The store looks better. Weekends is kind of messy because "us" the customers we leave it messy. But I see employees working hard recovering. Us the customers we need to respectful and not leave clothes or any other items misplaced. LETS HELP IN LEAVING THE STORE CLEAN NOT MESSY!

Nice selection of backpacks and luggage. Bought a couple of name brand jackets here at a good price. There's a couple isles of kitchen gadgets pots and pans etc. They get new stuff in every day so. Lots of athletic shoes I didn't check for name brands though. They have lots of decorations for any holiday that's about to come up. Clean and well lit, there can be a line at checkout at times.

Bought sandals for a kiddo I'm babysitting. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Lines at registers moved quickly, staff greeted me and guided me to where I needed to go. Prices were reasonable. Some customers were jerks but the staff were great.

Great prices on kids clothes and toys, love women's section and varieties of house hold goods, often times long lines , short staffing

I always enjoy coming to ross, though recently I've noticed how messy its gotten. I feel bad for the employees as they're understaffed, but there are clothes thrown messily everywhere including the floor. it's incredibly unorganized and the home goods, including arts and crafts, are stacked on top of each others messily and some things may cause a hazard

I took a group here for work and after browsing for about 20 minutes we made our way to the registers. It was at that time a woman approached me and said they don't allow drinks and expected me to dump out my Starbucks coffee which I just purchased at Barnes and Nobles. I declined and instead told her she could keep the items I was going to purchase. It gets even more amusing when the woman working the registers (who welcomed us) said "No it's okay I can keep my drink and make my purchase". I don't suggest wasting your time or money here.

Large store unfortunately there wasn't much merchandise. Very disappointing

Loved it. Great prices and a lot of variety. I only wanted a pair of jeans..ended up buying 6 pairs. Prices were affordable and staff was amazing and happy 😊 with smiling faces.

For quality brand names at a very reduced price, I highly recommend Ross. If only they opened up a store in Canada! This is usually where I stock up on children's clothes and items because you can't beat the prices even with the currency conversion. My husband also bought 6 pairs of men's pants for less than $100! Unreal deals!

Was sitting on one of their office chairs on display, someone came up to me in regular clothes, no name tag, no identifying clothing, and tells me you can’t sit in the chairs because then they can’t sell them. Why would you sell chairs and not let people sit on them? Also, ugliest, most uncomfortable chair, had about a half inch of padding on a piece of ply wood and they want $70

I asked the employees to cut off the plastic from a pair of shoes my son wanted to try on and they were not able to so he wasn't able to comfortably try them on. We would have bought them most likely.

Had to return a gift yesterday and found out that as soon as you purchase something with your Debit card at Ross they withdraw the money before you even exit the store like most places . Returning the item you used your debit card to buy is a totally different story. “ It will take 3-5 business days and since it’s the weekend even longer for you “ Funny all the other stores I returned things at using the same Debit card offered me CASH ! The manager at Ross could care less as a matter of fact she walked up shaking her head no and things just went downhill from there . I have a funny feeling she hasn’t heard of the words customer service nor does she comprehend the concept! Lesson Learned either use cash when shopping at Ross or better yet skip shopping at Ross !

I've never seen a storm so extremely messy completely disorganized. As far as sizes are concerned, I don't care. What you're looking for is a mess. There's stuff on the floor. There's shoes and clothing and I've just never seen a store look like that in my entire life. They used to be really nice and organized and clean and not anymore. They run unauthorized charges on people’s cards. Admit it and then refuse to refund the money. STAY FAR AWAY.

Found amazing things for awesome prices! Definitely recommend, there were bathroom's, changing rooms, facial items, makeup, hair items, socks, shoes, clothes, home decor, baby clothes, and more!

Every time I go here it is so messy and barely stocked

They have a wide section of clothes, but 75% of the clothes are not in the right sections. For example, looking for a dress, I have to look through all 5 racks to find any in my size. Also I was really sad to see how many empty hangers were on the racks, clothes and merchandise on the floor. It also looked like the merchandise was just shoved on shelves. Have to clarify that I went on a Monday morning.
