good
price
point
compared
to
other
venues;
everything
in
one
location;
day
of
coordinator
helps
move
things
along
smoothly;
they
didn’t
charge
you
for
stupid
little
things
like
the
gorgeous
chairs
(which
most
places
do);
venue
is
GORGEOUS
which
means
decor/centerpieces
can
be
kept
super
simple;
great
bar
options;
they
had
great
recommendations
for
other
vendors
to
use;
can
hold
a
lot
of
people
in
the
space;
SO
MANY
compliments
from
people
who
attended!
Cons-
They
had
just
opened
a
second
floor
venue
so
they
staggered
the
schedules
per
floor,
which
unfortunately
meant
that
we
could
hear
music
from
the
second
floor
while
people
were
doing
our
speeches.
One
of
their
recommended
vendors
was
saying
they’d
communicate
certain
aspects
of
our
plans
to
the
venue
and
as
someone
who
hasn’t
been
in
this
situation
it
seemed
legit
since
they
work
so
closely
with
the
venue.
Unfortunately
these
things
didn’t
get
communicated.
So
make
sure
you
personally
reach
out
to
the
venue
for
everything,
even
if
people
say
they
will
for
you.
We
wanted
to
get
ready
at
the
venue
so
that
the
gorgeous
atmosphere
was
in
the
pictures.
Therefore
we
rented
the
apartment
they
offered.
Seemed
overpriced,
but
transferring
our
things
from
the
apartment
to
the
bridal
suite
seemed
like
the
easier
option
day
of
which
is
why
we
did
it.
Unfortunately
the
time
to
exit
the
apartment
was
the
exact
same
time
we
could
enter
the
bridal
suite.
There
really
should
be
a
crossover
of
time
in
order
to
be
able
to
transfer
all
of
the
bridal
party's
things
as
we
began
transferring
it
when
able
to
enter
the
suite,
but
this
resulted
in
us
getting
out
of
the
apartment
“late”
and
the
owner
coming
to
nag
at
us
to
get
out.
Overall,
would
I
recommend
this
venue?
Heck
yeah!!
We
had
a
wonderful
wedding
and
everything
went
smoothly,
the
environment
made
for
beautiful
pictures,
everyone
had
a
great
time
and
had
nothing
but
great
things
to
say.
