One eye has more lashes than the other. Some lashes in the middle look misaligned. The outer ends are not fully filled. For my first experience I expected better. I will give it another try. Update1: 2 weeks later: this girl did a much better job. Loved the lashes. Update2: Missed my apt for a fill in and my card was charged $60. When I called, they said they send conformation email. Up to this date, I have never received an email from them. Called to get an emailed copy of policy and I didn’t get that either. Follow up: Turns out that if you use their promotion. They automatically sign you up for 3 months. So even thou I didn’t go back again, they charged me for another month and refused to give me a refund. They finally added me to get text message conformations. Too late! Should of done it day 1 when I provided that information. Very disappointed! Will not go back.

Bought a Groupon for “true xpress full set”. They looked good as I was leaving the salon and my lash artist was very kind. Unfortunately by the next day I was already losing clusters of lashes. I do not believe this was the woman’s fault, but rather unreliable products they are using. This has never happened to me before at independent lash studios. Will not return for the money I spent here on a wasted service.

I purchased a volume set for my vacation the following day. As soon as I got in the car after my appointment, the lashes started falling out. After 3 days, the lashes almost completely fell out. Paid $150 and spent 2 hours there for them to come out within a few days and looked awful for my vacation. I contacted the store to ask for a refund, which they said they couldn’t do. Total waste of time and money

My appointment was great. I had one of the master stylists. I explained that in the past at a different salon my lashes fell off the next day. My lashes still look good after going here and its day 8!

This is the words place I have ever been. I give my mother the gift of her lashes, and the very first day the lashes were done they star falling we came back for them to fix it, I had to make an appointment. I was ok with that after they fix them the some thing falling again. Not just that but they offer me a membership and yes I got it. They are looking the lashes keep falling. So I don’t see the point of going back every day for them to fix in a big leather to try a different place and they refused to refund my money because those are policies of the store but what is the policy that protects me as a client?? They really don’t care about the customer they care about the money that they can get the first and the last time they should go back and take some classes or get a better product.

Very nice comfortable experience. Love my new lashes . Very gentle and professional . The salon feels like luxury.

I was blown away on how understanding and accommodating this business is. My first time getting a lash extension and initially it did not look the way I wanted. They totally understood, recommended they remove them and come back in a couple of days so they can make it exactly how I wanted it. I am beyond Pleased and for first time customer, it was amazing! Kelsey did an excellent job with my Classic eyelashes. I originally went in for an Xpress Lash, and after talking with her decided that the Classic was more of what I was looking for. She was accommodating and did my lashes exactly how I wanted them. They turned out beautiful!

Just went in for my first ever lash lift with Sandra. She was super nice and explained everything she did and why she did it so I wasn’t surprised or confused by anything. Met some of the other staff and everyone just seemed so genuine and nice. Amazing service 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering a lash lift or extensions to go here.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. Nicole was friendly, very patient, and answered ALL my questions! Needless to say, my lashes came out fabulous! The space was clean and well kept too, so that was a plus!
