As a guy who knew nothing about diamonds, rings, etc. I started my process with some basic internet research to try to be prepared for such a major purchase. However, none of that really mattered once I walked through their doors. Everyone I dealt with had a mastery for diamonds, ring types/settings, what 'really' matters when making your selection, what the internet articles 'don't tell you', how to think about insurance/protecting your ring, etc. The peace of mind and clarity I had by the time I got down to selecting my ring and making my purchase was awesome. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Bought a cheap watch in my seven year old granddaughter had given some child in school her lunch money for. She wanted to give it to her aunt. It wasn't working. They fix it with new battery. $5.00 This is why I won't go anywhere else.

Bought a ring at a Vintage shop in England. I paid about $1,000. Came home and brought it into Scanlon. They are so friendly and nice to work with. Trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The ring was appraised for $2,500. I was delighted.

I have never been to Scanlon Jewelers before today and let me tell you, I will be a forever costumer now. I had a necklace on that I could not get off because there was a huge knot in it. Todd and his staff are excellent, they did not have an engagement ring exactly like I was looking for, so they worked with me and custom made one with everything I wanted, and it came out perfect, my fiance absolutely loves it. They also explained everything very well, which i appreciated because I knew nothing about jewelry. Scanlons is the only place I will ever buy jewelry from again

My grand son and I visited Scanlon to have an heirloom wedding band made larger for him to wear when he gets married. The workmanship was beyond our expectations. The original gold band was my husband’s father’s. When my son got married he added white gold to widen it. When it was made larger they had to add a white gold piece. To our surprise they copied the engraving on the original ring. It turned out so beautiful!! Want to thank them for making a ring that Evan will cherish!
