I
originally
was
looking
for
1-on-1
training,
of
the
usual
set
lifting
schedule
(three
days
a
week,
main
lifts
like
bench,
squat,
deadlifting,
etc)
as
that
was
I
had
been
used
to
throughout
my
collegiate
career.
After
talking
with
the
staff
here
and
attending
an
introduction
class
to
see
how
it
was
structured,
I
immediately
knew
this
was
the
place
to
be.
No
matter
your
fitness
background,
no
matter
your
age,
they
keep
you
involved
in
your
journey
in
a
way
that
allows
you
to
feel
in
control
of
how
you
are
progressing
as
they
challenge
you.
They
are
well
versed
with
working
around
injuries(whether
they
are
old
ones
flaring
up
or
new
ones
sprouting),
and
the
other
members
of
the
class
are
always
supportive
and
helpful
as
well.
I
can
easily
say
working
out
is
not
something
I
find
myself
dreading
anymore
in
my
day.
It's
packed
full
of
great
music,
great
people,
and
a
shared
experience
of
getting
better
together,
no
matter
each
members
starting
level.
All
can
participate
and
all
can
be
great
together!
