I
have
to
strongly
disagree
with
the
others
who
have
given
Sheret's
good
reviews.
My
recent
experience
was
nothing
short
of
frustrating.
I
dropped
off
a
ring
to
be
resized
and
a
gold
bracelet
to
be
repaired
and
shortened.
The
valuation
when
I
dropped
the
items
off
was
arbitrary
and
generic,
both
valued
for
the
same
amount
yet
the
antique
gold
and
platinum
ring
has
diamonds
in.
Then
came
the
wait.
The
extraordinarily
long
wait
to
get
the
items
back
as
they
use
a
3rd
party
source.
I
was
told
initially
that
they
were
"behind"
and
it
would
be
awhile.
OK,
but
2
months?
The
items
sat
in
the
shop
for
weeks
before
even
going
out
and
depending
on
who
I
spoke
to,
the
stories
were
different.
I
was
told
by
both
sons
of
the
owner
I
would
get
calls
about
updates.
I
did
not.
When
I'd
call,
I
was
put
on
hold
and
then
given
apologies
but
no
hard
idea
of
where
things
were
at.
I
was
told
notes
were
taken,
a
rush
was
put
on
the
ring.
After
multiple
"I
promise
I'll
call
you"
back,
nothing.
No
call,
just
excuses
why
they
didn't
call,
and
no
jewelry
back
in
their
shop.
Because
of
the
false
valuation,
I
was
worried
my
family
keepsake
would
be
lost
with
no
recourse
for
reimbursement
at
its
true
value.
Thankfully,
the
items
finally
came
in.
I
took
a
quick
look
at
the
items
to
be
sure
they
were
mine,
paid
and
ran
out.
When
I
got
home
I
realized
that
the
bracelet
repair
job
was
not
only
pricey
but
all
they
did
was
solder
a
small
oval
link.
They
also
never
resized
it.
Based
on
all
else,
I'll
just
cut
my
losses
and
pay
for
a
service
not
completed.
Rather
that
than
going
back
there.
Everybody
was
always
nice
but
I
felt
like
I
was
merely
being
placated
and
asked
not
to
shoot
the
messenger.
Broken
promises,
substandard
work,
work
not
completed,
expensive
repair
costs
and
terrible
communication.
I
definitely
won't
recommend
them
to
anyone
and
I
won't
be
back
with
my
business
which
is
sad
as
I
always
choose
to
support
local.
