Check in was great, Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great. Room was clean. My only complaint was how small the room was. I paid $170 for one night. The room is only a bed and closet, not even a fridge. I feel like it was overpriced for the size and minus having a fridge. But overall a good experience here. I had some beverages I carried with me (energy drinks) that I couldn’t keep refrigerated

There aren’t many hotels in this area. My mother and I stayed here overnight. The checkin process was pretty smooth. The young lady up front was nice. The room was nice and seemed to be clean. Had really nice complimentary items. The reason for the three stars rating is the place could use a major update. Decor is just outdated.

Room, although small, was comfortable, but no mini fridge. Breakfast offered was typically as good as other hotels. Very clean. Points for that! Would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 days. I want to explicitly mention the pro s and cons objectively . I want to provide my honest review help people and don’t intent to hurt the busines. Pros: 1.Wonderful Staff, everyone is very helpful amazing people they all deserve more than 5 stars but more to read at the cons section :( . Employees try really hard to make it right 2.Good breakfast option 3.Opposite to Mc donald, subway, Walmart basically close proximity to shopping and food Cons definitely outweighs the pros : If cleanliness is your thing then this is definitely is not your place. Toilets are disgusting .We also had water clogging issue in sink n bath tub . Very outdated carpets with all stains. This hotel has to be remodeled if guest has to pay beyond 125 dollar daily rates then they deserve a good clean room. It’s not even equivalent to a motel :( Will I stay here again, mostly No . The property needs serious remodeling untill then it shouldn't be rented to guests in this condition. I feel bad for all the employees who are amazing big shout out to them. Sarah, Anna, Alyssa ( I might have her name wrong). Advise to management: Only good employees cannot make a desirable/ comfortable stay. Please remodel the place .

A quaint hotel, in line with others in the franchise. The room has everything you need and a bonus window seat for extra seating. The breakfast left something to be desired as the drink machines weren't working. The food selection was smaller which isn't a big deal but with the drinks being out it was a let down. The parking lot is very well lit. Staff is friendly and quick to assist. The location is nice being near plenty of chain and local restaurants and various stores including being directly across from a Walmart.

This place is a little old and dated but it's also the only hotel in town. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. They put out snacks at night and the continental breakfast had much more variety than any other Microtel I've ever stayed at. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I are currently staying here. We traveled from Texas to see family. Our experience here has been more than exceptional. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is also plentiful; they have cereals, fruits, oatmeal, healthy options, pantry items, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, French toast. They also have coffee and juice as well as milks. I’m very impressed with the rooms and other stuff that is offered. Jake greeted us upon arrival, and has been here each day since we arrived for our three day stay. Housekeeping was also very friendly and able to meet any requests we had. I would stay here again without hesitation and am happy to know we’ve found a home away from home when visiting western NY.

No Microsoft in the rooms or on any floor other than the first floor. Housekeeping kept forgetting to replenish my coffee station EVERYDAY! Other than that the rooms are very nice and fairly priced. It is very clean and the staff are AMAZING! Highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent experience here. There was a minor issue that came up and the manager took care of it immediately. Highly recommend this location!

When you mention this place to locals, they talk about how it's the "only hotel around." That's because that's the only thing it has going for it! We asked for adjoining rooms to assist with a special needs child. They told us they couldn't do that so our rooms were next door to each other. Both rooms had adjoining options (that were empty for some of the stay) , but instead they stuck us next to each other because they couldn't coordinate the adjoining. The hotel was not fully booked. The floors are disgusting. Our child's feet were black each day. We found coins, dirt, bugs, and metal hooks on the carpet (so apparently not even vacuumed). One room's AC smelled so bad and had to be ran about 10 degrees colder than the other room to feel the same way. We got locked out of our rooms daily because the key cards are so bad. It has potential, and is supposedly getting a remodel soon. Until then, I would recommend making the drive to Hamburg.

It is a comfortable and fairly clean hotel. It is ok to spend 2 or 3 nights. The breakfast is not bad, it does not have much variety but it solves. It has enough parking. The internet is not very good. But the Hotel I'ts not bad.

I stayed here with my family, which includes my husband and four kids. We are a large bunch, and when we stay somewhere for an extended amount of time, we need something that will fit our family well. I've known of this hotel since it was built as I'm a native Buffalonian, but had never stayed here. I knew this was probably our only option when staying in Springville and being close to family. This hotel hit the mark 10x over. It's small, quaint, in a prime location, and most of all, welcoming. We were immediately greeted by the front desk personnel, and made to feel at home immediately. We were given anything we requested throughout our four day stay, and found the beds to be quite comfortable. We've paid larger rates for subpar beds and pillows, so I was very happy with the selection of bedding this place carried. Now, having a family of six I'm sure you can imagine breakfast is high on my must have list. This place provides EVERYTHING. Biscuits, muffins, sausage, eggs, omelettes, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, snack bars, and then some. They have gluten free, keto friendly, all of it. I was absolutely amazed. They have milk, milk alternatives, juice, coffee, coffee condiments, THE WORKS. I wanted to just hang out in the kitchen's lobby and eat breakfast food all day! They are also across the street from Walmart and next door to Walmart. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I would stay here again without hesitation, and plan to book an even longer stay for my family now that we know we have a place to call "home" for a few days. Thank you, Springville Microtel, for having us!

Staff was a bit off putting and not very welcoming. Room was pretty clean though it was extremely damp and seemed to have a rolly-pollie/pill bug issue.

For the location not a bad hotel. Definitely shows it's wear. Wallpaper coming off the walls and carpeting in the hallways rippling. Breakfast and coffee were actually decent enough.

We were in town for a wedding and this Microtel made our stay even more delightful. It is very clean, breakfast was just what we needed, Zach at the front desk was efficient and great to deal with. We would definitely return to this hotel.
