Overall my 5 times visiting have been great minus 1 time. If you have the VIP permit pass, you get hard surface parking up front. If not, expect to park in a pothole rocky/mud area. The ski resort does offer a tractor to pick you up on busy days and it did come around often. This was nice. Each time that I visited, the slopes were all well groomed and not busy. This hidden gem is great for beginners and well priced. Just a hint, if you book you lift ticket on the website, you are likely to get it half off as low as $19. And right now they are offering great deals on season passes for the 2022-23 season that also allows you to finish out this season on next year's pass. The sale ends on March 6th I believe with season passes being like $475 compared to $700 or something around that. I really only have one bad thing to say about this place and that is that the majority of there lifts are old and out date and junk. The resort is split in 3 sections. SOUTH, CENTRAL, NORTH. The South has 1 lift and the seats are wood and some of the wood feels flimsy. The poles holding the lift are beat up and need major TLC. The south section is all natural, so the best ski is in the middle of the ski season and or after snowfall. This area is mostly quiet from most guest and has all skill level slopes, but not a huge amount of slopes. CENTRAL is the main area and has both man made and natural snow while being groomed on a very often bases. This section has 2 main lifts, newer condition for most part and a comfortable ride to the top. All but 1 time that I was visiting, they only had 1 of the 2 lifts running. But this was okay as they are close to eachother and service the same slopes. Central, has all skill level slopes. NORTH I cannot speak much for. Very few of its slopes have been open at all this season. This is where you will find the better terrain park. The few slopes that were open were in great condition, sadly the lift needs updating. Once again super old and kind of made me sick as the poles as spread out more in the beginning allowing your lift chair to bob up and down a little. And I'm not one to typically get sick from motion. I only ate in the cafeteria style area once, with prices being very reasonable. There is also a restaurant on site that I did not eat at. If you are cold, you have a couple options by the fire. You can either go into the cafeteria and sit by the fire or by one of the 3 gas fire pits outside that are at the base of the slopes and take in the mountains beauty. The biggest thing that sets this resort apart from others in my 5 experiences is the friendliness of the lift operators. They all seem happy to be there, in great spirits and make quick but meaningful connections with the guest while waiting to go up the lift. Overall it's an amazing place for new skiers or people who like more relaxed style skiing or looking for a great deal. I just hope that they start making improvements on there lifts, because they are ghetto and truthfully, if I was to bringing someone from out of town, well I would take them to Holiday Valley before Kissing Bridge just because I would be embarrassed of what they think of my home ski resort when they see the condition of the lifts. But if other than the lifts, great ski, great times.

Nice to just sit by the window Have a drink something to snack on and watch the skiers coming down the hill. It was amazing to see all the little ones flying down the big hills.

Decent ski resort thats close to home. Central lodge has a nice bar and cafeteria. The restaurant isn't really good in my opinion. South mountain is my fave, more secluded powdery trails the downside is it has one lift that is very old and very very slow. North mountain is never open.

Wow, so poorly maintained, very disappointing. 30 years ago this place was happening. serious improvements need to be made. the 35 year old Holly quad needs to go. all old equipment and just general "stuff" left around makes the place look half abandoned. ie, pieces of the old rusty Cole Chute chair, left and look awful, old old trail sign posts or hangers on poles or trees are rusty junk, clean it up. without natures help this year poorly done only central open at times when temps where excellent for snow making. huge line at Holly and opps we better get this other chair rolling at 2:30 on a Saturday with 8 inches of snow the day before and sunshine. north being closed is just bad, makes the place look as though is headed for death. the lodges need up grades. the parking lots are a mess. please get it together before its too late. all ski areas are important as we lose a dozen or so every year i the country. Kissing Bridge can be a gem again. close to large population and nice natural snow fall.

KB is a great ski resort in the WNY region. The ski patrol staff is EXCELLENT! I broke my arm in the terrain park and they were top notch in helping to stabilize me and get me down the hill in the sled. They did a great job in keeping the hill open through a tough winter season that has low amounts of snow.

Fun but they should tell people that when you pay for a lesson, equipment and lift package that if you can't stop or turn they won't recommend you to get on the hill until you can stop and turn. They will recommend you come back for another lesson first. No refunds are given. We still did the small hill and fell a couple times but it was all fun and no injuries, Thank goodness

KB is the definition of a Mom and Pop ski resort. Friendly, welcoming... it's like going home. A great place to learn and take your family to long after they have mastered the bunny hill. The restaurants are always good and the bars have great variety. The trails are fine but the weather has not been co-operating the past few years. I have always felt there is a great deal of opportunity to create more trails through the woods with fun obstacles and terrain to get creative. But, that requires good weather to get the skier visits up, to get the profits up, to hire more workers, to work these "new" trails so...

It is truly amazing here! I am 15 years old and have been coming here since I was 4, and because of covid I hadn't gone skiing up until this season ( thats roughly 4-5 years!!!) Once you walk in; no mattar how bad the conditions are, you will always have a blast! The food is great, and everything is very accesable (bathrooms, snacks, phone charging stations, lockers, ski shop, and more!) This year has been amazing, minus the conditions... but the crew has been doing an amazing job making sure you can stay entertained for 12 hours with 3 slopes open 🀣, from my experience this year (7 times gone) the snow was never icy, or left unattended creating grass spots. The mini parks here are great, and offer a variety of boxes, rails, and jumps. There is one downside, night skiing. . . . . . . . Community: If you are coming alone promise me you will not be bored! The people who come here are very friendly and will always try to help! I have ran into many people (not literally) offering tips to help me become a better skier. Not trying to sound like a fool, but you will always feel better after going by yourself; than if you brought friends! (Kinda gets annoying being with the same people for 12 hours aye?) If you have been here before you will understand. Not much runs have lights, and if they do...... better hope you have a pair of clear goggle lenses, or have skiing without goggles (even without the goggles you cant see anything...) At night, the runs are dark enough to see in the distance, but impossible to see the snow; and its truly really hard to see. Being a major safety hazard for EVERYONE, the spacing between the lights are far, and where lights aren't are, you better hope you dont hit a twig, or anything that could be on the ground 😳. I really hope the KB team does something about this for the 2023-2024 season, as im really looking to go night skiing alot next season! Overall, KB is extremely family friendly, and accomodates for all skill levels. I hope to come back next year to better conditions, and a little more than 2 slopes open πŸ˜†. Happy shredding! . . . . . Below I've attached an image from after the first winter storm we've had early this season.

Great facility but opportunity to optimize processes. I want to start out by saying this facility was great and everyone was very kind and patient. It was a madhouse and the staff all remained very kind, polite, and proactive to helping. The line everyone was in to get into the learning center combined those signing children in for lessons and those taking lessons themselves. we found that we waited in a very long line and then got redirected to a desk that had no line. Also, the process to rent gear could have begun in line especially now with the QR code. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia who was one of the trainers for our first time skiing lessons. The other instructor would explain what they wanted us to do but not how to do it or what we can do differently to achieve where olivia was able to look at what you did and give you very actionable instruction. We did not learn how to stop which wound up being a negative when i got going too fast and did not know what to do, nor did we cover how to bail out if you get in a dangerous situation. Both of these would be helpful for first timers to learn. All in all, i would recommend KB. Great staff, lots of options for food and drinks, and great facility. The negatives are merely constructive feedback.

The closest slopes to the Alpine House, Kissing Bridge offers a charming and intimate skiing experience. The picturesque surroundings and well-maintained slopes make it a delightful spot for both beginners and seasoned skiers. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff contribute to a warm and welcoming environment.

Snow was good, and the lines were short. KB has so much potential. Central and South were open but not North. They had plenty of snow to open the entire park. Also, it would be nice to have more groomed runs.

Starting with the people directing us to park , tickets and rental people, staff on the lifts , staff on the mountain and trails . Wonderful experience.

Nicole was the most patient and encouraging snowboard instructor. I still think I'd rather ski though. Staff was helpful and friendly. Except for Carl. He decided that the best way to introduce a snow sport to people was to yell at them for not having their boots on right BEFORE explaining the proper fit. I think Carl needed a break. Lol

Never book online with KB! My son and I arrived on the paid-for date and one slope was open (no snow). Before we skied we asked the front desk if we could change the date. The woman told us to call the customer service number and they would change our date. I called from the lodge and was told to leave a message so I did and we left. A gentleman called me back (when I was pulling into my driveway) to inform me this was not true. He told me I could β€œput in a dispute” and he would call me back. They never did and I ended up calling them back. Someone else answered the phone and allowed me to change the date. I picked another date but had to change again so I called ahead of the date and was told this was β€œa one time courtesy.” Brutal

Great place to stop for dinner or drinks even if you don't ski or snowboard. The clubhouse has great food and great views of the slopes!

Fun, smaller ski resort! My kids (5 and 8 years old)have taken group and private lessons while we skied. The private lessons are great for kids who have the basics or need extra one on one help while learning. The hour lessons are expensive but I felt like they got so much more out of it then the group lessons. My only suggestion come March that we ran into last weekend is check to see which runs are open depending on the weather. We both bought lift tickets while the kids were in lessons and a lot of runs were closed which was disappointing to me. Im a beginner skier, got to the top and the greens were closed. I don’t mind Blues but it was slick out there. I should have skipped the regular lift ticket since I spent the evening with the kids on the bunny hill after their lesson. Just be sure to check the conditions.

Kissing bridge is such a fun classic ski resort. The atmosphere is fun! The only recommendation is to install a high speed chair lift. Everything else I hope they never change. Additionally, our kids take lessons every week. The staff and instruction they get is second to none! The instructors connect very well with the kids and they love It!

Family skiing at its best. We have been seasons ticket holders for many years and they keep us skiing all winter long. Excellent lessons for all ages. Can’t wait till winter

Always wanted to hit this spot. Glad I went, I don't HAVE to go back though. Holiday being so close, will always win me over. They need to add lifts. You can't expect anyone to make it all the way across the Ridgeline. That was a bit absurd. Definitely more run down lifts and whatnot but hey we still had fun.

I have been skiing for 40 yrs and used to love KB. Those lifts are so old. No money is put into the place. I used to love to ski the south. I don't know when the last time that the whole place was open. I realize that the lack of snow and warm temps are a problem. I just think they need a high speed lift and more snow making. I hope things will improve but I won't hold my breath.

If you're looking to ski and beat the crowds KB is the best. The hills have a lot of character. Ive been skiing and snowboarding for over 20 years and KB is my go to
