I just stayed here for four nights and my expectations were pretty low due to the only other review here. The room is small, the sink is in the room, but let's be realistic for $40 a night you can't ask for much. The hot water runs out kind of quick when taking a shower, there is no ice buckets, but you can walk over to the wawa and get cups of FREE ice. Not a bad experience, just know for the price you're paying that's what you get. If you want a little more comfort it comes with a higher price tag. Perfect place to crash if you're tight on money and don't need any of the amenities that other motels offer.

OMG this place... So bad !! But I remember it with a smile because of what my friend said when we saw our room. We were traveling and getting tired. Instead of continuing to drive my friend suggested that we just stop at a really cheap motel and grab a few hours of sleep. Room was about $45 so why not? We gratefully opened the door, looked around, and she blurted "I didn't mean THIS cheap!" Lol

The lady running the place calls police on her own guests everyday. Filthy rooms, no hot water, and the lady doesn't understand English

Stopped at this location just to get off the road for a few hours. Even for a quick fix this place was very sleazy and creepy as soon as I pulled in. The "room" was basically a hole in the wall just big enough to fit a king size bed and still have walking space. The bathroom was basically a large closet just big enough to fit a small shower and toilet. The bathroom window was a very small rectangle that allowed for one side of the split pain to be opened. The heater was built into the wall just outside the bathroom with a single numbered knob that is meant to spin and pray that it actually works. Beyond a second, larger window next to the door and covered by blacked out curtains and screened in on the exterior (probably also with holes just like in the bathroom) the only A/C is positioned above the head so that you must use the only chair you are provided with to operate it and, again, pray that it works. Two night stands rest at either side of the head of the bed equipped with a single drawer each. Aside from this there exists only a countertop, with built in sink, wide enough to allow space for a tiny TV set most likely recovered from the 80s. All that is left is a decently sized mirror equipped with the only lights in the entire space just above it. Surprised I did not find any bed bugs or roaches, but I'm sure they exist somewhere within the extremely tiny complex.

This was the most DISGUSTING place I’ve ever been to. I would give the place 0 stars if I could. I checked into a room that looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s & before I put my purse down I saw roaches. I went to the service desk to ask for another room & the lady at the service desk gave me a hard time & charged me extra money for another room. The next room was full of ants & just as outdated. I WOULD NEVER return 😑

First, I have no affiliation with Americana. Reviews are unduly harsh. I needed a place just to crash and sleep. I paid maybe $80.00 and I got the room I expected. Everything in my room was clean, air conditioning worked great (it was around 95F). I had enough towels and soap. Fridge and microwave and a Wawa right next door. The woman who checked me in was actually very patient with me, as I have bad tinnitus and often have trouble hearing, so I had to ask her to repeat almost everything and I got no attitude. I felt safe and secure in my room - and I've stayed at places in far more dangerous areas in the past (for those claiming to feel unsafe.) If you want a mint on your pillow in the morning, continental breakfast, etc., why are you searching for around $70.00? I loved my stay there, was easy to get into their property and easy to get out, even being on busy Rt1. As a matter of fact, Americana played a big role in allowing me to have a wonderful weekend attending a concert that in the absence of the motel, I couldn't have attended.

This place is absolutely horrible. I got stuck out in the blizzard this past weekend and this was literally my only option. Every surface in this place is caked with some unholy substance. The lady who checked me was very rude and obnoxious. This place needs to be condemned.

I wasn’t happy at all with my stay sure it’s a place to sleep but was very close to leaving the room and sleeping in my car!! Sheets were old, smelly and torn. I saw many Bugs and insects crawling on walls and on the older carpet.

Went to check in with a positive attitude and hopes that all the bad reviews about the lady at the counter where exaggerated but I was very wrong.. I didn’t even get to make it in the room!! My girl and I dropped off by a friend at 12 am And she didn’t want to let us stay at first because she was afraid that our ride was going to stay with us and assumed I was a lair when I told her it was just us 2. After providing her with both our days she came up with the genius excuse that the policy is 21 AND over but it was all of sudden OVER 21 and she said we had to be 22. We are both 21 and will gladly take our business across the street and spend the extra money. It was probably for the best as I’m sure we would’ve turned around by the time we got into the room.. I explained to the lady that I know understood why they have all the bad ratings and I see that they were all very well and justified. No paying customer should be treated that way. Gladly the classier establishments in the area didn’t give us an issue

Ceiling was bad room, bedsheet was dirty, and bed make soo much noise that you can’t even sleep. The restrooms are very small and gross, and the reception person was soo rude and should take the time to really explain heating and cooling in the rooms.

I stop at this motel after driving 12 hours plus to get a room for my wife and I this lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty I am disabled and she made me get out the car and walk , I walk with walking aid's . And then she told us the no then lied and say she only have twin beds in all the rooms . Smh such a lier , a guest staying then told us it was queen beds inside. The hotel next door is better and the staff is much nicer and treat people like they care.

Terrible service The lady wouldn’t even allow me to check in at the front desk Called over the phone said the price is $50 for the night only to charge me 70 as soon as I walked up Proceeded to scream and yell, and have a major attitude. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They make you read a list of things that aren't very good in there motel, such as cant take a 10 minute shower or will run out of water, very very slow internet, extremely tiny room enough room for bed only. Room is so so out dated that it has wood panels in wall and water stains on drop ceiling. The place is a horror show.

OK hotel, 2 miles from the train station, cheap price, small room, no refrigerator or microwave, I had to go outside to get internet for some reason I couldn't get internet in the room, did see some bugs on the mirror and in the sink, it was OK for me, its not for everyone

A very run down motel that needs alot of work on the rooms but it was cheap so for a night it's not too bad.

Rude check in. Dirty rooms. Moldy bathrooms. Dusty everywhere. At least A/c works. It was just a pit stop for the night and it is definitely a pit.

Do not go here. The receptionist was not only disrespectful on the phone and was sucking her teeth, but also didn’t help us at all in person either. The owners are not someone you want to fork over $70+ to.

It was the worst experience I've had at any motel... Very disrespectful had no wifi had to go by office did that and they freak out and say u can't sit here when there was where they had stool to sit to charge... Not to mention the guests that were staying there nightly were very creepy and would most def try to get in your room while your not there do not go here even if it is the last place on earth
