood boil I ever had. I miss it so much! Everything is delicious! I miss it so much and their fried shrimp is the best fried shrimp I had! I love their cajun blend.

The seafood is well cooked but the market price seafood is currently outrageous. Liked the option for head on or head off shrimp. The fried scallops are imitation scallop but still tasty.

My crabs were over cooked. I’ve been to this restaurant many times. Today I went in to get crabs for New Year’s Eve dinner. I purchase a liter of Dungeness crab legs. I was told by the hostess that I would get two clusters However, I only got one.I paid additional for the second cluster. When I got home, the second cluster that I paid additional for was over cooked and taste very sour. I had to throw the second cluster away. I was very disappointing .As I said, previously, I have ate at this restaurant on numerous occasions so I was a very surprised by the food quality. The food is normally delicious.

Took the family (party of 10) here and it was such a great time. They provide gloves and a bib so that your clothes and hands don’t get messy, be prepared to use your hands! It’s BYOB as well which is a plus. The portion is perfect for the price. I ordered the #3 with all the sauces mixed together and I promise you it’s the best sauce ever. Also ordered Mild which was perfect. I highly recommend this spot!
