They were amazing! The staff was friendly, the chair they had me sit in during my appointment was a massage chair, they explained everything very clearly and let me know the price of everything upfront before going further. The doctor was nice and gentle with me, showed me on a big screen which teeth were potential issues. I have a lot of dental anxiety and it practically vanished as soon as I hit the chair. They were not rushing me (happens in a lot of dentist places) and they reassured me many times. I actually cannot wait to go back and never in a million years did I think I would say that about a dentist office!

I would rate the Smile Center ten stars if I could! I called about getting my teeth fixed and they got me in the next day for an evaluation. Everyone was so nice and polite! I had my procedure done within a month! I'm so happy how fast this went. I opted to get put to sleep for the dental work. I highly recommend it if you're nervous about the procedure. Then, the BEST part about having the work done here, I was NOT even sore the next day. They give basic meds to keep swelling down and they worked miracles!! I'm still shocked that I was in NO PAIN after having a bunch of teeth pulled! They gave me tips (like sleep sitting up the few days following) that my previous dentist never told me about. I really highly recommend the Smile Center for any and all dental needs. A little drive there is totally worth it!!

You go in through the back of the building !! I wasn’t sure at first and walked around the whole building. The staff is very friendly! I have severe dental anxiety and trauma and let me tell you, and finding a dentist who caters towards that is incredibly rare! I highly recommend coming here if you have any dental reservations. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. The dental chair even has a slight massage feature to ease you physically! 12/10

The associates at smile center are a nice group of people. Whom truly cares about their clients. They’re always so very nice and pleasant. The doctors treat everyone with kindness and respect. Doctors totally take excellent care of their patients. They make you feel like part of team. I truly enjoy going to the smile center. By far the best dental group I ever went to. Keep up the extraordinary work. You all deserve it.

Everyone was very kind, friendly and reassuring. The office seems to be run very smoothly and professionally. They are very thorough - they take a complete medical history. The dentist will make sure all your questions are answered before leaving you. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend.

I need to say how THANKFUL I am for my dentist Dr. Raymond and his assistant Alicia at Smile Center Buffalo NY! I’ve been on a 2 year journey to get my teeth squared away. Root canals, tooth extractions, crowns, and fillings. After 2 years, my mouth is finally cavity free and 100% taken care of!! They’ve been so friendly, caring, and understanding of my situation and my needs. I feel like I’m with family when I go there, and honestly who says that about going to the dentist lol just THANK YOU 🖤

Love this place.. they took me right in with no hesitation. Even called and corrected things on my insurance with out me even asking. Great prompt and effective service. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Dentist make sure you understand everything that it happening and also let you decide what you feel your best options are . Couldn’t have chosen a better place .. The dental chair massages as you get your treatment … it’s very calming

First time I ever, ever felt comfortable in a dentist chair. Not just because they have massage chairs here. Laura is fantastic, everyone is so nice and understanding. Some even went through some of same trauma I went through as a child. It's not to be scary of anymore. This office was fantastic with everything, they are very thorough and happily answer any question you may have . Please don't wait to fix what you need, if your reading this ,you found the best dentist and staff. I cannot say enough. everything's explained and my only regret was waiting so long because of past tramas. 5stars all the way!!!!
