Went there today for lunch at my wife's suggestion. We were going to another pizza place and I was disappointed we went here. Wings were okay. The best part were the carmalized onions. The wings had no crunch or flavor. Seems like there was no seasoning. At $2 per wing, they are on the high side for the area. The chopped salad was good, but a little heavy on the vinegar and not enough balsamic. We ordered the Carnivore pizza and was totally disappointed, Maybe they think they have to pile on the meats for the price they charge, but, all that did was keep the crust soggy and not enjoyable to eat. The crust was very thin and the edge was crispy, but the middle of the crust was over weighted with meat and not fun to eat. There are much better pizza joints in the area for me to come back here.

Wasn't quite as good as I remembered it being before Covid. The salad is usually our go-to with pizza. We ordered the classic salad and the dressing seemed be all all vinegar...something was off. The pizza was status quo (meaning it was great!) We will be back.

Service and ambiance were pretty nice. However, the food was nothing big and way too overpriced and was raw. The garlic knots were extremely chewy on the inside dough and the eggplant pizza’s dough was uncooked and soft and cold. Not coming back.

Been to this restaurant twice for take out. First time the pizza was delicious. 2nd time we went today and the pizza crust was burned. I ordered the pizza online and was supposed to be ready for a specific time and it wasn't ready for that time and had to wait. Customer service is not good at all. Waited at the take out area for quite some time before I was acknowledged. Way overpriced. Been there twice and not returning. I don't recommend this restaurant.

This place use to be our go to, not anymore, horrible wait times, was told pick up was 21 mins, waited an hour, place wasn’t even packed. Others complained too. After all that wait, get home to this “ chicken sandwich “ no cheese, skimpy chicken, basically a bread sandwich for 15$ Their new sauce mikes hot and honey has no flavor, probably didn’t even put it on. 80$ out the window. Go elsewhere, we sure are

Yesterday was my first time at Anthony's and I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was great. The attention to detail by the host Joe was outstanding and I will definitely come back again.

I’m not going to lie, their pizza is killer. Their hot honey pepperoni pizza was definitely the best thing on the menu, places should definitely start normalizing this. Will be back

Anthony's is one of my neighborhood favorite places to go!! Food good, drinks good and staff is always kind and attentive, but please management, do something about your air conditioning. It needs to be replaced with a new unit that actually cools the place down and makes the visit enjoyable. Last night was punishing. Won't be back until they replace their system or cooler weather is on the way.

Worst place to order pizza from . Placed an order for pizza and received what's in the attached pizza after 2 hours. But then looking at the pizza I realized why it took them so long. Called the store and manager keep telling me to call door dash while order was placed through their website. Women Manager has no customer service manner at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They offered me new pizza but I had no time to wait another 2 hours so gentleman (Manager) offered me refund. I ended up ordering pizza from the neighborhood pizzaria, where you pay less and never go wrong.

Their traditional pizza is full of flavor but unfortunately, the crust was not well done as they advertise. Our crust was undercooked and soggy which was unfortunate as seeing that this was coal fired pizza, the crispy crust was what I was looking forward to. Their garlic Chicken wings were really good and the sauce was not overly salty. The coal roasted chicken sandwich was too salty for me. One small bite was enough for me. Our waitress was good and helpful. We came on a Friday afternoon and it seemed like they were understaffed. There were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned off as we were leaving. Overall, I recommend this place but I would request that they make sure your pizza is cooked well done.

Great coal fired pizza place. It’s not huge, good size to accommodate a medium crowd. The pizza was good and came out fast. The meatballs are pretty good and their homemade focaccia is delicious. I loved their wings, they were crispy and flavorful. I would return as I had great service and enjoyed my meal!

Will not be going back. I found it to be dirty and the pizza was burnt on the bottom (not well done) and under-cooked on the top. I went a few years ago when they first opened and I enjoyed it. The place is not maintained. JMHO

Sat at the bar for some drinks and wings while watching the games and had the best experience. Everything from the food to the service was a 100/10. Special shoutout to Brittany at the bar who never left me with an empty drink and was very accommodating in getting three different games on the three different screens! Will definitely be returning.

Nice environment. Only 3 other groups of dinners. Had eggplant parm. Was dry needed more gravy. The salad was good. The others had wings and a pizza, they said it was good. It was my first-time the other 3 have been there many times. Worth another try.

Just got turned away by the hostess at the Marlboro location because we are too backed up. Never heard that before at a restaurant in my 50 years on the planet. Normally there is a wait, and the customer decides if they want to wait. Absolutely would never go back!

One of the best restaurants for a delicious and fresh pizza in the neighborhood. Excellent service and hospitality.

Just got a sandwich from Anthony’s and this is what it looked like this is actually ridiculous. Who in the world would look at this and think it’s edible. I’m so disappointed and we don’t even live anywhere near them.

3rd visit in 4 months all with mistakes and issues. Not good.. salad ok mostly lettuce very little ingredients.. Made wrong pizza well done burnt . Maybe 2 anchovies on full pie after charging for full pie. Place was empty on a Sat afternoon … why? Food once tasted great there …now Blah. Service nice but many mistakes . They run out of stuff last visit they told us after waiting 20 minutes. Anthony’s in Fla way better. Not worth it. Our last visit.

Great food. Still a classic wings, pizza, and meatball place that also shook a mean dirty martini

We come to your location quite often. I can say with all sincerity that your restaurant NEVER misses the mark. You have fostered a smooth all hands-on deck team atmosphere that few if any restaurants ever accomplish. Even at the busiest times of a service the dining experience is always on point. We have told many people in the area about your location and give friends and family the $100 gc's at Christmas time. They are always impressed by the consistent food, friendly staff and cleanliness. My husband was in the industry at a similar full-service dining group, and knows that there are many unseen challenges. Please know that all of the hard work and effort that you put into this location does not go unnoticed. Last night we had Jessica F as our server, she was excellent. Please give her the well-deserved recognition. We 'will surely see you again very soon. Keep up the great work.

My wife found this place, so we checked it out together. They were busy! Great atmosphere and food, the service was good considering the crowd. The bartender was great. Sorry, I do not remember her name. Kudos to my wife! Check them out!

I really enjoyed the food here. I had the eggplant from the appetizer menu and it was delicious. I also had the meatballs and the sauce was very good along with the meatballs themselves. My dining partner had the original wings and they were delicious as usual. There was no room at the bar because it was filled with a senior citizen crowd.

I used the online ordering for one pizza (no special instructions or additions) and a side of meatballs (4 meatballs). The ordering site estimated 20 minutes for my order to be ready but I showed up to pick it up 30 minutes later (at the very beginning of dinner time - 4:30). When I arrived the dining room was probably 25% filled with patrons and my order was not ready. My meatballs were eventually ready but my pizza was still nowhere to be seen and the hostesses kept telling me “5 more minutes”. Over an hour after I placed my order, was my pizza finally ready. I understand places are understaffed and sometimes restaurants get busy, but in no way was my order supposed to take more than 30-40 minutes, let alone an hour, to make. The hostesses (plural) all stood by only rushing the kitchen towards the 50 minute mark of my wait. I get home and the meatballs were fine but the pizza was lacking. It took over an hour to prepare 4 meatballs and 1 pizza with less than half the dining room full. There was no attempt to comp any part of my order or even check/rush my order after seeing me wait for even 15 minutes. This is not the first time I’ve had bad experiences with the wait and service here, I’ve only decided to say something now.

I usually love the food here. I always get a salad and a bar pie. Sometimes wings. This day, I asked for the pie to be well done. It was not, and it was a little bit soggy. My salad, which is usually served ice cold(it wasn't). I asked to have a little salt or no salt. It was quite salty. It cost me over 40 bucks with gratuity for pizza salad and a drink. Which I don't mind paying if it's really good. Thanks for asking, and I hope this will improve.

We ordered a pizza via Uber eats giving this place a try. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Pizza arrived VERY COLD and was missing some toppings. Not worth the $26 we paid. There are better places out there for half the price !!!!!!

I came in a couple months ago and was taken care of by Britany (the bartender); exceptional service-personable and knowledgeable. As far as the food-the specialty pizzas are very yummy & the wings (6-7) are tasty.

This place is awesome! Our waitress Daniella ( I hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful. She gave us great recommendations: The roasted wings was delicious but the dry rub#2 was a delightful, flavorful surprise-absolutely tasty. The manager was so gracious he gave me a sample of the rub. The pizza was thin crust and flavorful- like the kind I grew up in New York. If you are shopping in the area treat yourself to Anthony's you will not be disappointed.

It’s been about 2 years since the last time we were at Anthony’s Coal Fired. I remembered there being a bigger menu selection. When I asked the server she said since Covid they made their menu smaller which was a bummer because my kids wanted spaghetti. We ordered 2 small pies which were very good, order of wings and 2 meatballs. Everything was delicious and came out very quick. Our waitress was very nice. Prices were a little on the expensive end for what we ordered. Bill was 100 after tip. Would go back if in the area and needed something casual and quick.

Had the most delicious margarita pizza! As well as the most friendly, attentive server Rhema! Drinks, food and ambiance were perfection! We'll be back soon!

Myself and a friend found ourselves in freehold NJ. Passed Anthony's coal fired pizza and decided to stop in for...a sandwich. We both ordered a steak and cheese with different toppings and OMG this was the best steak and cheese I've ever had! My buddy Dan said the same about his. Highly recommend if you're in the area. It's not super fast but also not too slow. But well worth the stop.

This place has gone down hill. We order wings first then pizza and a dinner. Wings came out and about 45 minutes later the waitress comes over and asks what we ate waiting for. She blamed the system for not registering our order?! So we decided not to re order and just left after paying for the wings. Not to mention dirty tables and two hostess standing around doing nothing while the place has one waitress running around! Second time we had a bad experience I let the first one slide!!

I called and ordered at 4:54 an margarita pizza. I got it at 4:52pm a lady came out saying it was a miscommunication where? don’t know. I don’t think i’m going to order ever again if i’m going to wait 1 hour for a pizza! Also I asked for the manager and he never came out! bad vibes!!!!!

What once was is no longer. Salad , wings and pizza where good. The floors are slippery and dirty. The table didn’t seem cleaned it may or may not have been. Most of all my server was a young man with no manners , spoke like he was on the street, paid no mind to his tables. We Waited 25 minutes for a salad while he socialized with the pizza makers, when he brought the salad and forgot to bring the cheese. I had to get up and ask for it.. We asked for sugar for the ice tea and salt on the table he never brought it. I had to physically get up and walk to another table to get them. Then brought the wings and pizza at the same time almost 40 minutes later. There was clearly no management there just bunch kids doing their thing. When it was time to pay the bill he circled around like a hungry shark. I was not going to leave a tip but was encourage not to do so , so I’m sure he’s wondering why I only left him $ 5.00 for on a $62 bill. Someone there needs to wake up. I was not the only customer visibly annoyed. One very important thing keep your fingers out of your mouth while taking peoples dinner orders !! Saturday night 9/10 7 pm
