Our daughter and son in law recently had their wedding reception at the Estate at Farrington Lake. It changed management after they signed the contract. The venue is beautiful inside and the outdoor area is beautiful as well. Perfect for photographs. The cocktail hour food was plentiful and very good and nicely presented. Unfortunately, there was not nearly enough seating for the guests to enjoy the cocktail hour. There was plenty of room to set up more tables, but the planning wasn't good and as a result people had no place to put their plates to eat and drink. Some guests told me that when the bar closed during speech time they were rudely told by Katie the event manager "sit down! the bar is closed". When they asked the same manager for salt and pepper on the table she seemed annoyed at the request. You would think that someone on the hospitality business would know how to speak to people. At the end of the evening they put up the lights and told the bride to clear out quickly as they had an affair in the morning. So my daughter is running around in her wedding gown with a few guests helping her gather up centerpieces and accessories. Then the manager approached the groom and told him they owed thousands of dollars more for extra plates over and above their final headcount, which wasn't even possible. The final moments of their reception really burst the bubble of a party that should have ended on a high note. The over charge was a mistake (a huge one I think) but it took weeks to get the reimbursement check and they still charged for some extra plates we believe were also miscalculated. I frankly would have refused to pay given the grief they put them through, but they just wanted to get the situation over with. Too bad this venue is poorly managed, because it really is lovely.

We just held our 50th High School Class Reunion at the Estate. Katie, Randy and the staff were absolutely terrific. So easy to work with, so pleasant, so eager to please. We were treated more like family than just mere clients. The facilities are fantastic as was the food. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our once in a lifetime event.

My fiancée and I did not choose this venue. Not because it is not beautiful, it truly is. But because we were treated horribly on our tour. There was a family a head of us, so we sat waiting quietly to the side for fifteen minutes because everyone was busy. We told one person we were there for a tour and he said we’d be helped soon. The head woman there, I believe her name was Nikki, said “and you are?” From across the room. After waiting a few more minutes this woman took us on a ten minute tour around the grounds then the owner didn’t even sit us down to explain what was included or not included. He handed us the pamphlet with prices written on it, jotted down dates, explained a few things. That was it. We left after 25 minutes of being there. We were really looking forward to this tour it is a beautiful venue but their personalities and professionalism make it ugly.

When we first arrived to “The Estate at Farrington Lake” we were absolutely amazed by pastoral view with beautiful garden and surrounding of this place. Huge trees, gorgeous lake and fountains make the scene absolutely perfect for the outside wedding. We were nervous, but who can blame us:only 3 weeks to prepare outside wedding with COVID restrictions! This mission would be impossible without help and support from the owner of The Estate, Syed . He was with us at every single step of preparations: answering questions, helping, guiding and moving forward. My daughter had a Wedding that really even exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this place for everyone who wants their Wedding Day to be unforgettable

The most perfect location, a hidden gem in a suburban town. Don't let the entrance fool you, the back of this place is absolutely perfect. The woodsy area was beautiful and quiet, it made for wonderful pictures. It just had that magical surreal feel to it. The inside was equally wonderful, perfect size for the wedding party I attended. The staff were very friendly and helpful (some waiters were overly eager--would take away plates and drinks before you were done...) Loved my experience there, I definitely recommend it for those who are looking to do a wedding!

We had the pleasure to work with the event manager Katie at The Estate At Farrington Lake in East Brunswick last week for a SUPER QUINCEAÑERA. The grounds are very well manicured and the picture opportunities are plentiful. The banquet room was well spread out and has a classy touch to it. Our DJ station was center dance floor (beats many other venues that have us on side of floor) and the photographer and video crew loved the setting. We ALWAYS appreciate good hospitality and we definitely got it. We look forward to working here again. Thanks for having us!

Amazing venue, food and amazing staff!! We booked the Estate at Farrington lake for our wedding in 2020 before Covid with the previous property manager. We had to reschedule our wedding date and got married July 2, 2022. Two months before our wedding date we were informed there was a new management company and my now husband and I were a bit worried. When we met Jeff, Katie and the team at the Estate - we knew we were in good hands! Jeff went above and beyond to make sure the transition was easy and my questions were answered, was super accommodating and helped me whenever needed! He was flexible and super easy to get along with and was amazing! Katie, the day of coordinator was fantastic too! She checked on me and my husband and made sure everything went smoothly! The team and staff at the Estate are amazing and I love the new management company! I got so many amazing reviews about my wedding and so happy we had our reception here! The grounds, food, and everything is super well kept! For anyone looking for a wedding venue, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

The saying, "the only thing constant is change," is not one you want to be reminded of when you are planning a wedding. Let's face it, for any bride having a wedding in the pandemic, you HAD to be agile, even if you didn't want to be. My husband and I are extremely grateful that we chose The Estate at Farrington Lake for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our goal was to find a venue that was in New Jersey, had beautiful aesthetics for pictures, and had impeccable service to help us manage the anxiety the pandemic created for wedding planning. Honestly, if it wasn't for Jeff and Alex, our special day may not have happened the way we envisioned. From the time Jeff introduced himself and informed me of a management change less than a month before our wedding, we experienced nothing but support and great service. Change is never easy, but Jeff reassured us the vision would not be lost. And, it was not AT ALL! In fact, with some of his recommendations, our vision was enhanced! Alex, Jeff and the Estate at Farrington Lake team executed so well it was as if I'd been working with them from the start (and in actuality we booked the location over a year prior and had originally worked with the previous management). I'm grateful for the team and how they honored what we had committed to and more given the circumstances. If you're looking for a venue that isn't just beautiful, but also has kind individuals -- from management, to catering points of contact, and bartenders who work to bring wedding visions to life, this is the place. It's truly a hidden gem.

Katie is the event manager and I must say she is amazing to work with. Her professionalism, honestly and dedication to making your event one of a kind and a night to remember is the reason why my husband and I chose The Estate at Farrington Lake as our wedding venue. We were looking for a venue that had indoor and outdoor space and this spot was exactly what we were looking for. The grounds are immaculate, indoor and out! Katie followed through with her promises and turned our dream wedding into a reality! She listened to what we wanted and worked with us one on one giving attention to every detail. When I first booked the venue, I had been working with a different manager. The day after I booked he left and new management took over. It worried me a little but I still knew it was the place I wanted to have our wedding. The ambiance is incredible. Having an outdoor space and indoor ballroom was the vibe I was looking for and this space had just that. We worked with Katie once new management took over and she had been extremely helpful the entire process. (No bride wants to worry about their big day). Our wedding was a true dream and I am so thankful I stuck with my guts and went with this space. The outside ceremony was beautiful. The outside cocktail hour had a perfect aura. The food and drinks flowed all night and guests cannot stop raving about both the food and service. Staff were attentive to my guests and everyone truly had a great time. Being able to utilize the bridal cottage helped the day seamlessly and gave my bridal party and I space to get ready, be for before pictures, and wait for ceremony. It was perfect! I am extremely thankful that we had our dream wedding here and wish more people knew about this space. I cannot recommend it enough and hope to have events here in the future!

This is a stunning venue. Spacious halls with lots of natural lights. Creating perfect moments for photographs. The outdoor space is a gem for nature-themed photos. As a wedding photographer, we couldn't ask more. In fall with a golden hour, every photo comes out with elegance. Great service, lots of space for parking and the perfect place to celebrate a wedding.

Katie Keenan and her team are the best I've experienced. We had our daughter's 18 birthday party here, and Katie has been nothing less than professional, accommodating, friendly, and impressive from the first time we spoke. This place is clean and excellent for all occasions. I highly recommend The Estate at Farrington Lake, especially if you are particularly like us. Katie, You rock! Exceptional service! Oh, how could I forget, the food was good too! 😀😀😀

Great staff and great service. A recipe for a good time. We had our cousins wedding party at this venue and it did not disappoint. I would 100% recommended this venue for your wedding party.

Nice small to medium sized venue for celebratory affairs; I'd estimate for around 150 people. Picturesque grounds for an outdoor wedding and pictures. Dance area is kind of small. Adjoins a lake which provides a nice background. Parking is adequate. Had a nice time, would recommend.

I had my Wedding there in 1994. People were shocked at the beauty of the grounds, view, gorgeous glass windows surrounding hall & incredible food. Everyone danced from the moment it started till they kicked us out when our time was up! Lol. They gave the bridal party use of the bridal house to get ready & an antique limo if needed. They also included a humongous tiered wedding cake with a fountain in the middle & the bridal party figures on staircases down each side. I am however disappointed they’ve gotten rid of the gazebo. That was a highlight of my ceremony. I paid back in June of 1994, $110 for each platter with cocktail hour & open bar throughout. There was not one disappointment from one single guest. I highly recommend it.

Just got back from a wedding from here! Great food! Cocktail hour was phenomenal, and so was the staff! Especially Toi!!!! She went above and beyond for our table and every other table! She was fun and definitely got everyone in the party spirit! I’ve never had a server as attentive and fun as her before while attending a wedding. She was EXCELLENT!!!! We had a great time!

Just had our daughter's wedding here last weekend. We had extremely high expectations and Jeff and his entire staff delivered from the moment we booked until the event was over. Staff was amazing , grounds were immaculate, and service impeccable. I cannot say more. Put your faith in this venue and have your daughter become the princess for a day she deserves. Thank you Jeff , Katie , Randy and the entire staff. Plain and simple .... For any event we will not hesitate, we will be back .

The Estate at Farrington Lake was more than we could have imagined for our wedding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone due to COVID and Syed and his team were nothing but professional, supportive and flexible throughout the entire process. We got married at a church, but were able to use the on site bridal suite to relax before the reception between taking photos on the absolutely immaculate grounds. We absolutely love how our guests had plenty of space to move from inside to the two outdoor patios. This venue is the best of both worlds with a ballroom on a beautiful scenic lake! Syed and his team set up the space exactly how we envisioned it and even filled our sweetheart table with all of the food so we didn't have to lift a finger. We are so happy we listened to Syed and went with a cocktail reception which allowed for us to enjoy the most out of our time and did not waste any time waiting for food to be served to our 150 guests. We had everything from pirogies and sushi to roast pork and sautéed chicken, not to mention the plethora of desserts - all of it was delicious! Syed is incredibly knowledgeable and so good at what he does - the entire team listens to each couple's individual needs and never pushed anything on us we didn't want while knowing exactly what we needed to do to have the wedding of our dreams. Three weeks later and all of our guests are still raving about how great of a wedding it was, how beautiful of a space the Estate has, and how they can't wait to recommend this place to everyone they know.
