Absolutely outstanding. A wonderful blend of privacy and hospitality. Beautiful property. Very comfortable bed. But best of all was our hostess, Catherine. From the excellent communication ahead of time to a great dinner recommendation to delicious breakfast. I won’t stay anywhere else when I go back for more Bills games.

I loved my stay. This place is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are really cute and cozy. Catherine was the most warm and gracious host. She made a really fantastic breakfast and showed me around the farm. This was a last minute booking and Catherine was very accommodating. The views were great from my room (the King). Rates were a great deal, much better than any local hotel and a more comfortable experience. I highly recommend.

Beautiful large home with cozy feel that's 10-15 min away from New Era Field. Catherine is a gracious host and excellent cook! We took her up on the shuttle service she offers to get to the Bills game, which was very convenient. I wish we had more time to walk around her farm! I would highly recommend her Guest House

My wife and I stayed for a week at Chesnut Hill Guest House in July 2021. We were in town to visit with my mother who lives in Hamburg. Bekah and Sarah were wonderful hosts, and we felt right at home during our visit. The house is cozy, with plenty of communal seating in the living room (with a big picture window overlooking a view northward toward the city), as well as a large sitting room with a TV and fireplace. The kitchen has coffee for whenever you want it, and the refrigerator is stocked with local eggs, yum! Sitting on 95 acres, we walked each day down a road (not sure where it goes) down to see the pigs and the beehives on the property. We stayed in the master room which has a queen bed and a bath with a shower and large jacuzzi tub. It is a HUGE room, also having a porch for morning coffee or evening firefly watching, as well as a small library. We noted that it would be a perfect place to stay if you had an entire family. You could take over and not be in each other's way. I do plan to stay at Chestnut Hill in the future when I am in town for a visit.

Absolutely amazing!!!! So clean, a wonderful light spirit in the place.. Very friendly service, the place is light, filled with the most beautiful nature paintings. The view is stunning, on a hill and lots of breathtaking nature around. Feels like home with a big dose of Heaven love..

Beautiful farm house on top of a hill with amazing vistas. The owner will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Close to town and the Nova Era stadium but definatly out of the perimeter of craziness. Breakfast was very tasty and coffee was delicious. I wish we had more time to explore the grounds of this working farm.

Deamy. All you have to do, is be there to enjoy the surroundings.

This is our second stay here and we love it! Very comfortable yet upscale in a very low-key way, many organic products in the cottage for guests to use, private, quiet, stunning night views overlooking lights in Buffalo, rocking chairs on the porch, fire pit, and outdoor dining patio. All this yet close to many things to do in the area. Pet friendly (thank you!).

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and we love it! The house itself is warm and cozy and the area is beautiful with lots to offer, but our favorite part is Catherine. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, it’s like visiting an old friend, and she is an amazing cook. One of our favorite parts of our stay here is our mornings spent sipping coffee, having a great breakfast and chatting away with Catherine. We will definitely be back next year, most likely twice! Thanks for another great visit Catherine! Jackie and Tony
