The store is very clean, the clothes are very well organized, good discounts, a wide variety of clothes for young people, children and large sizes. The fast and friendly service and in this place they speak Spanish. 5 stars for this place. A mask is required to enter, cash or cards are accepted.

Wow! This store was immaculately clean and organized. Weeks before Christmas, usually stores are a mess. There were two ladies at the cashier who helped me check out (one helped me find the tights right by the registers) they were so friendly and fun I only wish I caught their names to shout out here. Kudos to this Old Navy location 👏

My daughter and her friends stopped in at this location and asked for a bag as the bag they had holding their leftovers from lunch had suddenly broken. They asked for ONE bag and we’re told very rudely that if they wanted a bag they would have to pay 16 cents… really? They went into American Eagle where they very kindly and without hesitation GAVE them a bag. Seriously for the amount of money we spend in that store and have a credit card with you would think they would be treated better. So incredibly disappointing.

Charging for bags??? We just over paid for 2 dresses... $110 bucks.... that was tuff enough. The 3 stars is because the employees were all very nice. They definitely do not make the pricing and say let's over charge for clothes and charge for a bag to carry it out! I truly am shocked Old Navy, what's next a surcharge for using credit card. Please continue to do what you can to drive us away.

All the employees are very nice and helpful, but they are testing out a new policy where they charge for plastic bags. There is no way that that the plastic bags cost as much as they are charging - it’s clear they’re just jacking up prices as much as they can while people are back to school shopping. Bring your own bags to a store like this just seems excessive and I can see people (teens and POC) getting targeted more often for potential shoplifting as people will likely be using the same bag to carry around clothes they haven’t bought yet. Terrible idea
