I
grew
up
practically
living
in
this
park
from
a
baby
in
the
late
1970s
until
now.
It
has
changed
quite
a
bit
since
then,
with
significant
improvements
to
the
lake
and
playground
areas.
Plays
in
the
park
were
always
great
on
a
warm
summer
evening.
Every
spring,
my
family
would
walk
the
woods
admiring
the
mayapple
and
forest
floors
carpeted
in
spring
beauties,
and
the
old
trees
provided
beautiful
fall
splendor
and
cool
summer
shade
for
decades.
We
would
stop
in
with
takeout
and
sit
in
the
picnic
groves
to
enjoy
the
tranquility
and
play
at
the
playgrounds
and
in
the
woods
for
hours.
I
have
a
soft
spot
for
this
park...haven't
been
here
in
years,
but
recently
visited
it
and
was
happy
to
see
its
evolution.
Good
job,
Middlesex
County
Parks!
