My husband and I are beyond ecstatic and pleased with the work of Empire Granite and Marble. From the moment we walked into the showroom on Walden Ave. we felt the professionalism of the company. We were greeted by Viera who was extremely helpful in every way. She was able to help us and answered ALL of the questions that we had as well as give us beneficial information that we needed to learn. They worked with us and helped us achieve the goal to stay within our price range. They had Tom come out and measure who is extremely thorough. He took his time and made sure to get every precise measurement. They were able to use 1 slab of granite to make my large island without any seams (which was very important to my husband). Lastly, the install.. WOW!!! We truly can not express how happy we were with the amazing job done by Joe and Kyle. They did an INCREDIBLE JOB from start to finish! They both took their time and did the job right. Everything turned our incredible. The seams, caulk, and the cut outs they did on the spot had 0 flaws. Our granite counter tops are everything we ever imagined and more and in our opinion was only possible because of Empire Granite and Marble!! We can’t thank them enough for putting the beautiful finishing touch in our kitchen that my husband has worked so hard to build.

I researched and shopped around, a lot. I was very impressed and super pleased w Empire marble & granite from the beginning. I kept going back to their selection of stone, their customer service, and their turn around time was the best in WNY. I love the quartzite countertops and full height we chose for our kitchen. I loved the convenience from start to finish. They have a large show room, you don’t need an appointment, with having my kitchen layout and design on hand they could provide an estimate right away. I liked that I didn’t have to wait days or a week for a quote. Shortly after, they measured the kitchen perfectly, I went in for the layout appointment to see how the stone would be cut for each piece. I love that they offer that step, not every place does. Shortly after, the install was perfect! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I’d definitely recommend them!

I don't even know where to start. From day 1 Empire Granite Marble & Quartz was clearly the best choice for our new Granite counters. They had so many beautiful options it was hard to pick just one. Joanna was so friendly and easy to work with. Their turnaround time was second to none. Every step of the process was easy, informative, and precise. Our team of installers Nate and Karl were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed having them in our home and their installation was top notch. Look up the word “professional” and you should find a link to “Empire – Granite, Marble and Quartz.” From start to finish, Empire GMQ did a fantastic job on our counter-top and sink. Rob in sales was able to walk us through all their options and gave us a price that beat all other competitors! In less than a week, Gary was at our home and impressed us with how accurately they measure for a perfect fit. Six days later, Nate and Joe dropped in a 10 foot seamless L shaped Quartz counter-top that fit like a glove. My wife and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Empire! Thank you for making our kitchen come alive!

We shopped around and we are so glad we chose Empire for our countertops. The competition made us believe we had to settle , saying "it is natural stone and you will get cracks and fissures". Making it seem like we had no choice. The entire Empire sales team took the time to show multiple options and explained the whole process. They were very friendly with no pressure at all. You get to choose the slabs you want and inspect for defects. They have great tetechnology to show you the expected look and adjust the "pattern" layout to your liking and help you avoid defects in the final product. The installers were also very professional and explained or answered any questions as they worked. They did a fantastic job! We couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Empire for your countertops and installation.

I can’t say enough about Empire Countertops! Johanna is so nice and helped me choose a color to compliment my cabinets. Very fair pricing and quick!!! The “measurement man” was nice and professional. The install went very smoothly! Josh and Tony are cool guys!

Empire Granite was so easy to work with through the whole process. Chose the stone, template, fabricate and install all in 3 weeks. It all looks great.

I am very pleased with Empire granite, from when I initially just popped in to take a look at slabs, to installation everything has been very smooth. I really love the selection they have, the customer service is wonderful and the install guys were so kind, professional and really did an excellent job! OMG I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I have been renovating an Airbnb cottage for the past 10 months and have guests checking in this weekend. I had ordered counters from a big box store under the impression it would be fast. When I called for template the next day, they told me 2 months to install. I was so desperate so I started calling around the Western NY area to find someone that could help. Joanna and her team and Empire literally SAVED the day!!! They had GORGEOUS quartz counters installed in about 2 weeks and my guests are so excited to check-in for Memorial Day weekend!!! Thank you Joanna for making it happen!!! Highly recommend. Customer service is awesome, all employees were super nice and got the the job done from start to finish. LOVE my counters!

Fantastic service, appointments locked in for measuring and layout and install. The guys were patient about moving slabs for us to see...great experience all in all!! The installation people were polite and on time, and did a wonderful job. Within 45 minutes of them leaving I receive a call from the main office to see if I was happy with everything, and I really am very happy...thank you Empire!!

Empire granite installed my bathroom top. They have awesome selection of stone. From beginning to the end they were very professional and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend Empire to everybody!

Tom came out and measured and did an absolute perfect job down to the millimetre. Then installer crew was fantastic. I would love to have Empire do our next project, just good people to work with!!!! We also looked at 3 other granite shops and we felt most comfortable with Empire, Best decision of our entire kitchen. We checked all the other places in the area and they were by far the best prices and the stone selection was pretty impressive.

Empire Custom Cabinets and Countertops are Awesome! My wife and I met with Rachael to discuss options and price points for new countertops. She was tremendous; Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and concerns. She was not pushy and took her time with us. Some salespersons are pushy and rude and are in a hurry to get to there next customer. Not at Empire! I came in with my measurements and received an estimate the very same day on different styles and stones. The pricing was extremely reasonable in comparison to others. We settled on a sink style and the countertops that same day. They worked with our schedule and gave us options in scheduling the measurement day and then the install day. The measuring guys showed up on time, in the window they designated, with an advance call, before showing up. They were extremely courteous and were in and out within an hour. The measuring was precision because the install guys were out of there within a few hours as well. They too, were extremely courteous and professional. The install looks amazing!! We are 100% satisfied with the product and the install and I recommend Empire to anyone that wants a great looking kitchen with a superior product at a extremely reasonable price!Great work by everyone involved in our experience at Empire Custom Cabinets and Countertops. Empire did an excellent job with our small 7x7 ft bathroom. They gutted everything and did a whole remodel. When it was finished it looked huge! They vaulted the ceiling and included a little alcove above the door. We couldn't be any happier with the work they did. What was most appreciated was the patience they had with me while going through the design process. I initially worked with Aaron for the layout of the bathroom. Then Kelly joined the team and took over. Kelly has a wonderful sense of design and is very creative. She helped me with all the details such as picking out things like the tile, the mirror and the pendant lights as well as the faucets and window. She got my style and brought energy and excitement to the project which made it fun. We also appreciated Valdi as he got back to us immediately when we had questions and was quick to fix anything that wasn't quite right. He truly wanted us to be completely satisfied and happy with everything. All the workers that made up the Empire team were professional and worked hard to make certain everything looked perfect. It was an expensive project but worth every penny. From start to finish it took a while to complete but again worth the wait. We highly recommend Empire.
