    If you were a patient of Dr. Hannivan please do not accept his replacement Brunell. I refuse to call him a Dr. I emphasized left forearm damage to him and he wanted to focus on slight pain in my left elbow which he himself stated would not cause my forearm Paine. On a scale of 1-10 my forearm is a 20. My elbow is .00000001. I asked for an MRI script specifically for my forearm. He sent it for my elbow... thank you for nothing. The entire medical group lost a patient due to his stubbornness and ignorance.

    Dear Paula,I was dropped without warning. I had wished that I was warned so that I could get my act together and comply with what the dr. asked me to do. The reason why I was blindsided was due to the fact that I mentioned to her several times I had some very stressful situations and limited funds for now to get some tests done. It was all to come to a head this month. I thought your doctor understood that and would work with me on it, but she sent me a letter that I am being dropped and I can't even get into the portal anymore, because I was dropped. Sometimes a wake up call is all that you need to make you fit things in that you just dont have time for, but I did not have this option with her. My plan was to get on track as soon as I knew about some important things in my life, which would be this month or early next month. The only thing that happened that was a negative was that I received a call from your office. One of my prescriprions needed a prior auth. I called my insurance as your phones were busy. They told me it was the dr. they were waiting for. I finally got through to your office and the person asked me if I had a reaction to a certain medication and I said, "yes", I did many years ago. She put it through and I picked it up. The ironic thing was I going to request a different doctor from your facility, because I just didn't feel we had the right chemistry together. Furthermore, I really believe you do your patience a disservice by not letting them know in writing that you will be dropped if you don't do what the dr. tells you to do. I'm sure you have it in fine print somewhere and it would make sense, but who reads them (LOL.) Please send a letter to patience stating that they will be dropped if certain things are not done by a certain time, so they could plan. You could even word it in a compassionate way or say this may jeopardize your insurance if you don't meet our criteria. Well, Paula I am hoping you can sort of mediate for me to get me reinstated and with a different doctor on your team. Its really not a good idea for me not to have a dr. for too long in my condition. Please let me know either way a.s.a.p. as I was given a month and with this long weekend it is now less than a month to get a new doctor. Thank You!

    Highly recommend Dr. Brownell at Southgate Medical Group. He took his time and really listened to what was going on. He was thorough and worked with me to find the most effective way to resolve my shoulder pain! Thank you!

    I've had nothing but excellent care from staff to doctors. They are attentive and listen to what you need. They deserve kudos all the hard work they do everyday!!!

    I had my new patient appointment yesterday and the provider that facilitated my appointment Jenna was wonderful! She took the time to sit with me and speak about my medical concerns and brainstorm solutions with me that I felt comfortable with! I have always dreaded going to the doctors office but the experience I had yesterday changed my opinion on going to the doctors.

    Getting a sick appointment is impossible. There have been mutiple times where I call right when they open, and they already dont have any sick appointments available. Ive had to go to Wellnow and Immediate care more than my own primary doctor because they never have openings. And to add to that, the receptionist who answers the phone couldn't care less.

    They mark you as a no call no show when you tried to call and cancel your appointment and they insisted that you still come. Then send you a letter in the portal advising 24 hour notice required to cancel appointments and you may be discharged. I tried to cancel! and both the Doctor and staff insisted to still come! Highly upset and disappointed. This is not the care a person needs when they leave Roswell!

    Randomly dropped me as a patient and is refusing to refill asthma prescriptions for seemingly no reason. Thanks southgate! EDIT: response to paula. yes, it was seemingly random. I got a letter one day saying I was dropped. Not sure why. Because I didn’t come in for a yearly checkup when I never made an appointment for one? Now my prescriptions won’t go through.
