First of all, I cannot say enough about how great the esthetician Nicole is. I’ve recommended her to a number of my friends. She is as personable as she is professional and is truly the best at what she does. The reason for this subpar review is on the salon itself. As of Aug 1st, the salon is accepting cash tips only. This is 2023. The majority of people do not carry cash on them. The salon has “graciously” provided an ATM where you are welcome to pay an extra fee and may feel an obligation to tip in denominations of $20. Also, nothing says luxury and high end like a flashing ATM which I’m sure is the image Excuria wants to project when they move into their newly built space. While I will continue to go to this salon because Nicole is irreplaceable, I will definitely not be booking any extra massages or spa day treats if this policy stands. I can’t be the only client upset about this.

Overall not good experience Disappointing Color and hair cut could not be done what I wanted. Not friendly who I met Wanted to be lighter hair color but it turned out dark, she didn’t even color the top of my hair which is black as it is. I guess we miscommunicated. I just didn’t like how she suggested me was like it was my fault how I made a reservation. While she cuts my hair, she almost cuts my ear, but there was no apology. How they treat their customers, it should not be like that.

I am so glad that I chose Excuria for my first spa day experience! Everyone was so nice, the environment was very relaxing. They were able to accommodate myself and 4 other people so we could have a girls day all together. Definitely would recommend Excuria for anyone looking for an amazing spa!

I just had a wonderful pedicure at Excuria! Katrina was fabulous! One of the most enjoyable pedicures have ever had in my life. I chose not to have polish so she buffed out my nails to a beautiful shine. I’m going to treat myself again… Often.!

This week I had the pleasure of having an Oxylight facial at Excuria. For those who have yet to experience one, the facial combines microdermabrasion, lymphatic drainage, micro-current, radio frequency, ultrasound, oxygen therapy and LED ionized oxygen. It was an amazing experience. It's like a work out for your skin. I walked out that day seeing a decrease in the fine lines around my eyes and forehead and my skin felt much firmer. Every day since I've seen an increase in my muscle tone. It's incredible. If you're like me and not fond of needles or surgeries, to age gracefully~ book an oxylight facial!

I have been going to Excuria for massages for years and have always loved my experiences. Losing Franny devastated me… until I had deep tissue massages with Monica. She is absolutely amazing. I love her methods and my muscles respond quickly to her touch. I am so grateful I stayed at Excuria.

I was able to book online, which I loved! My service started promptly and my stylist really listened to me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My hair looks incredible. Make sure to bring cash for a tip though!

Visited with two friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. We loved our whole time there! Nice massages, lovely relaxing quiet room to visit for a little bit afterwards and wonderfully scented steamed showers! Such a treat! We will be back!

Excuria is a welcoming, efficiently run salon. I have enjoyed all of my services there. In particular, Monica is a terrific masseuse. I hope she stays there for a long time.

Danielle (Hair Stylist) worked tirelessly to give me the perfect ombré look and even when I was unsure about what I wanted as a client, she patiently and pleasantly worked with me! I finished my experience with another Danielle (Reception) who greeted me with a smile and addressed the services, products, offers and sorted out a billing matter for me! Both Danielle’s - you’re amazing!

Had a wonderful experience at Excuria when I used a gift card for a massage and facial. It was the best I've ever had. Only thing is there are a lot of stairs which makes it hard to recommend to my family and friends with mobility issues. Lastly, parking is minimal, I ended up having to park on main Street. It does not take away from the services, just some things to be aware of.
