Omg Divinity at its finest. Worth every Dollar. Come hungry because portions are huge. On top of the quality of the food ,it was the experience of the most PROFESSIONAL WAITRESS ALEXUS. 😋 She is everything any one could want as a patron. She anticipated our need, and accommodated our every desire . Top knotch. Prebussing was on piont , the table never became too cluttered . The Quatro formaggio fondue to start is so pungent. It's delicious if you are a cheese lover. The bigger night out is so much food, but definitely worth it.

I took my wife here for our two-year anniversary. The server was only on her third day, but overall the service was excellent. The kitchen gave her a bunch of curveballs and she handled they all with ease. If only the food were as great as the service. First, we ordered a charcuterie board with our first course, unfortunately it wasn’t sent out to our table until after we finished our cheese fondue. Then, the kitchen sent out the wrong salad to my wife. Not a big deal, but it took a long time for the correct salad to come out, pretty much on top of the entrees. The entrees were excellent, the times our server suggested were right on point. The only other issue we had was that we ordered the upgraded dessert tray with the macarons, crème puffs and cheesecake. However, the entire tray was frozen, so we weren’t able to enjoy them at the restaurant. Overall the experience was mediocre at best. I hear good things about Melting Pot, but in my two experiences at this specific restaurant, I haven’t been impressed. Maybe another location could do better.

More of a teenage hangout than a good restaurant. This was my first time visit. Didn't know what to expect nor best way to order. The server was clearly inexperienced. Couldn't recommend drinks, couldn't explain the difference between cheese options. This affected the order big time. The only way to make the meat ordered taste good was to dip it in side sauces. Big disappointment.

Had a great night with the wife on our special night. The waiter was fantastic. Food came out great. Went with the bigger night out, brie and bacon cheese fondue, blue cheese salad and the turtle fondue to end the night.

Took family out for moms birthday. Was entertaining and fun. While service was great and everyone had a nice time, you have to work for your meal. Little much for the price. Next time we will stick to cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue for dessert. Maybe two chocolate fondues - we are a desert first type of family

The staff is courteous and the ambience vibrant but not the best of experience and food flavors for the money you pay.

I don’t usually leave reviews but for The Melting Pot I had too! Me and my boyfriend celebrated our four year anniversary yesterday and we had such an amazing experience! Thank you to the staff and of course our FANTASTIC waiter! Mike (the tall one lol) He answered all of our questions, was super polite and funny, and even made us a Happy Anniversary plate when the decorator already left for the day! We really enjoyed out experience here and it won’t be our last! We also made our reservation on Red Table and ordered the Anniversary Experience. Roses, champagne, balloons, and 3 chocolate covered strawberries to go! Such an amazing fun experience! We also loved the food and the way our waiter prepared everything for us! Thank you so much Mike and The Melting Pot Staff!

Good food, horrendous service. It took over 3 hours for us (2 people) to get our food start to finish. The waiter took 45 mins to come to us to take our dinner order from when we sat down. The food was very good. The dinner for two was a ton of food and the flavors of each meat paired very well. A favorite was the chicken and the brown sugar steak. The pork was also very good. I did enjoy the cooking yourself however we were not pleased with sitting and waiting with empty drinks and having to look around for our server half the time. This place would be fantastic if they worked on their service and would definitely receive a 5 star review.

Went for a last minute anniversary dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they made our table and setup a romantic dinner. Our server was fantastic, she really made our day with her kindness and patience! The place feels romantic with the low lights and the quiet atmosphere. The food was great albeit a bit pricey. The cheese fondue was top notch, it comes accompanied withvbread and veggies. The salad was also delicious. The main course was a mixed experience. I don't think the steak worked well with the mojo broth but everything else was decent. The chocolate fondue was also good, it comes with waffles, brownies, and other sweet goodies as well as fruit so you get to try different flavors eith the chocolate. The drink selection was great, I had the whiskey business and it was perfectly balanced and nicely garnished. Overall a great experience for special occasions but food-wise I feel I can get a better meal elsewhere for that price.

Haven't been here in YEARS, the service of the young lady was outstanding but not annoying. The food was delicious and a positive, happy vibe. Def do the lobster tail and filet. The chocolate sauce called the "original" by far the best.

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Melting Pot for a fun experience. I had the pleasure of having a daddy/daughter night out with my 9-year-old and took her to one of her favorite places in Red Bank. We didn't have a reservation, but they could sit us. We never felt rushed; after all, it is an "experience" when we go there. Staff was friendly and my daughter felt special. The manager, Dave, stopped by from time to time to see how things were going as well which her feel like we were a "big deal". Not exactly my type of restaurant but the experience and memories that her and I will have are priceless. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!

They have a vegan menu! For vegan the fondue cheese was pretty good and the veggies were fresh. The vegan chocolate fondue was ok, it was really thick so an odd texture and really sweet. Make sure to mention you're going to need a separate burner of you are strict vegan and who you are with is not so you are not sharing a cooking pot.

I went to celebrate my Boyfriend and I’s one year anniversary and it was so amazing. Shoutout to our waitress Kristen for being the absolute sweetest and making sure we were taken care of! She surprised us with a decorated plate for our chocolate too. Melting Pot will forever be our anniversary Date Night!

My husband and I just went here last night and it was a great experience! Josie was a great waitress and she was training John who was also super amazing, Josie is definitely training him well. Very helpful and on point! Food was amazing, service was amazing and the experience and environment was also amazing! glad we found a new spot to eat! Not disappointed at all! I forgot my chocolate covered strawberries that you get free when you sign up for emails and Josie gave me a call to cole back and get them! Thank you!!! Price was also not bad overall. We took the train to Red Bank to catch a show and picked the Melting pot as a dinner spot before the show. I'm so glad we did! Our server walked us through everything so don't be too intimidated by looking at the menu. We did a Big Night Out and holy cow it was so much food and it was all delicious! If you're not sure just pick all the signature items on the menu, they're delicious! Definitely going to take the train back to Red bank for another dinner here.

Melting pot is always such a celebratory spot for our family. When we are in the mood for the greatest cheesey bread/ pretzel bites you should definitely make a trip here. You should probably think about wearing some stretchy pants, because the never ending dippers are available for your liking. But be sure to give yourself a lot of time. Sometimes dinner will be three hours long. Our favorite cheeses are the traditional Swiss and the Wisconsin Cheddar. We also love the teriyaki steak to be cooked in the coq au vin style broth and the grill. ( be sure to ask for both ) And we love to end off with either the original chocolate ( milk chocolate with peanut butter) the Yin and Yang ( which is dark and white chocolate) or the S’mores. The best chocolate dippers has got to be the Oreo crusted marshmallows. Yum yum yum

Such a cool experience, we sat at the bar as there were no more available seats but I'm happy we did, the bartenders were so fun, nice and attentive. We did the vegan cheese and it was really delicious, they made the fondue in front of us with all the ingredients. The drinks were so delicious!! The impossible polpettes were yummy! I definitely want to come back!

The melting pot is one of those places where it feels like everyone you know has been before. It was only a matter of time before we tried it out, and I’m so happy we did! Not just for the food, but for the 11/10 excellent service. My fiancé and I had the loveliest experience here last night (4/12/23) with our server Will. It was our first time and we were so overwhelmed when we came in with the menu. We had no idea where to start or what we wanted but he helped walked us through everything. Our food was beyond delicious, and Will was such a great server. So nice, funny, helpful, attentive. He really wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. And we did! Definitely will be coming back!!

Really beautiful place. It definitely is more than a restaurant — it’s an experience!! We were there for like 2 and a half hours. I recommend the table top cooking for the most fun, interactive experience. It is expensive, though. My own meal was about 90 dollars.

We decided to go out to dinner last minute and we were able to get in so easily using Open Table on a Sat night. The whole dinner from start to finish was an amazing experience. Our server, Will, guided us the whole way and gave us outstanding service. His personality and wit kept us laughing the whole night! We enjoyed everything from our fried caprese appetizer and charcuterie board to our own choice of entree courses cooked in this delicious coq au vin to the milk chocolate dessert fondue where we could dip our favorite cakes and fruit. This dinner was our first 10/10 in a long time! We will definitely be back, thank you to The Melting Pot!

Had a great experience, price to portion ratio is a bit higher than I think is worth. You're literally paying to cook your own food. Portions sizes weren't the best as far as the entree's are concerned. Food quality was amazing. Everything was seasoned well. Teriyaki Steak i must recommend. They feature a great wide variety of cheese blends for fondue and dessert is a must with some great options. The only major complaints are the freshness of the fruit for bar garnishes. The limes and fruit in our sangria was not okay. Our server Abni or Abdul was phenomenal. Very friendly and attentive. He was professional and very accommodating. He has great customer service skills and needs to be praised.

All around 5 stars! The food is delicious, the staff is super nice. Was blessed with an amazing server named Carly ( I hope that's the right spelling!). She was so sweet and helped us over the menu and gave us the best suggestions. Truly enjoyed everything about this visit. If you're looking for a classy place to impress a loved one or an original experience, this is the spot.

I come here once a year on my anniversary and love it every time. The atmosphere is very nice, and the food is amazing. They are very accommodating to my wife's shellfish allergy and let her swap out the shrimp in their dinners.

Absolutely fantastic! The food, waitress and experience overall was phenomenal. We were a little worried at the beginning because the restaurant was busy but Stephanie made it worth while! She was so kind and truly made this experience one of a kind! Stephanie was very attentive, and connected with us! Will definitely be back because of her!!

Federico made our cheese experience wonderful. We always get the Quattro Formagio and he made it the very best we’ve ever had it. Can’t wait to come back! My husband and I went there for the first time to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Our server Chris was probably the best server I've ever had in my life, he was attentive and funny, definitely an asset for the Melting Pot! He even brought a cute little place out that said Happy Anniversary in chocolate, which was very thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious, we got the bananas foster fondue and it was better than I could've even imagined. We will definitely be back!

I purchased the Birthday experience and it was not an experience. Save your money. It came with a large balloon display, which was nice. Our server was less than attentive. He forgot about the experience, and asked if we’d like to take the dessert home. Instead of lighting the sparkler and bringing the desert out on a late he literally put it in a box. NO EXPERIENCE!! I was so disappointed.The manager or owner would creepily walk by our table, stare and not say anything. Never again.
