This place is so horrible . The doctors are great but the receptionist are so unprofessional. It is so hard to speak to anyone in that place. They will transfer you to multiple calls and no one answers . What is the point ??? It’s no follow through with anything . You do everything the doctor tell you to do but again where is the follow up ??? Only answer they have is to go to the ER. I literally just called 3 times and i keep getting transferred to a non working line . I called 3 days ago with concerns , received a missed call with no voicemail so I called back and no one has no idea on what I’m talking about . Terrible !! No patient care what so ever

Very unprofessional and unethical behaviors. Even one star is a lot. I had a visit with Dr Timh Doa . I waited almost an hour in the room for the doctor when he came to see me he was in and out in a minute. I believed the doctor will come back but the nurse came and said you are done. I asked the nurse I need to talk with doctor about my health problem and explained it to her she said that she will send medicine to my pharmacy but they didn’t send anything. Next day after a long waiting behind the phone, I managed to talk with the nurse. She was very rude again. She just said we did gave you any prescription and hung up the phone on me. I tried to reach to their management team but there is no one to speak with.

Not the most organized place. The nurse assistant and the doctor I saw were professional and nice people. But unfortuately this was not an easy or affordable experience for an annual pap. I was billed for more than I asked for. It is not an affordable option like they claim. But like with all doctors visits, be prepared for a lot of paperwork. I also never got any results back/ or a call form the lab test's, some of which I did not order. When I called to try to strighten things out, I found that the dorctor I was seen by no longer worked there.

The Dr's. Are personable and timely. It's a miracle to get someone on the phone, and if you do hope that, they don't have a "what do you want"attitude when you do. In person the nurses are cordial, and nice, just don't call.

Reception staff were friendly and quick. They answer the phones in a timely manner and its easy enough to get an appointment. Phlebotomy and nursing staff were kind and efficient. 🙂 Nurse Practitioner I was seen by was through, although impersonal, not friendly and a bit dismissive. No pleasantries were offered upon 1st appointment. Didn't even say "bye" when she left the room at the end of the appointment. Depends on what your looking for I guess.... Personally I prefer a more personal experience with my primary medical provider.

In the past iv had terrible experiences like , I have to be in charge of my own Healthcare. I have to make sure I know what I need and request it. I have to brings things up. No one calls to remind or request you need bloodwork. That should be an automatic thing. But now when I went in recently my PA was very knowledgeable, offered what I needed and I was pleased after I left. IL see another PA in couple of weeks so IL report how visit goes. Wish me luck. 🤗

Honestly, they are horrible. I have been calling for weeks on end because I been out of a medication that I need and they never answer the phone and I can’t get a refill without a visit. Also when you go they won’t even listen to your concerns and will rush the appointment. The only doctor worth seeing there is Dr. Ahmad.

If you want a doctor's office that NEVER answers the phone then go here. If you want doctor's office that keeps you on hold for over an hour if they ever decide to actually finally get to you then go here. If you want a doctor's office that NEVER RETURNS CALLS and you have left at least three in a week then go here. If you want a doctor that comes in the room acting like a 12 year old that just drank 10 red bulls then this is the place for you. If you need something from the records department and you take time out of your day to sign the release form and it's been over three weeks and they still haven't done anything and they want you to come back in to sign because THEY LOST THE FORM then again this would be the place for you. If you want to see a different doctor every time you go instead of building a relationship with one please go here. If you DO NOT want to be heard in the issues you are having because they want to rush you push a bunch of meds on you and not help then again this is the place.

While I enjoy going to the community health center, the receptionist in the dental Buffalo needs to improve her attitude. I have been a patient there for over a year and like my dentists. However, the receptionist at the front desk frequently argues with patients, demonstrating that she does not understand her role. Management needs to evaluate the front desk staff they assign to represent the clinic to patients, as the current receptionist is not providing good customer service.

I appreciate everything about my visit today it was very helpful. Helping me to know everything on how to stay healthy as I grow older and to stay functional in the years to come. She made sure that everything I needed to be done as far as having a bone density test and checking my victim D & B12 levels

Never had a bad experience. Dr Dagher is excellent! I just switched myself over to a PA and I am very happy. The pharmacy is great, dental is wonderful. I'm never waiting too long after checking in. It's so nice to have this clinic in my area. I love that they have extended hours so i don't have to take the kids out of school for appointments.

We are very comfortable talking to dr. Dagher, she listens to us very patiently and she clears all our doubts in a very friendly way. Overall to say she is an excellent pediatrician and i definetly recommend her.

I recently became a new patient at the Niagara Falls location, and I tell you that Doctor Ahmad is hands down the best. She knows how to treat and talk to her patients.. She broke everything down to me and I left with a clear understanding of what’s going on with me.. The staff was on point also, I thank you all..

Terrible doctors, never answer the phone. No one wants calls about Ped Covid shots either. Whoever wants to sign their kids to up be Guinea Pigs will do so on their own free will! No one needs to be CALLED!! Doctors are pushy and make rude comments when I'm with either kid. One nurse marked me as having Tiburculosis when I have Tuberous Sclerosis I mean c'mon people how many time do I have to fix it in the chart? Why is this even a thing I need to correct?? No one has ears in that place or a mouth or answer the phone with

I like my doctor's office for the most part. I haven't had an bad experience here yet. But there this one Nurse male Nurse and just every time I come in I get him. Maybe it's a language barrier but he seems to be confused and makes the simplest things complicated. Like giving me a shot I don't care what arm I get the shot in Sir. And you standing there just looking at isn't going to change It doesn't matter which arm I get the shot it Sir just give me the shot so I can go on about my business

I actually chose this location because it scored #1 in a "my children & I"very Important vote week. Authentic Straight to the point Profesional on Plays no games. We Love it

Reception personnel are very polite and try to be helpful. They get 5+ stars. Otherwise so many dysfunctional issues exist repeatedly. 1 star for this clinic in other categories.

Every time we come for an appointment there's literally never anybody to check us in once we actually get back to primary care we always have to yell for someone and still have to wait! The doctors are great especially Dr. Claudia! Could use more staff or people who actually like to work! I'm thinking of switching after this!

Very rude receptions person I took my sick child and the lady at the reception is very rude disrespectful behaviour.I was already upset because my baby was sick. dr said I could take my child anytime when needed I do not recommend this place.

They honestly deserve 0 stars, this is the absolute worst medical office around. They NEVER answer the phone-They just send you straight to voicemail. If you are able to get someone they put you on “hold” for 30-45 minutes and then mysteriously the calls always end. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is the receptionist at the front check in desk is always snarky and in a bad mood. If you’re an adult with an appointment you have to take the entire day off of work because there are never any doctors, nurses or receptionist available on the second floor. (Camilla is the only here who is respectful) For a regular check up & testing it’s going to run you a good 4-6 hours in this office. I could go on about how awful this place is. Unfortunately the pediatrician & OB Where we live at in Alden isn’t accepting any new patients at the moment which is why we’re stuck here. It’s best you run for the hills be your own doctor or get things done at the ED before becoming a patient here.

I enjoy coming to see Claudia Emerson and I trust her which is important. She is honest, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a GYN.

My appointment was excellent the doctor and nurses linsten to you they are respectful and compassionate.

I’ve been sitting at the medical receptionist area since 12:45. It’s 1:15pm and no one is here yet. (I had to go downstairs and talk to the man on the first floor to complain; he called them and told me to go back up. I still waited 6-7 mins for them to come get me.) Unbelievable!! I’m changing my doctors office as soon as I leave here. Tired of this terrible place.

I’m a new patient and have Now been on hold for 46mins although I’m being prompt that my wait time will be 5mins…. (By the way, this is my 3rd attempt) during my 1st attempt I was on hold for over a hour and then the phone just hung up (last week)…. Today, I received a immediate response from the main line when I called but I was calling to reschedule my PT appointment soo I was then placed on hold (I guess to be transferred) again on hold for over a hour with a hang up…..I have called back yet again… I’m still on hold waiting to reschedule while typing this review …. Another hour and counting…. 11/21 my appointment is 11/22/22 do not charge me for a no show…. I need to reschedule…. & I’m trying my best to do . Please and thank you Beyond annoyed

It's a revolving door of doctors and front staff with attitudes .you spend more time standing around playing twenty questions with the check in lady who is as miserable and rude as they come, than you do with sherri goril I think MD not really sure she was rude unhelpful and didn't listen to anything and this was my second time there first time was with Dr. Beg . The follow up was gonna be with a different doctor. At this point why go if you're just gonna be a number in a file and no one cares. Save your time don't go here

Had four fillings done total with Dr. Park, what a pleasant and comfortable experience ! Dr. Park is very professional , compassionate quick and gentle. I highly recommend him for your dental needs. Every one is friendly and courteous , from Stephanie the front desk receptionist to all the dental assistants. I’m glad my husband chose CHCB as our place for our dental needs !!! The 2 male check-in receptionist could tone their dislike for work/life (or whatever is bothering them when they have to attend the clinic) back just a little but they do their job for what it is worth so I give them that credit. Once you actually get your designated area it’s all uphill from there! The Dr.’s and nurses are very attentive and listen to your health concerns so aside for the little stuff, if you can not allow your initial interaction to affect your visit then you are good 2 go…..
