Sooo much waiting; they even don’t tell why I’m waiting for. After an hour, they took me in but checked and tested me at the another hallway on the chair. I have bad muscle pain, and am chilling and sitting on a chair more than 2 hours. No one around here or coming to check how I am doing! Worst experience with the Cleveland Clinic!

ZERO out of 5 Was treated horrible here. Would never take my family here ever again. ER doctors only concern is to get you out, not what is best for your family. Nurses and other staff were fine but powerless under the doctor, who looked like he would rather be asleep or eating than taking care of patients. Shame on you Cleveland Clinic. This site is awful.

I fell and went to Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg. EVERYONE was SUPER nice and thorough!!! I waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room. They done several X-rays of my hand, wrist, and arm. I have 2 breaks in my hand and wrist. TJ applied a splint and was very informative. I have to see an orthopedic doctor soon. I TRULY THANK EVERYONE at Cleveland Clinic for their FABULOUS care!!!

Beware of medical gaslighting. Especially from Dr. Ball. If you happen to see Dr. Gullette, bless him. He's a very smart, understanding, thorough, and kind man.

Got told to go to closest ER. Well this happened to be the closest. Heard one person had been waiting at least 3 hours to go back. Then heard them tell another person they didn't have enough beds for the patients. Ended up leaving will try to find another ER that has the means to help people

Came in for my mom possibly having a heart attack absolutely the worst hospital ever didn’t let me come in the back with her even though when I was here days before with a scratched eye she was allowed to accompany me tried to ask if something was wrong when would I know they interrupted me and said we are doing a ekg she will be right back out that wasn’t my question if she was having a heart attack I doubt she would be right back out they don’t take u seriously the staff down to security are awful and do not care what’s wrong with you only that you are interrupting there break time apparently

No patients in the ER at all I went because my foot was bleeding non stop no one ever came to even look at my foot and I sat there for an hour while the doctors and nurses waited for the shift to change. P

I just came out from being in a bad car crash…. First it took about 45 minutes just to get from the waiting room into another room which really wasn’t a room just a room with other people in it and then it took another 30 minutes for a doctor to see me. and then it took over three hours to receive my medication while I was in severe pain… and then, when I leave, they don’t give me any type of medication, not even Advil, oxys or morphine they just said deal with it… that Doctor Who took care of me, can burn in hell with every other patient he has killed

I would honestly give it a 1 star but the front desk and the security guards were cool. The nursing staff and doctors that were on duty on October 18th around 1:00 AM do not have the best attitude and wasn’t in a rush. If that wasn’t the closest Cleveland clinic ed I would take my family there.

Last night I had to visit the er. OMG, they were so busy. It was1 am and my doctor and nurse were amazing. The smiled the talked to me, even shared several laughs. You can see they were whipped. I understood my long wait, i needed stitches.They keep it moving professionally and with excellent bed side manners. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Peter Haas should not be licensed, My grandma goes into the ER for sores that look infected and this doctor tells her welp don't know what to tell ya, tells her to use CLEAR NAIL POLISH to stopping the itching and won't go over her bloodwork with her because he said it was pointless. she is a diabetic fyi. dude didn't take any time with her. now she is going to be billed for being told to use clear nail polish lol. good job doc, all of those years of medical school really made you outstanding... not.

Despite the reviews, I’ve personally have been here several times over the years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. Was just seen a few days ago. My wait time was not long at all and the care I received was excellent. Dr. Ball and staff did a great job of keeping me informed on my treatment and what to do next. Of all the surrounding ERs this is where I recommend.

Slowest er in the state ! You will die in the waiting room before you get to be seen . And this isn't the first time experiencing a long over two hour wait for a room . It seems to be this way everytime . This will be my last time here

Unfortunately there is always a long wait here. Other than that it is fine.
