I was cared for by this clinic from day 1 of my pregnancy. NP Helen Murphy is by far the warmest and most knowledgable medical professional I have ever come across. I was not just another patient in this clinic and was truly cared for during my entire pregnancy. Dr. Barr delivered my baby last week and was very pleasant and positive to be around. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all women in Buffalo.

The OBGYN staff were incredibly nice and patient with me, but front desk and the other check in lady were very rude. Their front lobby was so overwhelming, with dogs (service dog that said pet me??) barking and no arrows as to how to get where I needed to be in the hallways. I was in a very emotional state so I appreciate the OBGYNs, but their technology was very old as well. I really don’t want to go back for my fetal testing.. Edit; will not be going back for fetal testing and I’m relieved. The other reason I gave sisters 2 stars is I delivered my daughter here and it was great. I was genuinely disappointed in this most recent appointment. Turns out children’s let’s you have TWO adults with you so I’m excited about that !

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Sisters OBGYN. Every single member of the staff I’ve encountered is kind, non-judgemental, and flexible. They remember me from previous visits and always work around my tricky schedule. Dr. Barbara Spatafora walked me through each step of my first prenatal appointment and made me feel at ease when I was nervous. The nurses take their time making sure I get adequate information and answer all of my questions. They truly make you feel like a person and not just another body to get through. I am so pleased with their level of professionalism and the quality of care that I receive.

Front desk folks have always been friendly. Nurses are patient. Doctors are really good at explaining everything. they are busy sometimes you have to wait. Had to take a star off since my doctor left without letting her patients know.

My experiences during early pregnancy with this clinic were very negative. I have a history of miscarriage, and I feel like their staff was waiting for me to miscarry and didn't take my pregnancy seriously until I was further along, at which point I felt as if I reprimanded by a resident. My husband was also upset for the lack of professionalism at this clinic during our visits. I switched providers the day following my appointment with the resident and things have been much better, I'm 32 weeks along with a healthy baby girl. Choose a different clinic if you are looking to be taken seriously as a patient.

Dr. Judine Davis is one of the most dangerous kinds of OBs. She will come in to your space with a warm smile, portray a positive attitude, act “relatable”, trying to connect with you. Behind all that is manipulation, assault, violation, and just plain bad care. I witnessed her break someone’s water, without consent; in fact, she did not even bring it up as an option, she just did it. Then when baby started having some difficulties, she stated “I’m thinking baby doesn’t have enough fluid and it’s just not working for him”. Then she recommended an amnioinfusion (where they pump saline fluids in to the uterus to replenish the lack of amniotic fluid, you know, the fluid SHE TOOK AWAY), and she was unable to successfully insert the catheter and refused to call for any one else to assist. I witnessed her infantilize a 7cm patient and prioritize her own comfort level.Telling them she “hated to see [her] in so much pain”, “we could have a long way to go, please consider the epidural, don’t do this to yourself. We want you to be comfortable…” it was nauseating. I witnessed her come in and declare a C-section was necessary. She terrorized the birthing parent. Scared them. Violated and assaulted them. There are far better providers in the Buffalo area. Please save yourself, your birth, and your baby. Don’t fall for her narcissistic manipulation.

Barbara spatafora is who you DONT WANT don’t choose her as your obgyn she so unprofessional and don’t care about you or your well being.

Just called to inquire about becoming a new patient and the woman at the front desk hung up on me after coldly telling me they aren’t accepting anyone until the beginning of next year. That’s fine, but maybe don’t be so rude about it.

Dr. Barbara Spatafora saved my daughters life by placing an emergency cerclage 5 years ago I am now pregnant again and I have the pleasure of having her as a provider again. Dr.Spatafora and Dr. Chad Strittmatter are the most kind, caring, straight forward, compassionate. honest, and professional doctors i have ever had the pleasure of being cared for by. This place can get very busy, and you may have to wait longer than you would like to be seen, but i believe that this facility and the care that they provide is worth the wait. I am excited to deliver my second child via c-section here.

I won't recommend this place to anyone worest place ever I visit. I called twice in the office and they says they gonna be call back but never received call from the office. when I visit for make an appointment said they won't take new patient till January what the meaning of this??

Obgyn staff is incredible. As first time parents my wife and I were extremely nervous and scared, but the fantastic nurses and doctors kept as reassured and provided us all the care, comfort and information we needed. Much appreciated thank you for your service!

Awesome nurses, awesome doctor (Dr.Strittmatter) and staff, they let me try trial of labor and actually encouraged and supported me throughout! Just thinking about it makes me tear up after my bad experiences with my previous births in canada. Totally recommend, theyre really awesome!!

One of rude & worst customers service over the phone call. They never want to listen the patient. They do not even update the patient details. If there has any rate more then 1 start I would provide that.

Barbara Spatafora is the only obgyn I trust. I struggle with anxiety and she has always been comforting and supportive and has always shown me respect and kindness during my visits. I trust her expertise. I’ve seen her for years and I highly recommend her.
