    To the middle aged blonde woman who works here... You are a miserable person. Not only are you extremely rude, you should not be working in any area of customer service. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of you being the only person available twice in person, and once in the phone. You were extremely rude and arrogant on all occasions. As a result of your lack of customer service, I'd rather drive an hour out of my way than take a chance of "working" with you. You made the entire experience of finding my ring miserable, when it should have been exciting.. As a result, my business, and anyone I speak with , will go elsewhere.

    Andrea is great! I went there with some idea of what I wanted, but she took the time to help me find something that exceeded all of my expectations. She was patient and let me have time to decide on something I loved, rather than pushing me into something I would have regretted. She helped make my wedding ring dreams come true 😁💕

    Very disappointed in Kay's service. I have warranty on my jewelry, so have to return every six months. The last three inspections and services I've had, i was treated like I am an inconvenience. The one sale associate was pleasant, but both managers thought and acted like they were better than customers and the other employees. It was just plan rude. PLUS When I went to pick up my jewelry after sending it in and PAYING for additional services they locked the doors, and shut the lights off as I was walking to the store. Please note I was there at 6:48. Store doesn't close until 7:00. And I live 30 minutes away. Definitely will be looking for a different Kay's store.

    Abysmal Customer Service! I was fitted for and ordered a wedding band. We were notified it was in and went in to pick it up. It is a very different customer service once you have already paid. I had to ask to try it on and it did not fit. The sales manger tried to talk me into having the brand new ring cut and resized. after I refused and asked to exchange the ring for the correct size I was told the same ring would now cost me over two hundred dollars more or I could wait a week to see what the sale might bring. I asked for the manger to call me they never called. Beware, there are better choices out there.

    Stay away!! I bought my wedding ring and have been working with Kay to ensure it's maintained. What I have ensured is constant issues with my wedding ring. I had one of three small diamonds re-seated in late 2015, early 2016. In late 2016, a diamond needed to be replaced because it had fallen out and I could not find it. I picked the ring up in January 2017 with a new diamond however it was not a match to the previous ones. I was not told this would be the outcome. I then brought the ring back in to the store for routine inspection to keep my "warranty" intact and was told all the stones were loose. After reminding the employee that I just had one of the stones replaced in January 2017, he rescinded and indicated that they weren't all loose. He then proceeded to re-shape my ring in the shop by forcing down on a ring sizer. At that point I should've collected my ring and left. Instead, the manager intervened and indicated that Kays will cover the work that needs to be done. A number of days later, I get a call from the same employee indicating that $300 worth of repairs is required to secure the stones because the entire channel they sit in is so worn out it needs to be rebuilt. WHAT?? The ring has been in the shop twice in the last year and at no time was anything mentioned about the channel and now an expensive re-build must occur in order for the warranty to remain in tact. The employee I had the unfortunate experience with not only was looking for a sales opportunity but had no intent of providing reasonable repair service. I picked up my ring after having to call and remind them of their job because they forgot to ship it when they said they would. While in store, I expressed to that same employee that "Kays could have done a better job and provided better customer service". No response, not a care because I don't think customer service is a part of their culture once you buy their product! Roll the dice if like...

    I was very impressed with the Kay staff I dealt with. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I needed a star sapphire stone put back on the ring it fell out of. I was given the price for repair and thought I would go somewhere else. Two women and a gentleman (can’t remember their names, even though they did introduced themselves) talked with me and understood how important this ring was to me (it was my mother’s ring). They worked with me and I did leave the ring with them for repair. I was so happy when I left and am very thankful that they each took that extra step to make me feel so comfortable doing business with them.

    Horrible customer service. Only interested in being nice if you want to spend thousands. My 13 year old wanted ear rings for his girlfriend, and after seeing some online from Kay for around 100 he thought just go to the store. Well no cause the workers in there acted like it was ridiculous to even ask for something like that.

    We went in to purchase toddler earrings. The manager Glen was rude and disrespectful. He clearly did not want to assist us or answer questions. Luckily his one employee took over and assisted us very kindly. Overall if it wasn’t for her I would have walked out. Glen kept asking if I needed jewelry and if I did he would assist me. Going forward I would never purchase items from here again due to the store manager Glen.

    Went in this year with my husband for our anniversary to get him a new wedding band since he lost his before. We magically found the matching band. The lady tried to sell my husband a ring that had ripples and scratches on it, and claimed it would go away & was only from the buffing. I had my wedding band sent out to have it re sized and to have a new head put on my engagement ring, it came back and my engraving of my husbands initials were no longer there lol. They couldn’t offer me anything besides to have it sent out again, which i don’t really trust them now. My recommendation is to stick to your local jewelers. You would be surprised at how much more they are willing to go out of their way for you & provide much better customer service.

    I’ve never had such an unpleasant interaction with someone over the phone. I simply called to ask about the status of an order I’d placed online, and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about.

    If I could give ZERO I would, spent over 8k in less than year here on multiple pieces of jewelry including my fiancé’s engagement ring. Well it fell apart after 10 months, took it to Kay’s barley got an “I’m sorry” than Lindsey blames my fiancé saying “she must of hit it on something”....eventhough they just “inspected” ring two weeks ago. I said an I’m sorry and getting it fixed wasn’t going to cut it and they basically said too bad. So don’t go here unless you want cheap jewelry.

    One lady was very nice and polite but kept trying to sell me more and more things I told her i did not like. A guy, Glenn who fitted a watch for me to try on took about 15 minutes and then after I decided I didn’t like the watch and wasn’t going to buy it muttered things under his breathe cause he was annoyed. I don’t think it’s unnecessary for me to try on a $800 watch before buying it. I also was going to buy a ring from there, but after they were rude to me i went to the other kay’s that is way better and has good staff.
