Great little coffee shop. I had a pour over and a bagel sandwich which both were very good. The lady working was friendly and was. It pushy at all as I took my time figuring out what I wanted. The coffee was fresh and the bagel sandwich was filling. The atmosphere is amazing.

Good and drinks are always great. Service is prompt and friendly. Try one of their specialty toasts!!! Soooo good. My favorite is the hummus crustini. There is indoor seating, outdoor bistro tables and a larger outside seating area in the back

The food is very good, but I do not like the some of the drinks. I can't give anything on the coffee, but the hot cocoa is very watery. I do like the apple tea, though. My dungeons and dragons group meets here every week and we love it.

It's a wonderful little coffee shop. They have really cute decor, the food and coffee are excellent! The prices are comparable to Starbucks I'd say but worth it. I ordered the churro waffle and creme brulee espresso and I loved every morsel. The waffle batter tastes homemade. They have many toppings to choose from. It's an overall great coffee spot. I'd highly recommend stopping by.

My first time here and I am blown away! The friendly service is amazing, the food is incredible, I have never had a breakfast sandwich taste this magical and the cozy atmosphere just makes this place fantastic in every single way. Will definitely be coming back!!!

From the service to the food this place was perfect. Would give it above 5 stars if it were possible. The crew drew leaves in our mochas and the display of my waffle and fruit was super fancy. Her bagel with egg/bacon/cheese was high quality product and tasted great. Even got a treat after breakfast cuz it was so good. Absolutely going back.

Food is decent (breakfast sandwich is really good), drip and pour over coffee is nothing special (can't give any info on other coffee drinks - not my thing, but I hear they're good), but the service has been very lacking. The atmosphere is pretty good - a cute little coffee shop. Short version: ordered online at 8:30am, pickup scheduled at 9, confirmation text received. Didn't see my order, so it wasn't ready when I got there, had to wait about 30 min for a breakfast sandwich and french toast. Felt like no one was in any hurry to get anything done. Gave me a card for a free drink, but I don't think I'll be back. More info: I order online, because I know from experience that 1 or 2 sandwiches will give me an estimated pickup about 30 minutes from when I order. I'm only 5 minutes away, but I don't want to go in and wait 20+ minutes for food - I just want to pick it up and go. They simply didn't see my order in the system. They asked if my order was for "Kate", so I know they at least saw AN online order. They apologized and said they would get it out as soon as possible. My plan was to run this home to my wife and son and then meet my brother across the street for breakfast, which means that he sat in his car for about 40 minutes while I waited for food and ran it home.... it just ate up such a huge chunk of my morning, and it isn't the only time thag things have taken so long. Between the recent issues, not caring for their coffee, not being able to find Earl Grey tea on the menu for my wife, not being open early enough for me to get something before I have to leave for work, and the speed of service, I just don't think that I can go back. I'll have to see what Art's Cafe has to offer. FWIW, I've noticed similar service issues at The Mullet, as well - bartenders that are confused, or have to constantly check drink recipes, and seem to take forever mixing and pouring cocktails. Again, the drinks are good, the beer choices are usually decent, but it's just too expensive for what I'm getting. Sure, the atmosphere is unique in a good way, but that doesn't make anything better if I'm waiting 15 minutes for a beer.

Came here for a Vanilla Bean frappe. I will definitely be back to try the food! So cute clean and comfortable setting! Great place to escape, too.

While on vacation we always look for new coffee spots to try. 49 Coffee house and eatery did not dissapoint. Great speciality coffee drinks and very yummy food! We will definitely be coming back here when we visit again!

It's like a hip little coffee shop with breakfast and brunch options. The waffles are delicious. A little pricey, but good quality.

One of my all time favorite places to go for breakfast. Marg, Holly & Kelsey are all so kind and take good care of us even when they’re super busy. They even have our orders memorized which makes us feel so welcome.

Such a cute little place with great service! I will definitely be stopping again next time I'm in Springville! I had the sweet potato breakfast bowl and a vanilla iced coffee. Both were delicious!

Excellent service! The drinks were delicious and so was the panini we ordered. The shop was busy for the hour or so we sat there. Customers were being impatient but the two ladies working the shop did a fantastic job trying to fulfill orders.
