I would not even give this store a 1. This gigantic lady I assume was the manager was beyond rude when helping me. I also called the store earlier that day to ask if they could size a watch I was told yes when I came in to have it looked at the ogar told me there's no way I called that store when I 100% called that store. When asking about my ring I have had less than 30 days is missing stones and she rudely tells me there's nothing she can do sorry. She has nothing but attitude and should not be allowed to work in retail

Thought this company was going to be a good place for work the managers gossip to much about the employees and they are very mean I’m so glad i don’t work here anymore there are very nice and hard working employees but the managers their suck!!!! I see this store closing down soon !!!

I brought my ring to get cleaned, and my ring got tarnished and green, and I talked to the lady and she said if I use lotion or had sanitizer, it could turn green. She did not mention/warn me about that, and my ring got destroyed. It’s 100% there responsibility to let the customer know, and to look at the ring before hand. I talked to the manager, and she was rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing she can do about it, and I even told her that I recently got the ring, and still didn’t mention that there is a year warranty. I didn’t know until I called corporate, and they were happy to help me and sent me a new ring. Overall don’t recommend, getting your ring cleaned from this store !!

Very disappointed in their customer service. We were 10 minutes and no one asked if we needed anything. People that came in after us were helped first. At one point, all three workers were free and we still didn’t receive help. We ended up leaving without our purchase.

Horrible customer service and associates! I have countless charms and am not new to Pandora in anyway. Using the excuse that your store has only been open approximately 6 weeks is unacceptable! I was so excited to have a local store come so we no longer have to drive 30 plus mins however I will never do business with or step into this location again!

Store looks great and has a great selection. My wife and I were excited that this store opened so close to home. However, customer service is horrible. Waited at least twenty minutes for someone to acknowledge we were even in the store. Someone said they would be right with us after taking my name down. After about five minutes we see the employees helping people that have walked in well after us. I guess if you’re in a ball cap and a hoodie it means you don’t want to spend money there. We even had our three year old daughter there who sat in the corner where they had a chair. She said very little and was patient the whole time. We will continue to take our business elsewhere.

I was very happy to find out i have a store close to home until i went there this saturday. I walked in since i wanted my rings cleaned. A worker told me that they only do cleanings monday~thursday because they get very bussy. I was shocked! I saw 4-5 workers and only 2 customers but she told me that they where very bussy i couldnt believe it. Horrible costumer service in general.

This store has a nice friendly atmosphere with plenty of room to shop comfortably. Angelica was great to me! She is patient and knowledgeable. She helped me right away and was very accomidating and polite. Great experience! Update: I've been back to this Pandora a few more times since my origional post and received fabulous customer service from Hillary, Yuri, Angela, Natalia, and Noelle. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Great vibes here:)

When we walked in, it was a little busy. So, we walked around the store a little bit to find the perfect charms for my bracelet. Once I chose what I wanted one of the ladies came and assisted with my purchase. I can't remember her name, but she was very nice. Check the store out for yourself. I had to deal with a nightmare manager. I only know her first name was Teresa. She was rude and I am completely surprised that she was even a manager. A problem with a transaction occurred when my daughter and I made a purchase for $199, not on our end, the store had a problem with their tablet showing that a transaction was made. They were unable to produce any type of receipt showing that a transaction was made in this amount. Teresa had informed us that she would have to recharge the debit card which now showed on my daughters banks account that there were now two charges in the amount of $199. I had asked Teresa the manager if she could please write a receipt that showed that this should be voided just to be sure that there would be no problem with my bank. She absolutely refused to give any type of receipt. She was rude. I ended up requesting that she call corporate, which she claims she did not have their number. I then asked her to call her regional manager. She said she had no clue who that was and then finally she said she could call customer care who then advised her to give me a hand written note stating that at their store, there was an error in charge made to my account. After her upsetting me, and this taking over an hour of my time and trying to get some sort of resolution, she then sarcastically wished me a merry Christmas as I walked out the door. I have given this location quite a bit of business as well as family members I advise you not to shop at this location, the manager is a nightmare, and should not be working with the public. I highly recommend you do your Pandora shopping at a different location. If you run into any problems, Teresa, the manager will not be there to assist you she will only be there to fight with you. She was completely sarcastic and rude, and the only other way I can describe her was that she was an adult bully. I will not be back at this location. I will drive all the way to Schaumburg before going across the street to a store that is only five minutes from my house then to have to deal with Teresa. This woman should be fired.

I went in today the team lead Liz was rude. I was treated terrible she was giving me attitude for no reason she was rolling her eyes at me. I left the store crying. The worst experience ever I’ve never had a grown adult act like she’s 5 years old. Will never go into this store without my mom ever again I don’t feel comfortable and safe. Liz didn’t even care she didn’t apologize as she saw me crying in front of her. She had no care in the world

I've been a Pandora customer for years and my experience with Sarah at this location left me extremely disappointed. I felt like I was treated like a criminal when the salesperson lost a charm and I was never offered an apology. I won't be shopping here any longer.

I don’t shop at this Pandora location a lot and my last shopping experience with Sarah was pretty bad. I came in to exchange a ring size because for Christmas my friend got me a ring and it was too big. I also bought another ring that day and later I saw on my online receipts that I was charged full price for 2 rings. They charged me FULL PRICE to exchange for a smaller size. They told me since a former employee bought it if I want to exchange for a smaller size I had to pay more. Didn’t make sense to me since it was a gift, already paid for, and they saw the former purchase and receipt for that paid ring, but okay whatever. I still bought it since I really wanted the ring. Maybe Sarah was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude towards my friend and I and I could tell she didn’t want to be there nor help me. After 2 purchases in the store that day Sarah also didn’t give me a bag, jewelry box, or receipt. I had to ask for it. Disappointed and will not be shopping at this location anymore.

I have been here a number of times to get charms for my wife’s bangle style bracelet. I went in this week to get a congratulations one that I tried to get online but got sent to a site with a 3rd party for payment that wasn’t as advertised. When I arrived there was one store associate serving the only other person on the store. I waited for about 10 minutes until they finished their purchase and then I was helped. The associate was very helpful, on top of what I needed and where to find it and was very pleasant. As I was finishing payment I saw a video playing that showed that they have charms now that can be engraved while you wait in the store. All I. All, except for the wait, this was a very good experience like every time I have been there.

every time that i’ve bought at a pandora store i’ve been told that i can bring my jewelry in to be cleaned for free. i came in to get my pandora rings cleaned, and my bracelet. i felt like i had burdened the employee and it literally took 5 minutes to clean both my jewelry and my sisters. i was asked if i had the at home cleaning kit. at this point we were the only two customers in the store so i don’t see why it would be an issue. i just felt like as a customer i shouldn’t have to feel that way.

Hours posted are not reliable. I visited this location at 6:28PM and was met with a locked door and associates counting registers. The store “closes” at 7PM. If 6:28PM is the soonest I can arrive on a working day, what guarantee do I have the store will be open? Clients rely on posted hours to coordinate their days and accomplish tasks.

I stopped in this store yesterday looking at graduation charms. The staff member was super helpful helping me decide. The gift box and Pandora bag from store is SO much nicer than the little zip baggie and drawstring pouch that comes with online order. I really appreciated the time from the person that helped me and I'm excited to give the gift of Pandora to my graduate!

My mom and I went and Lirio was the one to help us. She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming and very patient. She answered all my questions, and gave me advice on the rings. Very great experience at this location.

From the moment I walked in, Norma was amazing. I came in to get a 2nd Pandora bracelet and she picked out one with some pretty bling. She recommended some beautiful new rose gold charms, two of which I went with and two I chose on my own. 5+ stars.

Henrietta was the sweetest! She helped me and my friend pick out our jewelry, very kind and we appreciated her help. Her coworkers on the hand seemed very impatient and rude, not a good look on the store and made us feel uncomfortable. Loved Henrietta though.

Ridiculous! Placed a pick up order. Wouldn’t allow my husband to pick up with email and my permission because I forgot to list him. Any other store you can alter pick up after order is placed! Never again!!!!

Absolutely loved the service. I went in with my sister to get matching friendship rings and I believe it was the store manager and a trainee who were absolutely sweet!! She even offered to clean our other rings which was obviously not intended but she offered to do so. They definitely gave us a great shopping experience.

The women gave me the wrong size for the bracelet I bought for a gift. She switched the one we tried on ( which was the correct size) for a completely different size. The staff member here was very helpful. They didn't have much of what it as looking for in stock at the store. But thats understandable as they just reopened from being closed. The staff member was polite and did her best to accommodate what I was looking for. Clean, and very helpful.

Pandora Jewelry has the best craftsmen for the most amazing jewelry. My left hand has 3 of the most beautiful rings I've ever owned, thanks to these guys. Their quality is simply awesome and I trust them with all my orders. I am a great fan of chain jewelry and I'm glad I found this place. Beautiful charms and exclusive Las Vegas charms but our sales person was pretty pushy. I didn't feel I could even think because she was trying to get me to buy everything I asked to see. I walked out empty handed. My sister bought a Las Vegas charms set but she is very familiar with Pandora and I've only been in a store 4 times.

Brought a charm back thats was bought at a pandora in Chandler AZ , they wouldn’t give me a refund for my charm because they said I’d have to go to Chandler to return it for cash , they wanted to give me a store credit , I didn’t want that I wanted my money back .

The sale associates were very helpful and the atmosphere was pleasant. They really seemed to enjoy working there.
