Got home and realized that I was missing food that we paid for. I called and asked if they could do a refund over the phone and I was told I either had to bring back food for a refund (though I’m not sure why I had to bring back food for a refund for food that was never given to me) or I was just out of luck. Of course I didn’t feel like getting back in the car. This is moreso a complaint against their policy than the restaurant itself. It’s just annoying to pay and not get food. Unable to send them a complaint because I was not given a receipt either.

My go-to for that KFC fix. It is way better than the other elgin location. Anyways they are always friendly, the chicken is made properly, good portions. I like it and keep coming back.

I'm seriously reviewing a KFC. Because they were so awful, you say? NO! Because the food was amazing. Everything was hot, crispy, and served EXACTLY how it was supposed to. When does that ever happen in a fast food place? Not often, but this KFC was so good, I would drive the 30 minutes from my house in hopes they could recreate what they did on my last visit! Good job KFC.

We generally just get sides at KFC because the pieces for years have been so puny. Ordered just a breast & it was meaty & juicy!! Pleasantly surprised! The last time I bought a large cole slaw it was skimpy & not worth the price. I mentioned this to the drive thru lady while ordering & she apologized & took care of me. Very sweet, accommodating woman!

Kayla the cashier was so nice and helpful was patient and kind I would come back because she was just a delight!!!!!

Food is always fresh and ready whenever the app says it done. Friendly staff as well…

The chicken tenders had negligible meat, it was mostly hard as a rock breading. Most a of it was thrown away, because it was too hard to eat.

The dining area was supposed to be open. And it was closed an hr ahead of time. Forcing a back up at the drive thru

This location doesn’t have extra crispy chicken, biscuits, and employees that understand how to take orders.

It was very hard to communicate with the girl at the counter. Got the order wrong. Chicken seemed old or overcooked.

My food order was assembled quickly allowing me to get home to my family in a timely manner. The 12 piece chicken bucket meal with mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, cole slaw and biscuits was delicious. The chicken fingers meal was unfortunately not very good. The ends of several of the chicken fingers were not edible due to being overcooked and so hard they couldn't be bitten into. Not sure if the chicken fingers had been prepared and cooked several hours ago and were just extremely over cooked.

Hours on the door shows open till 10pm, we arrived before 9 and and they were already closed with no information on the door, weird.

Fresh food, little longer wait time then expected, that's I'm sure due to understaff

I have an online order and they wanted me to wait in the drive through line. They ususaly take their time to kill the chickens and I was hoping putting the order in early would help change that but... Here I was waiting... 3 cars deep in the drive through... Oh cool. I am in the window now and I just watched her drop my food on the floor. The bag ripped.

I always get the same lady at the drive through and she is so sweet. It's nice at the end of the day. I hope the best for her in life.

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. If I ask for no gravy they put gravy. If I ask for a side of fries I get mash potato. I get the wrong number of pieces of chicken per combo. Everytime I come here its like pulling teeth. I have 2 check my order and go back everytime. I think 90% of my orders are wrong here. They don't even pick up the phone when trying 2 call about my order.

Ordered for takeout. Requested extra crispy to breasts and a thigh with double coleslaw and when I got home, I had two legs and a wing and spoiled coleslaw

Y'all need to stop with the price gouging. It's chicken not beef. This is supposed to be affordable country style food, not some high end restaurant. This will end the chain.

Ordered two chicken legs for my kid came home had two chicken tenders sliders. Obviously a fail. Take it back nope, call nope no receipt. Guess I’m making dinner thanks kfc.

The food was so good! They had an online deal where you get 8 pieces of chicken, 8 chicken tenders, and all the fixings! It was great because the childrens love the tenders and the grown ups like the chicken! One of the cooks came to the counter to say hello which was nice. I will definitely be going back for more!

The food was good as always but for some reason they had no original chicken and had too wait almost 20 min

Chicken was cold and greasy, fries were soggy. Didn't get what I ordered. Won't be going back. If I could rate below 1 star, I would.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and fries. Sandwiches were excellent. Will be trying them again in future.

Went there 2 different times first time didn’t get my Pepsi called them didn’t offer another. Second time ordered 4 chicken breast mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got 2 breast 2 thighs no potatoes gravy and coleslaw. They don’t answer phone never going back there again very poor service

Ordered mash potatoes instead fries got home and it was fries. Also, was supposed to get 2 sauses for chicken strips. Got zero. I could understand…maybe…if they were busy. They were not at all.

I just moved from Chicago to Elgin, I went to KFC for #3 order. I am a very special when it comes to oder food, if something is not right I comeback and complaint, but this KFC is the best I ever been in. Costumer service Spanish lady very friendly and servicial and food so delicious, over exceed what I expected. Keep the great work staff and KFC. Nothing compared to Chicago , this is the best!!!!

Dine in, sat down to eat immediately after getting food. The "Nashville Hot" chicken tenders where cold and oddly sweet like honey. Didn't taste any heat, looks like they just brush on "seasoning". Fries where also cold and stale. Biscuit and fountain where good.
