While my F-150 was getting a makeover, I drank all their coffee. Watched their TV. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge. Even took a short nap but they woke me up at an hour and a half. My truck was serviced from bumper to bumper. Did not cost me nothing at all. I used my Ford pass rewards. Great place, friendly staff. Very nice environment.

My brother ordered a custom bronco 2 years ago with all of the options he wanted. He has been waiting this whole time for the vehicle to come in. It finally came in this week and Emerling sold the vehicle to someone else. They told him he can order another one and wait another 2 years at minimum to get it! Terrible customer service and shady business practices! *** in response to your reply, he has been tracking the car from production in Detroit, the Bronco was delivered this week, he has been awaiting a phone call and I assure you no messages were left. It is his birthday today and we were so excited maybe he would finally get his Bronco and he gets this terrible news. Very disappointed.

I have been driving Hondas for the last 15 to 20 years and had a horrible experience at Northtown honda.
